curate a unique menu that was at our price point that wasn’t pasta.
And then the food- normally wedding food is just good. Chef Michael and his team far exceeded our expectations. During our tasting, it’s was good and we were super pleased. Then day of, he absolutely blew it out of the water. We got so many compliments and we had to go back for a seconds! We did a bourbon glazed pork, sun-dried tomato chicken, roasted veggies, green beans and a delicious Greek salad. And then the dessert, we went with pie and I’m still dreaming about the coconut cream pie!!!
The food and service was above and beyond our expectations! Super seamless and no easy feat since we were using china and a buffet. And they were kind enough to box up leftover for us to take home and enjoy the next day.
Cannot recommend Taproot more! If you are looking for a catering team to take your wedding dreams into reality, this is them!

pleasant people. We booked them because our other friend got married and we liked the food at their wedding (which, let’s be honest, is rarely the case lol). Taproot helped me customize our menu, add vegan options and coordinate all the small details. Extremely friendly, easy to work with and the pricing is excellent for the quality of food you get. Lots of compliments on the food (especially the mac and cheese) on our wedding day. 10/10 recommend Taproot for any catering and especially weddings!! <3

When we had to cancel our wedding due to COVID, Chef Michael and his staff were gracious enough to not only come back for our redux but to further tailor our menu for Cinco de Mayo. Our guests raved about the food, and we both thought it was simply delicious. You cannot go wrong with Taproot!
