Taryn was recommended to me by a coworker and I met her for the first time at my make-up trial. After the trial, I knew I had made the right choice, she did such a great job! I had...
so many things on my mind before the wedding but I had no concerns about my make-up since I knew Taryn would do a fabulous job. Taryn listened to what I wanted, put me at ease and went to work. When she was finished I was so happy and have never felt so beautiful! Not only did Taryn do my make-up but she also did all of my bridal party and some of my family members. Everyone was very satisfied. Taryn and her assistant came to the venue to do our hair and make-up as well which made our day so much easier. I highly recommend Taryn for any special occasional but especially on your big day!
Taryn did make up for my entire bridal party! She did such an amazing job. Everyone got exactly what they wanted, and she was there to do final touch ups right before the ceremon...
y (after we took all our photos). I could not find time to do a trial run before the wedding (however, I would recommend it, so you can look this beautiful on two days!), and I got a LOT of grief for that from my bridesmaids. HOWEVER, Taryn was so perfect and eased their fears by doing an amazing job on the day. We wanted a natural look so you couldn't even tell we were wearing make up, and Taryn made that happen. She did make up on ages 3-60 and they all looked great. The little girls LOVED getting their make up done, and Taryn made them feel like princesses.
She tested everything before she did it to make sure we would like it, and gave us a lot of choices. She also asked at each step how we liked it so she could give us exactly what we wanted.
I would HIGHLY recommend her for make up for any occasion. I also loved the fact that she traveled to us and was very easygoing and fun to have in our bridal room :)
Even when when we found out my florist had the date wrong, she was trying to keep me calm and offering to help in any way possible. Going so far to offer to drive and pick up some flowers for us.
I am very picky when I choose vendors and always spend a lot of time reviewing and chatting with vendors before choosing them for my wedding. After reading nothing but positive re...
views for Taryn, I chatted with her on the phone and she was very flexible in scheduling a time to do a make-up trial for my engagement photo session in which I did not offer a lot of availability. Taryn was a lot of fun, reviewed photos with me of other make-up styles and helped me understand different looks and made sure I was comfortable with what we were choosing. I had never tried air-brush before so she let me try that out to decide if that's the direction I wanted to go. I was very happy with the outcome of my trial session.
On my wedding day, she also did make-up for my mother, who does not ever wear make-up. It looked natural and beautiful and she made sure my mother was comfortable. I decided to change up a couple things from the trial and just trusted her that it would look great without testing it ahead of time. I was right and oh so happy with the final outcome. It looked so natural! She uses great quality products that my make-up lasted all day without running or smearing. After the wedding day I was told that I had the "beautiful, natural bride glow" by many.
Taryn was wonderful! I had a hair and makeup trial-run a couple weeks before the wedding and she helped me figure out a hair style that worked for my super heavy hair. I was also p...
retty undecided beforehand about the makeup look I wanted and didn't really have a clear idea. She helped me figure that out. :)
On the day of the wedding, she was calm and collected (which helped me freak out a little less) and she did an amazing job on my hair and makeup, and actually kept all of the feedback in mind that I had given her during the trial-run.. Like the fact that I hate lipstick and wanted super natural lips. She was also scheduled to do my maid of honor's makeup, which she did beautifully, but then she also convinced my (kind of butch) bridesmaid to let her do her makeup as well. She kept it very natural, per her request, and she looked great. So glad Taryn convinced her to go for it!
I am super pleased with Taryn and will definitely recommend her to any family and friends with upcoming weddings/events that they want to look their best for. (She was also very reasonably priced and incredibly easy to get in contact with!)

yn who was willing to take me on at the last minute, for my Sunday breakfast brunch reception which we had to start getting ready for at 5am! She did an amazing job with my hair and make up. I was so pleased and happy with the results. She came completely prepared for anything, really listened to what I wanted for my look and was able to orchestrate it beautifully. Plus, she's a total sweatheart to work with!
Taryn was great. I got married during a peak wedding season and she still found time to respond to questions during the months leading up to the big day. I had no idea what I wante...
d and she was able to figure out what would look best on my face and help narrow down some options for my hair. Having her there on my big day was such a relief. I knew I was in good hands and I didn't even have to travel- she came right to me. It was one thing on my list that I didn't have to stress about. She also did hair and make-up for my grandma and aunt- wow! My grandma is outrageously picky. She looked 20 years younger! My aunt was stunning (as usual). As a bonus - my make-up lasted all night - even through the cake smash on my face!
She was so sweet and calming on such an important day! We had spoke over the phone about colors but hadn't met until the wedding day.... So amazed! She blended the colors so well a...
nd respected each person's wishes. I loved my added lashes and that she used a light coverage base instead of the heavy stuff. Waterproof everything (thank goodness) and fun colors. Perfect in every picture!

sooo hot, and even at the end of the day, my hair and make-up looked just as good as when she first applied it! she went above and beyond to do exactly what I wanted, and even did a bridesmaid's hair at the last minute! Taryn is worth twice as much, at a very reasonable price! I highly recommend her!

few different styles. The cosmetic she use is high quality and definitely waterproof, cause I burst in to tears many times in the wedding. The makeup still stay :P. She is punctual. I had a morning ceremony and she arrived the site 6:30am. She actually got up 4:00am and drive morn than 2 hours. The other good reason to have her is that she is good at both hair and makeup. She takes care of every detail.

! I felt naturally glamorous. The makeup was not heavy and it was flawless. My husband hates lots of makeup and he loved Taryn's work. I didn't need to do any touch ups except my lip gloss, even after hours of photography and dancing! Taryn is super sweet, fun to work with, and makes you feel very comfortable. She also did a great job on two of my bridesmaids and my mother in law. She even went out of her way to help a couple of my other bridesmaids who chose to do their own hair and makeup. Taryn is awesome!!!
