addition to the appetizers. The selection we had to choose from was wonderful. We had an elegant cheese display (my husband is French and cheese is a MUST), we had an antipasta platter, 2 entree's, 2 salads, 2 sides and what seemed to be never ending bread. We hired a bartender to serve the drinks & they made a huge vat of Sangria as a last minute request. We had 2 servers attending to all the tables and guests. We rented the tables, chairs, linens, flatware, glassware and stemware. All VERY affordable on our small budget. We paid about $33 per person and that covered everything from the food to the rentals (this does not include the tax and service fee.) Yes, very affordable. We did however, pay for our own wine and beer, but Taste included bottled water, soda, lemons, lime, straws, (a bar kit as they call it). My photographer loved the display of the food and she took several photos that I would love to share with Taste so that they can showcase it on their website. What's great is that the food was full of flavor and did not just "look good". The chicken was juicy, the Salmon was absolutely delicious, the vegetables seasoned to perfection, not overcooked and the salads were tasty and not drowning in dressing (a huge concern of mine). The service is 5 star and they dress appropriately for the occasion. The set up and tear down was fast and efficient, like magic! I am very pleased with Taste Catering. I look forward to the next event in my life, big or small.

e Catering made sure the food was great. What needed to be warm was warm and what needed to be cold was cold. It was great! I only wish I hadn't been running around talking to people to eat more!
