Taste of Eden Bakery ~ Grant & Debbie Geurin

Debbie and the Taste of Eden team have been baking for our family for YEARS. Every cake and cupcake she sends our way is on time, fresh and delicious. She totally spoiled my husband and I during our wedding cake tasting. We nearly ordered every kind! She absolutely nailed the vision for the main cake and our B-MO groom's cake was almost too adorable to eat! The true test of a wedding cake, though, comes a year later. Having wrapped the top layer in plastic wrap and foil, it sat in our freezer for a year. When we unthawed it and enjoyed it on our first anniversary, it was STILL absolutely heavenly!

Contacted her several times about a cake and she was very nice but then as I tried to work with her on some changes I wanted to make in order to make my cake more affordable she completely ignored all of my messages. After already telling me she would make my cake, she left me hanging for over 2 weeks so I ultimately gave up on her after several messages and calls. Very stressful on a bride trying to plan a wedding...

I looooved my cake so much. It was insanely delicious. Debbie was able to do everything we asked for without charging an expensive fee. I would have been crazy not to use her for my wedding cake after that awesome cake tasting. If you're getting married in Hot Springs or near the area, use Taste of Eden!!

My cakes were absolutely perfect. They looked stunning and also tasted delicious. This whole experience was wonderful and made my day so special!

Debbie worked with our price range and was able to make it look perfect! A little late delivering the cake, but was still there on time and tasted and looked beautiful.

Debbie did a wonderful job with our cakes. They were delicious and her prices were wonderful I was under budget and she was so wonderful to work with throughout the process!

Debbie opened her doors to us on such short notice after we tasted at least two other bakeries in town that really let us down. Her cakes were to die for! The cakes were so moist and flavorful. She managed to make the perfect Pumpkin Spice cake for my groom. I think she just conjured up that recipe, but you would've thought she had been perfecting it for years! And the buttercream icing - best we've ever had!! Her designs were incredible. They were exactly what we asked for. Best of all, she was up-front, honest, and so professional. She was very honest about not having made a pumpkin cake before (although you never would have guessed) and she warned us ahead of time that buttercream wouldn't hold up in heat. I truly appreciate her letting us know what we're getting ourselves into instead of just pretending to make happen the impossible. Putting our faith in her hands, though, was the best decision. She knew exactly when to deliver our cakes so that the buttercream icing wouldn't sit and melt in the outdoor heat, and they were perfection! I can't imagine any other bakery being able to top Taste of Eden.

Although the first time I met Debbie there was a mix up with appointments for wedding consultations, after that was sorted it was smooth sailing. She did an absolutely beautiful job on the cupcakes and cakes for our wedding. We had several flavors and a fairly intricate design for the whole thing. She worked with the wedding planner after our initial consultation. We shopped around and her prices couldn't be beat, neither could her friendliness!

Tried to use Taste of Eden for my wedding. Had trouble making contact via phone or email. Finally made an appointment (drove from Memphis to Hot Springs) and she didn't show up! Never heard from her again.
