Taste of Mexico Catering Services provides delicious and traditional Mexican cuisine for weddings and other milestone events throughout Houston, TX. This family-owned business strives to provide fresh, homemade-style dishes for unforgettable family occasions. Diana Sanchez is the primary owner of this catering operation. Originally from Mexico, she has been cooking for as long as she can remember. All her recipes have been passed down for generations and are now being shared with the wider Texan community. All dishes from Taste of Mexico Catering Services are made from scratch using the finest ingredients. This enables this team to create sublime meals that accommodate specific dietary requirements, including gluten-free, organic, and vegetarian. While browsing through these caterers’ menus, you will see a selection of Mexican staples such as quesadillas, fajitas, fresh salads, ensaladas, Carne guisada, and more. Your wedding menu can be delivered to your venue and set up in various ways, ready for service. This includes family-style, chef stations, buffets, passed appetizers, servers, and more. For further convenience, all plates and cutlery is cleaned up at the end of service. This lets you stay immersed in your celebrations, enjoying every cherished moment.

Since this was an all inclusive package, I dealt directly with Diana. She was very easy to talk to, answered my clients questions and requests quickly and she made suggestions where appropriate. As a venue owner, fimding a vendor that is responsive, professional and has excellent work ethics makes all the difference on the wedding day! I love to cook, cooking is my passion. I take pride on my home cooking and I will treat your family as if they were my own.
I 'm from Mexico, Celaya GTO and I've been cooking since I can remember I am from the city but I loved to spend my summers vacations where my mom grew up where I was taught from making tortillas, killing chickens and growing herbs. Most of all my recipes are from my family and new ones of my own. We have been serving Houston, TX since February 2018 and have been going strong since then.
