Oh my god. This food was AMAZING. We are 76 days after our wedding and our guests are still talking about it. Especially the Elote!! Everything was so so so good and had so much flavor. I cannot wait to use them again. Diana was also so good to work with and she made my experience so stress free. I highly recommend.
Taste of Mexico was great to from the taste testing to the delivery of food and dessert table on the day of our wedding! We had lots of complaints about the food ! We chose the chicken polbano and the mixed fajitas
We had Taste of Mexico cater our wedding after having their delicious food at a cousin’s wedding almost 2 years ago. Everything was GREAT and we had so many compliments from our guests in how great the food was. The entire team is extremely professional and friendly. The company offers a wide variety of options that fit all of our guests’ dietary needs. I can’t rave enough about Taste of Mexico and their excellent service!

Taste of Mexico was exactly what I needed. We went to their restaurant and had our taste testing, everything we had was delicious it was hard to make a decision. They are very responsive and a wonderful family business. On the day of the wedding, the food was as delicious as the day we did our taste testing, people were also getting up to get seconds. I am so happy we chose Taste of Mexico! We went with the corn and fruit bar for appetizers and the chicken poblano pasta and red pepper steak plate.
Taste of Mexico was exactly what we were looking for!! Delicious food at an affordable price. We first met with Diana to do a tasting and she was awesome from the very beginning. She communicated well during the whole process and when it came down to our big day she and her team handled everything with professionalism and great attitudes. I highly recommend them for your catering services!
Some of the nicest and most professional people. They were great at communicating with us. The food was so amazing. Its all anyone could talk about. It was unique for a wedding and I was surprised that my son wanted to have street tacos for his wedding,but it was the coolest setup.
With the stress of having a wedding you expect everything to go perfect, Taste of Mexico made sure it did. The food was amazing and reminded me of the true authentic Mexican cuisine that I would eat back home. The charcuterie spread and street taco buffet was all everyone could talk about that day and days after. Mrs. Diana and her staff were absolutely amazing from treating everyone so kindly to busing the entire night. Mrs. Diana and her staff are people with servants hearts and that is a quality I wanted when looking for a full service catering company. The price you pay for the service you get is incomparable to other caterers and you will be doing yourself a dishonor by not having Taste of Mexico on your big day. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone any time of year.

We absolutely loved our experience with Taste of Mexico! They were kind and easy to work with from the initial tasting through our wedding day. The food was delicious and our guests had a lot of fun with the street corn bar at our cocktail hour. I’ve heard lots of stories of brides and grooms not having a chance to eat at their wedding, but the team took excellent care of us and we’re kind enough to bring us food to our table. They made sure we got to taste everything that we picked and brought us our food as soon as we sat down.
Diana and her family/staff were amazing to work with, we went in for two tastings and both times were treated so incredibly. It was almost overwhelming all the different things to try and everything was so delicious. Sadly I didn't get to much experience with them personally at our wedding as it was such a busy day and our planner served us a plate but everyone raved about how good the food was. I highly recommend their services!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Taste of Mexico. Our guests ranged from multi-generational Mexican family members to vegans from the Pacific Northwest to rural midwesterners who may never have seen an actual taco in their life and literally *everyone* at our wedding was raving about the food. We thought it would be impossible to please everyone in such a diverse group, but Taste of Mexico pulled it off.
We went with the taco bar option. Throughout the planning process, Diana was responsive and helpful, and the day of staff was so wonderful! They brought me and my husband full plates of the tacos of our choice and also brought us refill plates to make sure we got enough to eat!
If you’re looking for a more casual vibe at your wedding, incredible value, and delicious food that can cater to almost any dietary restriction, Taste of Mexico is absolutely the way to go.
From the first time we met the Taste of Mexico team we knew we had to have them. The food was absolutely amazing and all of our guests raived about the tacos, beans, rice &horchata. Flavor, flavor, flavor 🤩 The team is so professional yet brings a lovely energy with them that can't be forgotten. Diana is accommodating and takes so much pride with her family in their business. You can literally taste the love in the food! We are so happy with our choice to make Taste of Mexico the taste of our wedding night 🥹❤️
I recommend taste of mexico for all your future catering needs! They were excellent to work with since the first day I reached out and their service on the day of my wedding was phenomenal. I don't know how Diana does it honestly! She is always quick on communication! Our tasting at the restaurant was so relaxed and fun! And the food is DELICIOUS!!! I had so many compliments on the food from family and friends and I even had one of my guest say they are booking them for their 40th birthday in 2023! Not only was the food great but we hiring them as our bartenders as well which was the best decision! The bartender is very friendly and quick with the cocktails! My wedding bar line was never super long! If you don't hire Taste of Mexico for your event, you are crazy!
We just had Taste of Mexico cater our wedding this past weekend. The amount of compliments we received were unreal. Everyone loved everything about it! We had a guest count of 250 and the buffet was served quickly. I am so happy that we chose them for our wedding. Pricing was exactly in our range and service was incredible. We chose the Fiesta Chicken. The guacamole was so fresh. The salsa were delicious. We opted to serve the chicken with pasta with a poblano sauce and it was such a hit. I completely recommend them. If you want your guests to still be talking about how delicious the food was days later.. book them NOW!

Highly recommend Taste of Mexico! They are an awesome family business. They have many food options that are so reasonably priced. We received SO many compliments after our wedding on how great the food was. They have a store front as well which me and my husband went on our own to test out all of the options before choosing exactly what we wanted for the big day!
They were fantastic from start to finish! Prompt replies via email, showed up on time, and great presentation and service throughout our wedding. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it! Highly recommend them for any catering needs!
We hired Taste of Mexico for our wedding on 2/5/22 and it was hands down the BEST. Our guests absolutely loved their street tacos and are still going on about how great they were. Diana was so easy to talk to and very responsive to any questions we had. They brought my now husband and I our meals and the fixings so we didn’t have to stand up ourselves to do it. If you are considered them, DO IT. You won’t regret it!
Taste of Mexico was AMAZING!! From the very beginning Diana made sampling the food so easy and fun. She understood exactly what I wanted. She was very quick at answering my text messages and it was so easy to pay. On the big day, they did awesome!! My guest LOVED the food and could not stop talking about how delicious it was. They were so impressed with how authentic and fresh the food was. They brought me and my husband a platter full of food with all the fixings and it was delicious!! They cleaned up after and packaged all the left over food up for us to take home. Diana personal came out to find me and let me know that they were leaving and everything was taken care of. Even days after our wedding our guest were still raving over how delicious the food was. Without a doubt I made the best decision booking Taste of Mexico. I wish they had a restaurant because I already want more!!

Our clients fell in love with their food and decided to serve street style tacos at their wedding. It was a hit! The guests loved being able to choose between beef, chicken and pork tacos. It was served with rice, beans, chips and queso. The guests were able to choose from several toppings which they absolutely loved!
Since this was an all inclusive package, I dealt directly with Diana. She was very easy to talk to, answered my clients questions and requests quickly and she made suggestions where appropriate. As a venue owner, fimding a vendor that is responsive, professional and has excellent work ethics makes all the difference on the wedding day! Highly recommend them... bottom line, amazing customer service and the food was delicious!

We hired Diana for our wedding on 10/03/2020. We LOVED her food! All of her food was delicious. Diana took care of our cocktail hour bites, buffet dinner, desserts table, and candy/snack table. I have family members and friends asking for her contact information for future parties all the time. So glad we found Diana and her team for our wedding! She even took care of cutting and serving our cake the day of. Thank you so much Taste of Mexico!!! 😊

I 'm from Mexico, Celaya GTO and I've been cooking since I can remember I am from the city but I loved to spend my summers vacations where my mom grew up where I was taught from making tortillas, killing chickens and growing herbs. Most of all my recipes are from my family and new ones of my own. We have been serving Houston, TX since February 2018 and have been going strong since then.
