I had to make quite a few changes not long before the wedding and they attended to every change I made. They were very responsive which was very helpful. I had two signature cocktails and I felt they were made perfectly (and I’m a bit of a cocktail snob). The bartenders were very friendly and fast. There was never a long line at the bar. The professionalism was fantastic. Our head waitress attended to all of our needs throughout the whole night. I also felt the cost was very appropriate for the great food and service offered. I would highly recommend this vendor, you won’t regret it.

It was on her recommendation we had a plate of apps set aside for us and brought to the bridal suite so that my husband and I had a private moment to enjoy them together. izer options was buffalo chicken dip.....so many people thought it was the absolute best thing they've ever eaten. We heard a lot of compliments on that, and all the other food as well. The food is delicious. Everything at the tasting and my wedding was very good. A lot of guests came up to me (the bride) and my family to compliment the food. We actually had a crepe station with Tasteful Occasions and that was a hit. I enjoyed everything on my plate. During the wedding day, staff were efficient and professional. There were no hiccups in service and everything ran smoothly. Everyone was very kind and a few actually complimented the wedding. After the reception ended, staff stayed to help take tablecloths off and tear down decorations, even though they weren't required, which was a huge help to our wedding party and families. I'd highly recommend Tasteful Occasions for any bride's wedding!

At our tasting, they had everything on our menu prepared for us to try and it was all DELICIOUS! Throughout wedding planning they have a google doc to fill out with lots of details in order to keep your wedding day running smoothly- I loved this!! On our wedding day, we had drinks at the ceremony for our guests (which was included and so thoughtful), butlered apps, a large charcuterie board of apps, and our main course was a dual plate of chicken and steak with veggies and potatoes. Our guests loved the meal! They also made sure our drinks were full all night! We literally felt so catered to! Loved everything about working with them!

Krystal and Kim were incredibly patient with our many (many) renditions and changes to make sure our menu was perfect. Their expert advice throughout the planning process was absolutely essential to the success of our day. & The FOOD! WOW! I knew after our first tasting that this would be something our guests would talk about for a long time after. We chose to customize a raw bar for our cocktail hour - and I'm still thinking about the tuna and rockfish ceviche on crispy wonton chips. For our entrees we went with a sirloin steak, sea bass and crab cake. Each was mouthwateringly delicious. Lastly, I have to give thanks and appreciation to their incredible staff. It was a blazing hot evening outdoors, and they worked very very hard to ensure our guests always had refreshments and were as comfortable as possible. The bartenders were drink masters and so kind with our guests. One even made the cutest Shirley Temple for my niece with edible glitter and she started jumping up and down, beaming with excitement. Your event will be a smashing success with this hire!

They made the planning process very easy with forms to fill out and phone calls to go over everything. They were very flexible and willing to make adjustments close to the day of our wedding to make sure everything went perfect. I've never even heard anyone compliment food at a wedding until my own. I received probably 25-30 compliments on how good the food was at our wedding. A few men didn't even compliment me or how beautiful the day was, just came up to me at my wedding to tell me the food is awesome. Tasteful Ocassions (and especially Crystal) made the planning process so easy. They have an extensive menu if you're unsure what you want, but will make whatever changes you need as well. My sister is highly allergic to dairy and they made her own little pot of vegan Mac and cheese even though they've never made it before. My sister literally cried because she hadn't had Mac and cheese in years. Their options are endless but they also nail every single option. Day of the wedding, everything went seamlessly. The staff were so nice and went above and beyond for me. They let me invade their space while I was getting bustled and brought me a drink. The bartenders were on point. Everyone was so happy with their drinks. Crystal hand delivered plates of food to my husband and I so we didn't even have to get up and it was stellar. Everything was so beautiful and delicious. I didn't know you could make barbeque look that good. It went above and beyond what I thought a wedding buffet could taste or look like. And then the dessert bar, oh my goodness! It was beautiful and I ate at least 5 tiramisu cups along with every other dessert there. All in all, Crystal and her staff are courteous, kind, professional, and really work hard to make your day incredible. I know people get sticker shock sometimes when planning a wedding, but let me tell you, this is WELL worth it. Crystal is definitely in her element when it comes to weddings and her passion and skill show through everything she does.

not only myself and my Dad, but the entire party. I cannot tell you all how much of a relief I felt when I heard, we can make the whole thing gluten free. Our food was served hot, promptly, and without any anxiety that I would have a gluten attack on my wedding day. Crystal and Kim were a God sent. A very happy Gluten Free Bride!

hem - we had nothing but rave reviews. Everyone loved all of the food - and some of our other vendors were adding them to their preferred vendors list after working our wedding. Everyone on staff is so nice and easy to work with. They are very attentive, not only prior to the wedding, but at the wedding. My husband and I did not want for anything - they were asking if we needed drinks or more food. Such a pleasure to work with and worth every penny we spent.

The entire planning process with Kim was a breeze - she is so calm and willing to give her honest opinion if you ask, but makes sure you know the decision is yours. My venue had some last minute insurance requirements, that as a bride 4 days before her wedding had me absolutely freaked out, but Kim was a savior and was able to resolve the problem so quickly when she had no contractual requirement to do so. The day of, everything went so smoothly that I honestly don't have much to say about it because it all came together without me noticing a thing or needing to step in. Cassie, or banquet manager, was an angel, constantly checking on us to make sure we and our entire bridal party had fresh drinks, and most importantly, NOT coming to us with problems - she made everything seamless. We heard great feedback from our guests about the bartending staff, and lots of compliments about how delicious the food was, how generous the portions were, and how quickly the buffet moved. Even our venue said they were going to immediately add Tasteful Occasions to the top of their preferred vendor list.

The food experience is one of the biggest expenses you will have for your wedding and you do not want it to go poorly. With TOC you won't have to worry about that at all! g. People said the food was amazing, and it really was good. We got the most compliments on the steak which turned out perfect. The even had a woman who was in charge of myself and my husband all night and I don't remember a time when my water wasn't refilled or a drink wasn't in my hand before my glass was barely empty. We did a dessert bar and they did an amazing job, they asked for unique ideas outside of cookies and brownies which gave us freedom. They made amazing cream puffs, chocolate dipped fruit, macaroons, and even a small cake for us. They make the process so simple and easy from the tasting to selecting your choices.

ey made our wedding in November the absolutely most picture perfect day... All of our food was INCREDIBLE!!! I can't even tell you how many compliments we received on dinner and all of the appetizers. They even blew it out of the water with our late night grilled cheese bar! Our guests are still raving!! I know how much time and work went into the entire event, and their entire team are so incredible and appreciated for all of their hard work. From the servers to the bartenders, everyone was so wonderful and sweet. They have truly built a fantastic team and made all of our food/drink dreams a reality! And even before the wedding... I can't thank them enough for their patience with me! I had tons of questions and changes I wanted to make throughout the planning process, but the team was always so positive and sweet, and I can't tell you how much that meant to me! They all definitely made the wedding planning process 100000x easier for me, and I will forever be thankful for them and their help every step of the way. To sum it all up, you NEED to book Tasteful Occasions. They helped to create the fairy tale wedding of my dreams, and they will create yours too!

y options for appetizers, entrees, and desserts! They handled set up, linens, bar, glassware, etc. Everything was perfect and cleanup happened in the blink of an eye at the end of the night. They are very well organized and have wonderful serving staff and chefs! They even offer the option of bringing the couple food during their cocktail hour photo session so that they don't go hungry before dinner. Their bartenders mixed great drinks and were mindful of only opening the bottles that they needed at the time, allowing us to return our unopened bottles and decreasing the overall expense of the event.

Guests raved about all of the food but the cocktail hour was a huge hit. The items were all delicious and plentiful and the entree’s, desserts and cake at the reception were also spectacular. All of the servers were efficient and professional but also friendly. Kim did a great job of keeping things moving and on track…she was even willing to supply late night chicken nuggets in to-go containers and to box up the left over cake for guests to take with them. I couldn’t be happier that we chose Tasteful Occasions and enthusiastically recommend them if you are looking for a caterer. e had a buffet & received feedback from numerous guests that it was the best food they've ever had a buffet (the tropical chicken, short rib, penne alla vodka, etc. was so delicious). TO also provided our 2-tier cake as well as our bartending service. The cake was absolutely perfect & exactly what I asked for. They even gave us a whole separate cake to take home & enjoy on our 1-year anniversary. The bartenders were great & Kim was awesome at helping us plan our alcohol purchase as we had to supply all of our own alcohol. The dessert display was absolutely stunning & far exceeded my expectations. Overall, our experience with TO was excellent - there's a reason our venue (Bluestone Estate) recommended them so highly!

ff the day-of was PHENOMENAL. Every time we turned around they were clearing our plates, asking if we needed refills, etc. Truly cannot thank them enough for their work on our day. They also were very responsive throughout the booking process, but the first sour instance was the day of our tasting- we found out last minute the person we had been communicating with was no longer going to be attending- and the people serving us, while nice, were referring us to email our contact with every question we had throughout the tasting. We then had quite a bit of time of planning and minimal contact while we awaited guest counts, to then feel somewhat bombarded by long forms and short deadlines closer to our wedding date. Despite our wedding coordinator instructing our vendors to contact her prior to us first, especially in the weeks prior to the wedding. We were made to feel like some of our requests were major inconveniences, and felt our bartenders (separate vendor) had a harder time because we did not hire this vendor's bartending team. Overall, we would recommend them and they really did achieve what we wanted within the budget we needed, we just would have preferred a little less stress along the way!
