From all the dedicated work and commitment to a large wedding at the Lighthouse gazebo (including chairs, fully stocked bar, and a delicious array of appetizers) for one daughter last summer to the assistance for a small, intimate wedding this summer for another daughter, Tasteful Temptation is an all-star island service for matrimony preparation and implementation. They are both personable and professional -- they aim to please, and their aim is true!

Thank you SO much for the wonderful food, delicious wedding cake, cupcakes and service you provided for our wedding at Villas by the Sea, Jekyll Island on Saturday 25th June. Because we came over from England, we didn’t have the opportunity for a tasting session and decided to trust the reviews - we’re so glad we did as everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Tasteful Temptations has incredible foods in all areas. Our wedding cake was to die for, our dinner was wonderful, and the cocktail hour had hand passed starters for everyone to enjoy! While there was a small problem due to staffing the day of our wedding, Tasteful Temptations still worked hard for us. They rectified the problem and we plan to hopefully get a small cake from them for our first anniversary!

Our event started as a “simple wedding for around 50 people” and over the course of a few months got slightly more complicated and nearly 70 people, but Brain and Sara helped us navigate every change without a glitch. Not only was the food delicious and exactly what we wanted, but they handled setup for the ceremony and reception, helped coordinate with our family/friend volunteers, kept everyone on task, helped us find a fantastic photographer at a fairly late date, and made sure everything was perfect so we didn’t have to worry about anything.

Tasteful Temptations was a fantastic company to work with! 100% of my communication was with Sara, who was fast with her responses, which was very important to me, since I was planning a Coastal Georgia wedding from San Diego. Tasteful supplied food for our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception, both of which were great. My husband and I didn't really have any idea what we wanted to serve at our wedding, but Sara helped us put together an amazing menu! We received compliments on the food all night long, both nights. We had tomato chicken and pulled pork for our rehearsal, and crab cakes, beef tenderloin, and breaded chicken for our reception. The event staff both nights were great, really went above and beyond for us. They even grabbed a photobooth photo at the start of the night, which I love!! Highly highly highly recommend!!! My wife and I recently had our wedding this fall on Tybee Island and we used Tasteful Temptations for our reception catering, cocktail hour and bartending services. The experience was a great one especially since they were very willing to work with us on our dinner menu option. We chose to go with a brunch style menu that featured shrimp and grits, French toast, eggs, etc. and there was not one item that wasn't devoured. One of the common items of feedback we heard from our guests was how wonderful the food was. Their team was all-around excellent.

Tasteful Temptations did an amazing job catering our wedding on Jekyll Island. Their staff went above and beyond to make our day perfect! They provided the furniture, linens, tableware, appetizers, dinner, wedding cake, and bar service for our wedding. I was nervous to go with an all in one shop at first, but Tasteful Temptations delivered in a huge way. I would recommend them to anyone getting married around St. Simons. The wedding cake tasted so heavenly, my guests are still talking about it.

We had a hard time finding a caterer for our Jekyll Island wedding, which we were planning completely remotely. Lana and the Tasteful Temptation team came to our rescue. They are incredibly responsive via email and worked really hard to help us stay within budget. We did not find that sort of service from a caterer anywhere else. We had a BBQ for food, and the pulled pork, Parmesan crusted chicken, and mashed potatoes were particularly delicious. We had a lot of compliments on the food, which is not something people normally mention unless its reallllly good. And it was. They also did a customized donut wedding cake, and provided bar service for our event (while allowing us to provide alcohol). All around, they are an incredibly professional team and I am so thankful they catered our wedding.

Amazing!! I got so many compliments on the food at my wedding :) Their servers and bartenders are very nice and make great drinks! I actually ended up needed them to work an additional 30 minutes and they did it free of charge! My one complaint is I never got to try and chicken and waffles appetizer and so many guests talked about how amazing it was! But I can’t fault them for that pictures took a while and we missed cocktail hour! I also used TT for my lighting and they went above and beyond, I thought three string lights would be enough but it was kinda empty and they had additional lights that they offered to put up free of charge (which wasn’t easy because they had to climb a tree)! You won’t go wrong using TT! Thank you so much :)

The food alone deserves a 10 out of 5 stars! It was delicious. The only reason I did not give a full 5 out of 5 stars is because we had a lot of mixup. When I first decided on TT, we had a planner we loved and walked us through everything. But before we knew it, she left the company without letting us know. Our next planner finally got with us to get to work - she was great as well. However, from plates to chairs, to the time food was to be prepared and served, I was not 100% happy. One of the menu items that we were supposed to have was also not present at our event. We were told it was passed instead of being with the buffet, but no one saw that item. It was not there. I do recommend TT, but be sure to dot every I and cross every T. Double check behind everything to be sure you're completely covered the day of. Again though, what did make it to the wedding reception (food wise) was to die for.

We chose Tasteful Temptations after getting excellent reviews from friends that had used them previously for weddings and company Christmas parties. Veronica was wonderful to work with and so accommodating and the food was so delicious. We chose to do a station style reception so people weren't standing in one long buffet line and we loved how it turned out. We fed 200 people for a very reasonable price especially after receiving a quote from another company for almost $4,000 more. At the end of the night, they packed up a to-go box for my husband and I to have when we got back to our hotel room. Tasteful really went above and beyond everything we expected.

AMAZING caterers. Brian and Veronica were SO helpful. They helped make my weekend perfect. The food was SO good and the service was even better! Even better price. Rentals included which is super helpful to have everything under one vendor. Highly recommended!

Food was amazing an I can not say enough nice things about the staff! They def went over an beyond for us and our wedding guest! Brian Justice, owner of Tasteful Temptations, is by far the best cater my husband and I have ever experienced! We decided to get married at the Lighthouse on St. Simon's Island, GA and Tasteful Temptations was listed for the approved cater for us to choose from for our big day. Brian came highly recommended and we totally understand why! He helped us to stay within the budget of our wedding, gave us great tips of the places to get married at the Lighthouse, the dos an don'ts of assisting us with the entire food planning right down to making sure we have enough options for our vegetarian guests as small as they were. It was amazing....and we got married on his wedding anniversary! He staff was amazing, the food was outstanding and needless to say we had none leftover except for 2 plates my husband and I took home with us the next day. It was by far surpassed our expectations and our guests said that was by far the best food they have ever had at a wedding, let alone being out of town. Brian was so easy to work with, so very understanding and went over and beyond our expectations. We will recommend him again and again to anyone interested in getting married in the Golden Isles!!! You will not be disappointed! No matter what your idea of 'the perfect wedding' is, Brian will make it happen!

Brian at Tasteful Temptations was wonderful! The food was amazing and he even supplied a "special request" we had for one of our guests. His staff was professional and friendly. He also provided the wedding cake which was delicious! We would highly recommend Brian and his staff for anyone planning any occasion!

We (and everyone at the wedding!) loved the food provided by Brian at Tasteful Temptations. He is truly a great chef. We also rented extra tables and linens from him, as well as bar service. It was easy to go with one person for this. Would recommend!

Everything was amazing!! The food was great and the service was awesome!

The food was amazing, although I don't feel like we got quite enough for the amount of people paid for. The service was good, unfortunately they forgot to get have silverware for the bride and groom but they got it for us as soon as we asked. The biggest complaint I have is that the bartender poured drinks to heavily. Some people might like this but we ended up with a few very drunk people. I realize this could have happened anyway but I would have preferred to have drinks poured more appropriately. We also got our cake from them and it was delicious.

This catering company KNOWS ITS STUFF! The food was absolutely delicious--that was the main topic of conversation throughout the reception! The presentation of food and cake was divine which also included a full cocktail and snack display. This service not only took care of food and drink but also the set-up and take-down of the ceremony display and reception which saved the guests and my family a huge amount of stress. I would use this service all over again, and I know my guests and I absolutely recommend Tasteful Temptations!
