My fiance and I received so many little notes and words of joy throughout the planning process that truly eased any stress we may have had! ooking Tauri for our wedding, she responded right away and made it very clear to us that she wanted to get to know us as a couple, so we could have the best wedding photos that fit our personalities. It was so nice of her to take the time to grab coffee with us, take our beautiful engagement photos, and genuinely get to know us. Being the first children in our families to get married, my fiance and I had no idea how to plan a wedding. Tauri immediately offered her guidance and sent us a timeline of our wedding day including all of the little details. She was so organized throughout the entire process which made everything run very smoothly. On the day of our wedding, Tauri and her mom were so helpful and efficient. We could tell they were fully invested in our day, and wanted to capture everything perfectly so we could remember it forever. After talking with fellow bride friends, I realized how lucky we were to have Tauri! Not only was she prompt in getting our photos back to us, but she also accomplished capturing every photo that we requested (ahead of time) in a flawless manner. Tauri, we cannot thank you enough! From the second we got off our Facetime with her (since we live in Houston) we knew it was meant to be; she checked all of our boxes and more. Tauri is professional, friendly, and so supportive through the ENTIRE wedding planning process. She was more than a photographer; she helped us set a timeline, answered my million questions about things outside of photos, coordinated with our other vendors to make sure everything was in place, and made me feel completely at ease with everything (even with planning out of state). More than all of these things, over the months of planning Tauri truly became a friend to us. She sent us the sweetest notes and treats in the months leading up to the wedding, and was always only a text message away. Believe it or not, all of these things were what took place BEFORE the wedding itself. The day of the wedding Tauri and Brian (her husband who co-shoots with her) were absolute Godsends. They showed up, took charge and everything went flawlessly. Despite the on and off rain, they captured the most gorgeous pictures and never became flustered or stressed (unlike myself…). Their calm kept me calm throughout the entire day and I truly don’t think that things could have gone more seamlessly; their teamwork to capture photos is amazing. I don’t know how she did it, but after only a couple of days she had a blog post up for our wedding, and nearly 200 pictures already edited and sent to me that took me right back to the day and made me cry! Once you get to know Tauri, you realize how it is truly meant to be that she is a photographer. She knows how to capture each and every moment of your day, doesn’t miss a beat, and it is evident that she loves what she does. Tauri makes the process relaxing, fun, and natural. I could go on and on for pages about how wonderful she is, and words can’t describe how INCREDIBLY thankful Chris and I feel to have randomly found her on Instagram. I will recommend her 1,000% to anyone and everyone!

After our engagement session, we trusted her completely to photograph our wedding - it is so obvious that she loves her job and is so extremely talented. Also, she was so personal, making it feel like we’ve been friends for years! She was so helpful throughout our entire wedding planning process. She used her experience and helped us plan the schedule for the wedding day, which definitely put us at ease! She was always so responsive to our questions, emails, and text messages. In addition, she checked in on us and sent us sweet cards and gifts leading up for the big day. On our wedding day, Tauri & her amazing second shooter/husband Brian spent nearly 12 hours with us! Our day ran so smoothly and we owe that to Tauri and Brian. Our family raved about how genuine she was and how obvious it was that she loved her job. We couldn’t believe it when she finished all of our pictures so quickly after the wedding! We are SO happy with all of the photos – Tauri is truly gifted and we can’t thank her enough!
