Since moving to Charleston in 1998, Chef Mark has worked at renowned Lowcountry locations such as Charleston Place and The Sanctuary at Kiawah. He has also owned several successful businesses, including Pluto Rocks, Uncork Wine Bar, and the award-winning Tavern on the Green SC. Mark's extensive exposure to fine dining has shaped his approach as the Chef for Tavern on the Green Catering, a role he truly LOVES!
