Aloha and welcome to our page! We are Taylor & Michaella- a Hawaii based husband and wife wedding and portrait photography/film duo for the madly in love and adventurous souls. Our desire is for your experience to stretch far beyond simply receiving beautifully captured photos--- we want to facilitate an atmosphere where you can be fully present in your moment, in your day, with the one you love. And when you look back on the images you'll be surrounded by the feeling and emotion of those moments- to be relived again and again. We want to give you an experience, an adventure, but mostly- connection. As guardians of memory and keepers of story- we do not take our job lightly. We want to create art that you and your families will cherish as beloved heirlooms for generations to come. Mahalo

hots we wanted. They captured so many great, candid photos of the important moments on our big day. Plus, they were so genuinely nice! It was lovely having them be a part of our intimate wedding ceremony and reception. They were also very patient, organized and professional and helped keep me stay mellow and carefree when it started to rain like crazy right before our outdoor ceremony. They delivered the photos in a super timely fashion, and we're so happy with the results. They were a joy to work with and we'd highly recommend Tay & McKay!

They're such a sweet couple and we would definitely hire them again for our next photo shoot. Everything from them was stunning quality. I chose to work with Tay & McKay as part of my destination wedding package with The Royal Kona Resort in Kona, Hawaii. Unfortunately, Michaella and her partner weren't able to come...

, but they sent their coworkers (Emily & her partner, who were amazing) to take pictures, and Michaella still promised to edit the pictures herself. I only had them for 2 hours as part of my package (if I had them for additional hours it would have costed $750/hr), but they were super professional and kind despite time FLYING by. I love her soft and elegant style, and my pictures turned out better than I expected. And even in the midst of having their newborn baby, Michaella still managed to respond in a timely matter to my emails. My full gallery was edited and available less than a month after my wedding, and Michaella was also very understanding about my payment requests. I am so happy we chose T&M, thank you!

she made it up to us and stayed later to get photos of our first dance. She spent time talking to us and working out what we wanted for our photos and captured the love and happiness of our day. We were very impressed with the images and she was able to adjust some of the editing to our liking.

Michaella made me feel comfortable and special. Michaella spent the time to make sure she really knew my love story and what I wanted captured on my special day. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. Michaella made my big day that little bit extra special because she is just so bubbly and made me feel super happy and relaxed. My partner hates taking photos, but he loved Michaella and the entire experience. Michaella really goes the extra mile to create the perfect shot she had us going on crazy adventures climbing the lava rocks for the perfect shot. My gallery was given to me in record time which is amazing. Every single photo is breathtaking and so natural. Michaella has captured moments I will cherish forever! I would 100% recommend Tay and McKay. All my Aussie friends are super sad they don't live in Australia to photograph their special days.

I normally like trying new things, but I was so happy with this company, I’ve used them repeatedly for everything including maternity, newborn and yearly family portraits, business marketing photos, and much more. I’ve never been disappointed. Several of my friends have used them for wedding photography and their work has always been simply stunning. Michaella is sugar sweet and very easy to work with. She has a calming, lighthearted presence which really helps in highly stressful situations like weddings or fussy children. She goes to great lengths to make her clients feel at ease and happy. She’s personable, yet professional. Highly recommend!
