About this venue

The Lodge at Taylor Estate is a newly-built, elegant venue that can accommodate up to 350 guests. Our bi-fold doors allow you to enjoy the elegance of the interior while experiencing the breathtaking views that our Estate has to offer. There are 3 homes on the property for rent. Our White House is a 7 bedroom mansion. A 3 bedroom Hilltop Cabin, as well as a 3 bedroom Lakehouse with a open covered pavilion that is great for rehearsal dinners and smaller parties.

Taylor Estate is a family owned business run by the 2 sisters of the family. I'm Elisabeth and likely the one you will work with as I do our wedding and event coordinating. My sister Kelly runs the 3 homes on the property and also does events at the homes and some decorating. We both love to make our costumers happy and will go above and beyond to make sure you are! We love what we do and look forward to working with you!

Taylor Estate is a wonderful place for a wedding! They are clean, timely, and yet relaxed. I was truly blown away by the hospitality from Elisabeth Taylor. They go above and beyond...
to make your day exactly what you envision. We stayed at the house on the property for the weekend and I highly recommend doing that. It allowed us to be close to the venue and it is a huge house with many beds and bathrooms so all of the bridesmaids could be together!

Wow Wow Wow! As we we began looking for venues all over North Georgia they started to run together and I didn’t think we would ever find the right place. Until we heard about Tayl...
or Estate. Even though they were in the early phases of building it stood out from the rest and I knew at that first walk through it would be the perfect location! The final product did not disappoint, it was breathtaking! With its gorgeous views and timeless reception space that makes you feel at home it is no wonder our guests still continue to comment on that day. Besides the stunning lodge that held all 200 of our guest easily we were able to host our rehearsal dinner and room our large wedding party for the weekend in one of the beautiful homes on the property. Not having to leave the property once during the weekend was comforting. We are so happy to have found Taylor Estate. While it is one thing to have a great venue, the people running it are what make Taylor Estate so special. Several days of rain before the big day made the area we planned for our ceremony a little wet and while there are numerous locations on the property to choose from the Taylors knew that area was where we had our heart set and they went above and beyond to ensure we had solid ground for the ceremony. Elisabeth and Kelly worked seamlessly with our wedding planner from day one and while they are professional they are friendly and I truly felt that they shared in our excitement. There are not enough kind words to describe the Taylors. The gratitude I have for all they did to make our weekend so special is endless. They are the icing on the cake to this perfect venue. Without a doubt I would recommend Taylor Estate to anyone!
