Working with Taylor was great; she took care of all of the details on my wedding day and made it so easy. As a wedding coordinator, myself, I had really high expectations and they were absolutely met!
Taylor's team went above and beyond to execute on our vision and bring our dream wedding to life! They provided day of coordinator services, but communicated with us in advance so they had a clear understanding of our plans. They are extremely experienced and professional, partnering perfectly with our other vendors so we got to be guests at our own wedding. Even when one of our other vendors showed up 3 hours late and threw off our wedding schedule, Taylor had a plan to adjust and we barely even noticed the change! Make your wedding day easier and book Taylor to help you plan & coordinate!
Taylor was absolutely amazing as our day-of coordinator. She took care of anything and everything with ease and great professionalism. For those brides who are doing mostly DIY weddings, HIRE A DAY-OF COORDINATOR! It allows you to be present during your big day and enjoy all of the hard work you put into planning. I can’t imagine how much stress there would’ve been had she not been there. 10/10 recommend!
We can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience with Taylor was. We had a tight wedding budget, but managing and organizing was becoming so stressful that we decided that the additional expense would be worth it. And, we were right! We went with her “Something in Between” service because we wanted additional input prior to wedding for important decisions that we felt uncomfortable making on our own as this was our first wedding event. She was instrumental in guiding our last month’s efforts and decisions and in finalizing details with all of our vendors. She setup a Wedding Planning template that could be accessed and updated by all of us which was extremely helpful in keeping track of all the details related to setup, take down, and, of course “Day Of”. She helped us plan the wedding day (minute by minute) with thoughtful appreciation of our needs, the photographers and vendor needs, and also making sure our guests (150) enjoyed themselves! The “Day Of” turned out beautifully, and we were all able to enjoy every minute of the day because of Taylor. From setup, to ceremony, to dinner and dancing, to clean up, she didn’t miss a beat, kept things going perfectly and invisibly! Excellent at communication and follow through! Thank you Taylor!
Excited to finally write this! I was extremely happy with everything Taylor provided and I recommend her HIGHLY if you need some help for your wedding day. We had very specific needs and I really appreciated how thorough our communications were with Taylor. She's also very pleasant to be around and was kind to every person she interacted with. Throughout our day, we felt supported and up-to-date on necessary stuff versus annoyed or overwhelmed by her questions. She also gave great suggestions for basically everything and wasn't afraid to give me her expert opinion. Her pricing was very fair. I definitely felt like we got our moneys worth, if not a great deal. Thanks again Taylor!
Taylor was organized, efficient and a pleasure to work with. She really helped me organize the event and the day of I didn’t worry about a thing. It went perfectly!
At first, I was planning on not having a coordinator at my wedding. I was planning on doing it myself, but I decided to find a coordinator kind of last minute (I contacted Taylor less than a month before my wedding date). And I'm super glad I hired Taylor.
She responded quickly, was very professional throughout the entire process. She has a great system setup online that makes it super easy to track all documents, all timelines, all vendors, and all payments, related to your wedding. Makes it very easy to exchange information.
The day of my wedding Taylor showed up right on time. And got to work right away: she started communicating with the setup team, got all the vendors butts to the location on time, kept accurate time for when everything needed to be executed, made sure the decor and layouts matched exactly as we had outlined, and didn't miss any details.
Probably my favorite thing about Taylor is how she handled each situation that came up that was not originally part of the plan. Which is what you want in a coordinator really. Someone that can handle the issues that come up and deal with them accordingly so that you can enjoy your moment. The DJ needed a shaded area for his setup, so Taylor swapped the locations of the bartender and the DJ so the DJ could have shade for his equipment. Of course she cleared this with me first, but she proposed solutions to me, instead of just telling me about the problem. Another situation that came up, was the caterer had originally told me he would bring 4 people to the wedding to assist him in distributing meals, however only 2 showed up. Without missing a beat, Taylor went and started distributing the entrees to make sure everybody would eat on time. Again, dealing with the problem.

Taylor was amazing! My husband and I used her as our day of coordinator in Napa for our wedding 2019. She made sure everything ran smoothly for me which is just what we needed. I highly recommend taylor for any wedding coordinating she was beyond helpful!
