Taylor Kelley Photography

er work, is incredibly organized, and goes above and beyond for her "clients". I say "clients" because she makes you feel like family. I am so happy that we chose Taylor to capture our special day because her photos make us feel like we are living it all over again. THANK YOU TAYLOR! :)

our day perfectly, and I continue to look through all of the photos just to relive the day! I can’t wait to work with her again for our future family photos, she is simply the best!

erience at Gather at the Deer District made everything feel easy, she knew the space so well and captured every moment perfectly. From our engagement session filled with laughs, to her attention to detail and willingness to hop on calls whenever we had questions, Taylor made the whole process smooth and stress-free. On our wedding day, she helped everything run perfectly and captured every moment in such a beautiful, natural way. We hope you're getting settled back in Kansas and soaking in all the family time. Thank you again for everything, you truly made our day unforgettable!

e took the time to understand our vision in detail, and the final gallery of photos exceeded anything we could have imagined. Taylor has a true gift for storytelling through photography. She didn’t just capture our wedding—she documented the emotion, the energy, the little moments, and the big ones too. Her eye for composition is stunning. Yes, she includes creative crops and artistic angles, but they all come together to tell a cohesive and elegant story of our day. Every time we look at the photos, we find new favorite moments we hadn’t noticed before. One of the things we appreciated most was how unobtrusive she was—never in the way, yet somehow everywhere she needed to be. She captured candid moments of laughter, and connection with our guests that we would have otherwise missed. Our family and friends were also so impressed with how approachable, kind and charismatic she was throughout the day. Taylor easily managed our large families. We booked Taylor’s top-tier package and added a few extra hours, and we’re so glad we did. She worked tirelessly (and with grace!) to make sure all parts of the day were covered—from getting ready to the last dance. She even made sure to photograph the details we had discussed prior to our wedding day. During our pre-wedding convo. taylor had mentioned leaving the reception for a little bit for some 'golden hour' photos. I am so glad she suggested this because these pictures are some of my favorite shots of my husband and I. And as for posed portraits—Taylor was so organized and patient. We had spent time before the wedding coming up with a list of family pictures for her to capture, and pictures we wanted at the reception. She gathered our families and wedding party with ease, helped everyone feel comfortable, and moved efficiently so we could enjoy the rest of our evening. We feel so lucky to have had her as part of our wedding, and we’ll treasure these photos for a life time. I would not hesitate to book her- Taylor is outstanding and worth every penny.

end her enough. She is so professional, so kind, extremely helpful in planning, and takes amazing photos.

ould choose zero stars, I would give her a zero. There were several issues with Taylor, both in the quality of her photography and professionalism. First let's start with with the quality of pictures. I had met with Taylor a few times to talk to her about what I had envisioned for my wedding photos. I wanted pictures that captured key moments of our wedding, I told Taylor with incredible detail each different part of our ceremony and what I wanted captured. All of this was blatantly ignored. She has taken pictures with zero focus, majority of people's backs are showing or she has missed the key moments all together. She has randomly cropped photos at eye level to focus on "details" but instead of coming across "artistic" it comes across as sloppy, and these photos are unusable. I would say about 75% of the pictures she sent us are unusable, amateur, and not the work of a professional. I actually in shock she would think this was acceptable for the amount we paid for her services. She also did not photograph majority of my guests, which was one of my main asks of her. She instead focused on two or three random guests and took several pictures of them at slightly different angles. Majority of our guests are hardly pictured. She also failed to capture the event as a whole, for example she took picture of random dishes of the buffet instead of capturing one picture of how extensive our buffet was, she also did not get one big picture of the reception hall or ceremony with everyone seated. There is no cohesive story to tell in our albums with the subpar, low quality pictures she has taken. Second is her professionalism. We purchased her highest package, and even added additional hours to ensure every key moment would be captured. We expected a certain level of professionalism and care in return. Taylor fell very short of these expectations, and her services were no where worth the price she has set. When she came to our events she did not introduce herself to us, or ask for direction from where to start. She just started taking random photos. She did not come and ask me to organize my friends and family for portraits like I had asked. I had to seek her out and ask her. She also later complained that she did not have enough guidance, there were several point people available to guide her, unfortunately she did not come up to any of us to ask for input of guidance. For the package we purchased the onus is on her to seek us out during the event for guidance. She also took an unjustified number of breaks, in our contract she listed a 10 minute break every 2 hours, in addition to these ten minute breaks, she hardly took any photos during our 90 minute cocktail hour, and took an additional 50 minute plus break during the reception dinner. Whenever I made suggestions to her of what to photograph, she would sloughed it off, and proceeded to do what she thought best, this was incredibly arrogant and dismissive to the clients wishes. When we provided Taylor with some constructive criticism, instead of just apologizing she instead defended her mistakes under the disguise of artistic freedom. It is sad to me that moments of my wedding are completely lost and will never be gained back. I hope future couples will be cautious of this and choose a different photographer.

g with her and preparing for the big day seamless. She cultivated a relationship from day one by sending thoughtful notes and gifts. We felt prepared for our sessions after reading her informative guides, and she made us feel very comfortable and relaxed during our shoots. Not to mention that her pictures turn out flawless! We are so thankful she was able to capture the love and joy of our day.

captured the most amazing photos for us to remember our special day for years to come. We cannot recommend her enough as a wedding photographer!!

t capture your big day. She is very organized and ensures that everything runs smoothly. She captured everything at our wedding so well and every single photo is one that we will cherish forever!

stantly and calmed all of my worries with one sweet email. Thankfully she had our date open because choosing her as our photographer for our wedding was hands down the BEST decision we could have made for our day. I tell everyone that she was the best vendor we booked. Picking the right photographer makes all the difference for the flow of the day and the trust I had in her made the day go more smooth and more perfectly then I could have ever imagined! Words don’t come close to expressing how grateful we are to have had her capture our day. Everything from making us feel so comfortable at our engagement shoot to helping us plan our wedding timeline to getting a crazy wedding party to listen and take amazing photos… she impressed us every single step of the way. She’s makes it so easy and stress free. We will forever cherish our bright, joyous, cheerful and perfect shots we got from our amazing day!!

ct, as well as general wedding/honeymoon tips ahead of time. During the photos, Taylor directed us with patience and made sure everything looked perfect. She went above and beyond and had back-up plans for anything that could go wrong. Taylor thinks of EVERYTHING. Not to mention, she spoiled the heck out of us throughout the whole year with little thoughtful surprises that made us feel like more than a client and more like a friend. The photos turned out wonderfully. They are perfection! We were so excited to get them. We have had so many compliments on them. Her communication is another area we can't praise enough. She constantly made us feel informed as to when to expect things and she is very trust worthy. Taylor truly made our special day unforgettable. We love her and would recommend her 100000000/10 to all who ask!!!

o work with. We really liked that an engagement photo session was included to get comfortable with posing and being photographed. Taylor went above & beyond over our wedding weekend to capture everything and helped our planner with other little details. Our wedding was a dream come true and we will cherish Taylor's pictures forever!! Thank you!!

lor is the best photographer that we have ever seen. Her work and her dedication to capturing the perfect shot make her the best, but the kind of person she is really takes the experience of working with her to the next level. From the moment we first met her, we could tell that she genuinely made an investment in us as people and as friends, not just as potential clients. Whether it was the personalized cards, small gifts, or friendly check-ins, you can tell just how passionate she is about what she does and about creating the best experience possible for her clients. For me, it was a pleasure to see how good of friends Taylor and my wife became throughout the process! It rained for the duration of our wedding photos (which were all outdoors), but this didn’t deter Taylor from going above and beyond to make our photos beautiful. Not only were our photos incredible, it was a blast taking them! Taylor’s energy was palpable and the joy and excitement that she brought to the shoot made our experience memorable. The way she cheered us on and hyped us up as she snapped away gave us the best feeling in the world and gave us the confidence that our photos were going to turn out amazing, which they did! Not to mention, Taylor was getting soaked by the rain, climbing through bushes, and doing anything and everything required to make our day special! Taylor is an absolutely incredible photographer who took our special day to the next level, but she is an even better person and friend. Don’t make the mistake of not working with her!

out our day. To prove how amazing she is, she showed us a sneak peeks of photos while we were eating dinner. My mom started crying immediately at how gorgeous the photos turned out. Thank you, Taylor for capturing our day so wonderfully :)

this is YOUR person!

tricks to get candid shots. We haven't seen our photos yet, but we've seen her photos for other groups and they're amazing! Highly, highly recommend Taylor for anyone looking for a photographer for anything - weddings, family photos, senior pics, etc. She's amazing!

great pointers for poses and smiles, and delivered our pictures very soon after the shoot! The photos from the engagement shoot we did with Taylor are some of my favorite ever!

our engagement photos and couldn't be more pleased with the experience and the end results! My partner is typically not a fan of taking pictures, and Taylor made the use feel comfortable and super at ease. We've had to move our wedding to 2021 due to covid and can't express how thankful I am for the thoughtful notes she has sent us during the process. She's quickly become a part of our family and can't wait for our actual wedding date. If you're looking for a photographer that will pay attention to detail and will be supportive throughout your bridal journey while capturing your moments through photography she is your gal!

from your personal account that is set up to for you to an easy timeline she provides to you to ensure she captures all the right pictures. She has so much passion in what she does and we were so lucky to find her!

r. Photos were very important to me when deciding where to spend our money. I am one of those people who looks back regularly at photos and use them as ways to remember certain life events, so capturing our wedding day was very important to me. The first thing that caught my eye when looking at Taylor's galleries were her detail shots. I was sold looking at the classic, airy, beautiful images she had on her website! Our engagement session with Taylor only made me even more certain we made the right decision. We even have a whole gallery of photos on a wall in our house of engagement photos, there were too many good ones to choose from! Those of course will soon be mixed with wedding photos. Taylor is super helpful and wonderful to work with. She has been very flexible and a source of guidance through dealing with Covid and we have enjoyed our time working with her. Not only are her photos amazing but she becomes more than a photographer, she becomes a friend! A friend we already plan on having capture the rest of our big life events! I truly can not say more wonderful things about Taylor. We have already received our sneak peek photos from our wedding on Saturday and I can't stop staring at them. I am "patiently" waiting for the rest! If you want beautiful, breathtaking memories from your wedding day Taylor is the person for the job! We can't thank her enough!

fun pictures with our dog! 2) Taylor graciously added time for our small official ceremony, when we had to postpone our big celebration. I CANNOT stop telling everyone that she is a miracle worker. She took some amazing pictures of the day, and kept our spirits up with her bubbly personality. We feel so lucky that she got to hang our with some of our family and friends, and we are enjoying all the bonus pictures from our small wedding day! 3) She has been absolutely a joy to work with when postponing our big celebration (twice...) and we can’t wait for more planning with our new friend and favorite photographer.

absolute best decision. Taylor and Christina are so fun, caring and I am definitely a picky bride and Taylor was there to make me smile and enjoy the engagement pictures and wedding pictures. Let alone the pictures are amazing!! Cannot go wrong with selecting Taylor as your photographer, absolutely love her!!

t along with, she was go with the flow, she understood our vision and her execution was flawless. She also likes to have fun with the wedding party as well which was great on the wedding day! Taylor is also very timely and she was able to get our engagement pictures back to us in a very reasonable time and for our wedding pictures she has been giving us little sneak peaks which helps during the waiting time for the final product :) We would recommend Taylor to anyone, she will take good care of you on your special day!

t to us. She knocked it out of the park! She captured all the emotion and excitement of the day and was such a bright happy person to have around. She was great not only with us as a couple but our kids too! We have 4 kids ranging from 6 to 17. She captured everyone’s personalities beautifully. If your a parent, you know how hard it can be to get pictures with everyone’s eyes open let alone all smiling and happy. She was so patient and thought of all the details even I didn’t think of. I would highly recommend her!

ories and gave us a truly priceless gift. In addition to great conversation, she eased us into posing for photos (which is something we’re definitely not used to). She made us feel comfortable and she made the whole process so effortless! The pictures were absolutely stunning and will be cherished for generations to come. After our incredible wedding reshoot, we booked a fall portrait session with her and once again were floored! She was genuinely happy to be spending the day capturing portraits of us and showed her passion for what she does the entire time! Each time we see her, she makes us feel like old friends and I can’t wait to book another session with her in the future. I cannot recommend Taylor enough for your wedding, family, couples, senior, or just because photos! The level of service you receive is indescribable and the joy she brings to your session is incredible. The quality of the photos she captures is incomparable and you will be left with the most beautiful of memories!

tures would be like, Taylor made all of our wedding dreams come true! Thank you Taylor! We love you!

s and she makes it so fun! Not only is her presence incredible on your special day, her photos are amazing as well! She gets all the right angles and literally every photo she takes is a keeper! Book this gal NOW!!!! but seriously, do it, you will be so thankful you did!

s everything that we needed to know. Although my wife and I have never had a professional shoot done, Taylor made us feel so natural and always gave us direction with poses and locations to get the best photos. She made us feel so special on our wedding day instead of acting like it was just another day at work. Truly fantastic to work with and will definitely be recommending her to all of my friends!”

pictures that really captured what we wanted. At the end of the day, we’ll have these pictures to look back on forever. When we first met Taylor for an engagement shoot, we knew we had hired someone special. It didn’t feel awkward at all, it felt so comfortable and natural. It was so easy to smile and get wonderful pictures because she was making sure we actually had a great time! She gives good directions without being pushy and sets up shots but also lets moments happen. On our wedding day, it felt like we had one of our closest friends taking our pictures. Everything turned out so stunning and we had an amazing mix of candid and staged photos. Our friends and family cannot stop fawning over how beautifully our pictures have turned out. Having Taylor at our wedding was the best gift we could have given ourselves. We truly feel like we not only found an amazing photographer, but a real friend.

t and wedding photos and we could not have been happier. She captured every moment for a lifetime. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! Taylor makes everyone feel comfortable as she takes their photos, finding ways to get each individual smiling! Taylor is AMAZING!!!

stunning photos. Taylor made us both feel super comfortable & gave clear direction of poses. There was never a dull or awkward moment. I also loved that the poses she gave us were natural & not cookie cutter. I would work with her a thousand times over! Thank you Taylor! - Tim & Mandy

ecessary, she drove a few of my bridesmaids when our transportation goofed up, and she was very flexible and let us do extra photos. She sent us a sneak peek THE NEXT DAY! I am just SO thankful she was our person on our day-she made it the best.

e is very professional, but also so warm and friendly. She made our wedding day better and I can't say that about all of our vendors. The pictures were even better than I could have imagined and I am a tough critic. If you are having trouble deciding like I was , don't look any further. She was like having a good friend be your photographer and instantly made us feel comfortable. Taylor was worth every penny and I wouldn't change a thing!

eel too posed or staged and felt like ourselves the entire time! She is so easy to be around and got all of the moments captured that I cared about!

d professional and would get along with any couple she works with! Highly recommend!

t can be awkward but Taylor put both me and my husband at ease and made it one of the most fun days. On our wedding day, she captured it perfectly and produced some incredible pictures that we will cherish forever. I have gotten so many compliments on how natural they look and how beautiful they were. They are hanging all over my house and I can't help but smile every time I look at them. Taylor was so fun and great to work with that I also hired her to do some other photos for me as well. I plan to use her when we do our family photos this fall and will use her when we start having kids of our own! I am also a head coach at a local high school and she comes every year to take the senior portraits as well as team photos. The high school girls LOVE her and ask her to come back every year. Ever since I have worked with Taylor, she has been nothing but prompt with her responses, her turn around time is perfect and is someone who is professional and trustworthy, all while making picture taking fun. I can't even imagine ever going with someone else to do any photography. She is outstanding and you all should use her! You won't regret it!

was present but not noticeable. The bridesmaids got ready in my home and she was so creative when taking pictures. She found the most amazing places to take photos of the dress, my daughter getting the dress on, group photos, etc. She was amazing at the venue. Stayed longer than she was supposed to. The wedding party loved her!!! :)
