Hi! I'm Sydney, and I am Taylor Made Photo KC. Like, TMPKC is literally me. When you inquire with me, send me an email, DM me on socials, it's always me responding. I am here for you from inquiry to booking to engagement to wedding to whatever else you have planned for your life. I've been told time and time again to 'niche down' and pick a lane for my photography, but the truth is that if I get to know you as a newly engaged couple and then a newlywed couple, I'm going to want to be your photographer for life.
My absolute favorite part of being a photographer is capturing you in every stage of your life. I get to know you, then you two. I get to celebrate your engagement and then your wedding. I get to see your family grow and then thrive.
But for your wedding day, I am your photographer, bouncer/bodyguard, third wheel, cheerleader, and documentarian. And I'll be whatever else you need me to be. That teacher voice still comes in handy! (I was a teacher for 9 years before becoming a full-time photographer).
In your TMPKC wedding gallery, you will see the important moments, the once-in-a-lifetime moments, the in-between emotional moments, the details, the photos you pinned on Pinterest, and the photos you didn't know you wanted and then you saw them and realized you NEEDED them.
My goal is that when you look at your full gallery, you will see everything you wanted, everything you didn't know you wanted, and see every detail, every moment, every emotion.
And for our relationship? I'll be what you need me to be. I can be the fly on the wall. I can be your hype woman. I can (and want to!) be your best friend. I can be the historian. I'm a people pleaser at heart, and I'll be who you need me to be while capturing the most incredible images from your day.

I'm Sydney! I'm based in Kansas City but I will travel anywhere to capture love being celebrated! Knowing that wedding photos will be cherished forever and looked back on countless times through a couple's life is something I do not take lightly. I consider myself incredibly lucky to be able to spend such an important day with my couples and then deliver a beautiful gallery with images of all the big and little and perfect and imperfect moments for their wedding day.
