Even though Taylor hadn’t worked at our venue prior to our event, she went above and beyond—visiting it in advance to get a better idea of the layout for us and collaborating closely with the venue coordinator throughout the planning process. For florals, we had a specific vision for a Tuscany-inspired sunset palette. Taylor met with us regularly and worked diligently to bring that vision to life. The decorations and florals were stunning, and we received countless compliments thanks to her execution and creative eye. On our special day, Taylor made us feel completely taken care of, allowing us to let go of any worries and truly enjoy the moment. We cannot recommend Taylor and her team highly enough. We couldn’t imagine our special day without her guidance and expertise—she is simply fantastic at what she does!

Her attention to detail from the floral décors to the activities of the events made it a truly memorable and unbelievable experience not only for the couple, but for all of their delighted guests too. There was so much behind the scenes we are not aware of that Taylor and her team handled to make everything easy for us and to ensure each day ran smoothly allowing us to enjoy and relax without worrying. and in school, planning a destination wedding in 3 months. Yikes. Thankfully, Taylor was always there to graciously answer my texts and emails. She thought of everything I forgot, and always kept me on track. She is an excellent communicator, and truly went above and beyond. s patient and flexible with us and our schedules. We met monthly for ~6 months (maybe more) leading up to wedding day and more frequently as we got closer. Our stresses were relieved after each meeting and she made the whole planning process fun and enjoyable. She is dedicated, organized, professional, and thorough with the use of master planning documents on google docs/sheets with explicit timelines and to-do lists for us (we really needed that). She went above and beyond by reaching out to vendors for quotes for us and sending us recommendations for vendors, things to do in the area (La Jolla), and even nail salons for the week of. Taylor also did our florals which turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. She took so much stress off of us for which we are forever grateful. On wedding day, Taylor was ON IT. The day went so smoothly despite it being Friday the 13th lol. She came with a suitcase full of anything we could have needed and didn't think to bring. She had the calmest energy and kept me grounded amidst chaos/nerves. Taylor was not only the greatest coordinator and florist we could have asked for, but we now also consider her a friend and can't wait to meet up with her in our future trips to the San Diego area. Taylor- thank you SO much for everything. You are incredible at your job and we feel so lucky to have found you.

st overall on top of everything. Was there to facilitate things when she was needed, and was great about giving space when we needed it. Paradise Point is a huge resort and she put in a lot of steps that day. My clients enjoyed a nice breezy event and it was in big part because of everything Taylor handled behind the scenes. n! Taylor was highly recommended from our venue, and from the moment we spoke, I felt at ease! She was calming, professional, reassuring, and organized! From start to finish, every detail was closely monitored, with timelines in place, after every call. But unfortunately, no wedding is perfect, and ours certainly had some unexpected bumps. Our DJ backed out last minute, and the hotel didn’t follow through with bridal suite reservations (ugh!). But Taylor came to the rescue, and scoured her entire contact list, to help us find a backup DJ option, and also worked with the hotel directly, to find a solution to the problem! We made the BEST choice in hiring her for our wedding, and I can assure you that you are in great hands, if you choose to do the same!

looking for someone who was organized and had experience in the area / with our particular venue. Taylor definitely checked these boxes throughout – she was really quick to respond to emails / texts and had suggestions for all of my questions: vendors, layouts, tipping norms, etc. But over time, what I appreciated even more about Taylor was the joy and positivity she brought to her work. We had many sessions over the 1+ years we worked together and each time it felt like talking to an old friend. And I left feeling relaxed and like the task before us was manageable. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt good and that our day was special and happy. For instance, since we don’t live in San Diego, she proactively offered to safekeep wedding items at her house, and to make the trek (post-wedding) to return plates to our cake baker’s house. She also has a great deal of integrity–we accidentally overpaid her and she immediately sent back the overpayment, which we would not have even noticed. There were several times during the wedding planning process I said to my partner that I was SO glad we opted to work with Taylor. I honestly can’t recommend her enough – you will be so happy you hired her to coordinate your special day!

ially introduced to Taylor when our original wedding coordinator essentially scammed us and had not followed through on anything we had already planned just a few months shy of our wedding day. Both my wife and I were extremely stressed out and upset because we we're now scrambling trying to find a new wedding coordinator on very short notice. Lucky for us Taylor came to the rescue. From our very first video call we knew she was amazing and took her profession very very seriously. Any stress that we already had from our prior coordinator fiasco was gone, as Taylor was kind enough to take over our wedding planning on such short notice. She made the entire process go by so smooth and eliminated any and all stress we had leading up to the wedding. The day of the wedding she worked non stop and made sure all of the arrangements were set up perfectly at the reception. The flower arrangements that she made for us were absolutely beautiful. Our wedding reception was amazing and we received so many compliments for how beautiful all of the floral arrangements turned out. That was all thanks to Taylor. Me and my wife are enternally grateful for her hard work and dedication. Our wedding was amazing thanks to her!

h all of the to-dos, making sure nothing fell through the cracks. The week of our wedding, here in sunny San Diego, we were seeing rain in the forecast. We had made sure our venue had a backup plan when we booked, but Taylor worked closely with our venue and vendors with constant updates and changes to our ceremony plans. She helped make our special day imperfectly perfect. It was as if our rain plan was our original plan and everything ran seamlessly. We only had very few very minor mistakes, nothing at all major, a couple weird things with seating arrangements, the top tier of our cake wasn’t served as planned(which we very happily ate in the days following) family photos could have gone more smoothly, but otherwise the team was great! I would definitely recommend working with Taylor!

She also helped us design the event flow/layout (which included flipping the backyard from ceremony to reception during the upstairs cocktail hour), table arrangements, drapery and more, coordinating with the rental company and caterer. She also brought 2 assistants to help keep the event running smoothly across the property. To top it off, we planned the whole thing in about 4 months! Not only were we amazed by her, but our families and guests could not have had better things to say either! Months leading up to our wedding Taylor was consistently working with us to make sure that we were not stressed and made the most wonderful and organized (3 day) wedding itinerary for us. She was constantly advocating for us, listed to all of our needs, and made sure we got everything WE wanted (so much so that my husband started calling her "our attorney Taylor" 😅) Whenever we were unsure of a vendor or even a cultural tradition, Taylor knew exactly what to do or who to put is in contact with! Taylor is an EXPERT on Indian weddings and being a American/Punjabi wedding, Taylor knew EXACTLY what to do. When it came to our actual wedding days, Taylor arrived early (again, with Starbucks for us all) and made sure that we were not stressed, enjoying every minute of the day, and making sure our parents/ families were also stress free. Taylor made it so that we didn't have to worry about a thing! Not only that, her incredibly outgoing and fun personality made her so much fun to have at our events. As the bride and groom, she made us feel excited (instead of anxious or stressed) & at complete ease. During our Indian ceremony she stepped up in every way possible and once again made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Lastly, on our last day- at our American/ western style wedding, Taylor made sure that no one had to lift a finger, that everything was set up and on time, arrived early to make sure all the vendors were where they needed to be, and even helped us pack up our cars at the end of the night! We truly can not say enough amazing things about Taylor. When friends ask us if we think they need a wedding planner/ if it is worth it, not only do we say absolutely, but we say "YOU NEED OUR PLANNER TAYLOR!" We have been to sooo many weddings where we had no idea there was a planner involved or present and we noticed couple getting married (and their families) were constantly stressed or anxious, but with Taylor we NEVER felt this way! Not only did we feel at ease by her presence but so did our families and guests. Additionally, another thing that we still can not get over is how well Taylor adjusted to our budget. We knew that when we started planning our wedding that we would really need someone to help us since we both have very busy schedules. When talking to Taylor and her team, they emphasized that they would work with us on a price that would work for both us and them. Taylor recognizes how much weddings costs (esp post-covid) and genuinely wanted us to have everything we wanted without going over our budget. This is what showed us that Taylor truly is in this business because she LOVES it and loves her couples! It is so apparent that she puts her heart and soul into every couple because she genuinely loves what she does!
