Ashley with Taylor Ranch was an absolute dream to work with. My husband and I were forced to relocate and reschedule our wedding due to Hurricane Helene destroying our original ven...
ue. Ashley was quick to add us to her schedule and was more than accommodating for our original lineup of vendors and helped us to execute on our vision with a completely different venue. The outcome far exceeded my expectations. She helped us organize both our rehearsal dinner as well as the actual wedding and reception. She had loads of insight into what things traditionally work well and which things don't. I am so grateful to Ashley for working so well with us on such short notice.
Taylor Ranch was the most perfect and beautiful Wedding Venue we could have ever had. The beautiful horses and long horn steers dotting the hills on the property are to die for and...
create the best pictures. They have several options for where you can have your vows, (we chose in front of their pond under the trees.) The fact that you can have your ceremony and reception at the same place was a huge bonus for us as well. (Adequate parking also a bonus) The reception area was perfect with plenty of room for all the tables and the guests to mingle with a fabulous indoor outdoor feel with the roll up doors. Taylor Ranch should definitely be at the top of your venue list if you’re looking to get married in the Western NC area!
Taylor Ranch isn’t just a gorgeous venue that boasts everything from fairytale like trees to horses to cattle to pond sunsets to Mountain Views it’s also a venue that works for ev...
ery kind of weather situation which is so important when planning a wedding. If it rains? They’ve got you covered (literally). The staff is caring and kind and professional and they are also punctual and talented. They aren’t just amazing vendors they are amazing people. There is a reason I do more weddings there than anywhere else every year.
Ashley was one of the best hosts I've experienced at a wedding. I was the officiant for a beautiful wedding and Ashley stepped in whenever needed to help. She kept everything runni...

ting everything and was so hands on the day of. The staff were all very professional and friendly, we got so many compliments.
Breathtaking views with a perfect rustic feel! My husband and I really wanted a more "casual" rustic wedding setting with great scenery and this was it! The ranch handles the cater...
ing (yummy, delicious food), chairs, tables, backup rain ceremony location and so much more! It is extremely nice to not have to worry about contracting out separate companies for tents (in case of rain) food, chairs, tables, etc. Ashley, the coordinator and planner at the ranch is absolutely amazing! She handles everything! I felt totally comfortable with Ashley and I trusted her 100% to make our day special and she did NOT disappoint! She touched base and met with me on a regular basis and kept me on track with my planning! My husband and I got married at the end of May, 2017. We had a 5pm ceremony with the reception to follow. We had our ceremony in the most beautiful spot on the ranch close to the water- which made for awesome pictures! There are so many different spots at the ranch to have the ceremony which is great because there are hardly two wedding ceremonies alike! The weather turned out to be fabulous for the entire day. The reception was perfect as well. The reception building is very open on the side that faces the water and the views so people enjoyed being able to be inside or outside and still be able to see all that was going on! The ranch sets up corn hole, horse shoes, fishing rods for catch and release, they did a "cattle call" for the guests to see the cattle and so much more! Our guests really enjoyed all the activities and the s'more roast at night! The reception was overall so much fun! The dance floor inside is perfectly set up and we ended the night with a sparkler exit! The whole day went off without a hitch and without my husband or I having to worry about anything! Between Ashley and the staff at the ranch, they literally took care of every little thing and Ashley kept us on schedule and we had no worries other than enjoying our big day!! It was the best day and I would highly recommend Taylor Ranch for weddings or other group gatherings!! Such great people to work with!!!! They truly have your best interests at heart and will make your special day magnificent!!!!
Ashley is amazing! She's been coordinating with the ranch for years was very helpful in our planning. They were able to do the Catering and provide the DJ. Two things on my list I ...
didn't have to worry about. The food was great, but due to a last minute illness the DJ we had been talking to couldn't be there and another had to step in and wasn't the best, but we worked with what we had!
