everything just to get my business as it appeared they were losing clients to another rental business in the area. Once I compared prices they were the lowest. They didn't give me any nasty surprises on anything like hidden fees. The only thing that annoyed me was they are still using an old dot matrix printer so every time I had to see an invoice (which was often because I kept changing quantities and items based on different things that came up) I received this horrible scanned image of a dot matrix carbon printout. Get into this century guys! But other than that minor annoyance, the products were great.
