This place does not even deserve 1 star. Poor customer service, I believe her name is Mary. She has no idea how to talk to or treat customers. They are unable to return my purchase...
, to a different debit card. I explained to them that card got hacked, and I had to get a different debit card. They said the only way to refund my purchase was to either put it on the same card or drive there to get it. I am not driving 3.5 hours to receive my money. What is the difference between driving there for a refund or doing it over the phone. Literally makes zero sense. Of course, Mary did not have an answer to that. The only other option was to wait until the owners come in and that they would call me. Of course, they had no idea when that would be. They did not solve my problem and I feel like everyone at that place could care less about their customers or service, from the moment I inquired about the chocolate fountain, to the moment I requested to refund it. I have worked in customer service for many, many years. I know pretty well how to treat and respect and solve customer issues. I would not recommend this place.
THANK YOU everyone at Taylor Rental! With our wedding on a holiday weekend there was some last minute confusion about delivery times and availability of space at our wedding venue....
Taylor Rental went above and beyond to rectify the situation with our venue and accommodate their requests. All of their equipment and linens were top notch and we were extremely happy with everything they provided. What an amazing day only made better by a reliable and helpful rental company!

Wedding - dropped chairs off Friday (day before the wedding). We didn't...
end up using the chairs as it rained. But Taylor Rental was there when they said they would be!
For our Northern Michigan wedding we only needed a few things that our space didn't supply, but Taylor Rental in Petoskey made the renting of these pieces effortless. We were able ...
to pick up the pieces that we needed the Friday before our wedding, and then had until Monday to drop off the units. This helped tremendously with our break down and return times. I was incredibly thankful that they allowed me to bring in my centerpieces and table settings and set them up on a mock table that was perfect for our wedding set up. This allowed me to envision the set up before the wedding day. They offer reasonable pricing, and have great hours.
