Weddings To Love More
TaylorMade Weddings is a wedding officiant service based in Kennesaw, GA.
I love performing weddings and helping couples plan their ceremony, including suggestions on vows. Ceremonies may be either traditional or designed uniquely for each couple. As an accomplished poet, I offer to compose an original poem for couples based on their "Love Story" and include it in the ceremony. I meet with couples most anytime to get acquainted and discuss their ceremony. The weddings I perform are always enjoyed by couples, their families, and guests. Please contact me below with any questions you may have.

We considered several options for an officiant but from our first call with Dr. Ken, we knew he was the right choice. He was so friendly and personable from the very beginning, very easy to communicate with, and made our ceremony all about us. Almost three months later, our family and friends are still telling us how much they enjoyed our officiant! Dr. Ken did a fabulous job and I would recommend him to anyone!
Dr. Taylor officiated my wedding at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center. My husband and I contacted Dr. Taylor a few months before our wedding date and met with him right away. We exchanged multiple emails and phone calls throughout the time. He is very timely and responsive. Dr. Taylor shared such kind and heartfelt words of us to our friends and family during our ceremony. Several of our guest spoke with Dr. Taylor following the ceremony, and each mentioned how great he is. My husband and I are honored to of had Reverend Dr. Taylor officiate our ceremony.
Ken was as amazing as we expected him to be! He was very thorough and professional and our poem was just fantastic! Couldn’t have asked for a better ceremony and it definitely exceeded our expectations! Would definitely recommend Ken to anyone getting married up in Georgia

Shawn & Karen, Thank you fo the great review. It was such a pleasure to perform your ceremony and meet your guests. You’re a wonderful couple. God bless you in your life together. Ken Taylor.
Any questions?
We loved having Ken Taylor as our wedding officiant!! He was personable, professional, and so very kind. My husband and I truly appreciated the time he took to get to know us and our families.
He also created a poem of our love story (how my husband and I met, and the life we’ve built together) that he shared at the beginning of our ceremony and it was AMAZING! Everyone kept talking about how great he was!!

Dr. Taylor was professional, charming, and great to work with! Our guests loved the ceremony and he listened to us and did exactly what we needed him to do.

Thank you Bess. You’re a great couple with a tremendous support system of family and friends. It was a pleasure to be with you. Thanks much for including us in all of the festivities. Have a wonderful adventure together.
Dr. Ken Taylor was awesome. We had read some reviews online before we met with him, and didn't really find them to be true. One of the negatives we read were that he was a bit theatrical. However all of our guests thought he was sweet and really wonderful. The other negative was that he kept asking for the payment. Well we just went ahead and paid him the entire amount up front- so that was that (and one less thing for me to worry about)! We didn't want anything too overly personal or drawn out, and Ken kept it really short and sweet. He did a great job running our rehearsal too and showed up on time and looking professional for both the rehearsal and wedding.
Only thing I would say (and some may say this is negative, but I didn't think so) was that after the rehearsal Ken said that he and his wife would be attending our reception. He didn't really ask- he just said that it was his wife's birthday on our wedding day and that they'd attend. Well honestly we had already given our final guest count to the venue for meals and found out some guests who planned to come couldn't make it at the last minute due to travel (cancelled flights) so I knew we had extra seats and was happy for him and his wife to stay. My husband thought it was a little pushy for him not to formally ask, but I wasn't bothered at all.
Overall Ken was great and I would recommend him to other brides.

I appreciate the "five star" review. Lovely couple. So sorry about the mis-communication regarding a review from another couple they had referenced that apparently had appeared regarding my requesting payment. My instruction to couples is alway...
s: "When I arrive at the rehearsal I need three items: 1. Marriage License 2. Envelope made out to the Probate Judge 3. the remainder of the fee in cash." Apparently, I had asked a couple for these items at a rehearsal as a reminder and perhaps they had forgotten those instructions and felt I was pressuring them. Also, regarding our attendance at the reception, for this couple's review, couples often ask if I/we will be available for the rehearsal dinner and/or reception. I would never assume or attend without an invitation to do so. I had merely indicated during their interview that it was my wife's birthday, but I would be glad to go ahead and officiate. I recollect that the subject came up during the interview of how, since it was my wife's birthday, it would be nice if we would stay for the reception and it was my understanding that they would get back to me about that to confirm. Since I had not heard from them, I had emailed them on March 4th asking them to let me know if they would like me to attend the reception and thought we had spoken by phone indicating that it would be nice for us to attend the. If my memory or understanding of that is wrong, I sincerely apologize. I would Never assume that we attend either a rehearsal dinner or reception. And I do thank the couple for accommodating us in spite of their different understanding.
