Our full-service catering allows you to enjoy freshly prepared scratch cooking while celebrating your love with the people you care about.
We work with you to develop a personalized seasonal menu that will immerse you in a delicious, stress-free, and memorable dining experience with amazing customer service. We start by learning about your event and building a menu around your vision. We work with you to create a personalized menu that highlights Colorado’s seasonal and delicious produce and meat as well our scratch cooking techniques. From cocktail hour, elegant plated dinners, and late night snacks to rehearsal dinners and post-wedding brunches, we’ve got you and your guests covered. Since we make everything in house (including our breads, pastas, and sauces), we are easily able to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions. We coordinate any bartending, staffing, and rental needs you may have, so that you don’t have to worry about a thing. We take great pride in our communication, attention to detail, and personal customer service. Whether it’s your first time planning an event or hundredth, we prioritize our communication and ensure that you feel comfortable and have every question answered along the way.
Our chefs have numerous years of catering, fine-dining, and restaurant experience. With our expert chefs leading your culinary experience, you don’t have to lift a finger, besides pointing us to the ktichen. Our professional servers and bartenders aim to answer questions, predict any needs you may have, and support you and your vision throughout the entire event.
On the day of the event, we take care of every detail from setting the table to washing the dishes so that you can truly enjoy quality time with family and friends. We aim to cook as much of our scratch-made food on-site as possible, so you can truly immerse yourself in the experience. We do offer plenty of flexibility with the kitchens, prep spaces, and venues we are able to work with. No kitchen? No problem! Thanks to our talented chef’s, we offer creative solutions to ensure that all events and venues can enjoy our delicious cuisine.

an absolute please to work with Holly from TBD Events for our wedding, where she acted as our Wedding Coordinator. She made things feel so easy & relaxed! I am not one to be in the know on all of the wedding traditions and expectations, and came into my first meeting with Holly having zero idea that I needed to have a timeline, having not considered coordinating vendor arrivals or pick up of decor and leftovers at the end of the event! She worked with me to come up with a timeline (and provided recommendations on ordering of things like first dance, dinner, cake cutting, speeches, etc.), reached out to all of my vendors to ensure they were set to show up on time and have everything they need, and was always available. She came to my walk through and took detailed notes, answered questions I'd forgotten the answers to, and really made me feel like this whole wedding thing was a breeze.
Day of, she was communicative, showed up early, helped carry things, set up decor, and even helped with getting my dress on. She had safety pins of all sizes and any other miscellaneous thing I may need. I was especially appreciative of her reminding me to drink water! Mid-event, Holly coordinated with the caterers to get me a small plate of desserts just for me to ensure that my husband and I had a chance to taste every treat. At the end of the evening, Holly made sure that all of the food and decor were handled & put into the car to be taken home.

., which we really appreciated. The menu options were diverse, and we were able to pick meal options that really worked for us. The food was absolutely delicious, and we received many compliments on it throughout the night. The portions were also nicely sized, which isn't always the case with wedding food. The team helped us set up and clean up for a small additional fee. Our only constructive feedback was that we thought we would have 3 servers for the whole night, but the third was only there for a portion of the night, which did make the dinner serving take a bit longer than we had anticipated. However, we still are so glad we chose this vendor!

rocess was easy, smooth, and he was very receptive to our wants/needs/preferences. On the day of our reception, his team was timely and professional. They were attentive and served a delicious series of courses, each one more delicious than the last. Although everything was amazing and I'd highly recommend every dish we received, I was surprised and delighted to find that my favorite bite of the meal was the asparagus salad. Wow! It was so fresh and delicious, I'll be wishing I could order it again for a long time. The elk tenderloin was also incredibly tender and rich, I'd that even our guests that don't usually enjoy game meat found it to be their favorite protein! The TBD Foods team also left our home in wonderful shape and I felt comfortable to have them in our home, it was as if no one had even been in our kitchen. I would absolutely without a doubt recommend TBD Foods to anyone and look forward to the opportunity to work with them again. He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the planning process, and consistently offered suggestions to make the event smoother or stay within our budget. On top of that, his prices were very reasonable! I would book him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him to anyone catering a large event or looking for some very yummy food.
