TBT El Gallo strives to modernize traditional ingredients and flavors such as cactus, chilies, and regional cheese to create wholesome and heartwarming Mexican dishes you and your guests will never forget. There's something for everyone, from burrito, tacos, to esquites. You can also get classic Mexican cola, delicious Jarritos, creamy horchatas, and more to complement your zingy, spicy, and fresh wedding breakfast perfectly. To best serve you and your guests, TBT El Gallo prefers a 12 by 12-foot space and access to electricity for its mobile kitchen, but after that, they'll take care of the rest. No event is too big or too small, and the team can't wait to feed your friends and loved ones.

TBT Team were the absolute best to work with, and made some of the most delicious tacos. Also! They have a vegan horchata that is to die for. Highly recommend using TBT for both an amazing dinner for two, or a party for 150! Thank you TBT El Gallo!

My husband and I lived on Cary St and fell in love with TBT years before we were even engaged. One night getting take out, my (now!) husband saw they did catering and we were all ...

but booked. Our communication with the catering manager and owner Carlos was perfect. Carlos met us at his location and we ate food and talked what we wanted for our big day. It is clear he loves what he does, and you can see it in his face when he tells you about events he's catered before, as well as the incredible folks who cook with him. What we appreciated most about TBT and the team, was the care they took in answering our questions, pitching in when needed and friendliness they brought to the day. Carlos came to our vendor meeting and was involved, professional and ensuring his part of a day would run perfectly, and it did. TBT also served as our bartenders for beer and wine, along with providing ice. They were great as well. Our guests loved the food, as we have for years. Thank you TBT and Carlos for nailing it on our special day. April wedding 2024
