The whole TDE team went above and beyond our expectations! All the guests loved the wedding! It was incredible and so memorable.
The whole TDE team - design team, PV team, florist, MUA, MC, & DJ were all incredible! Everyone was professional and friendly - and made the wedding planning smooth and a lot more stress-free. Everything was as perfect as we could've imagined. They are truly a one-stop shop for all our wedding needs.
Big shout out to our TDE wedding planner Jessica for all the clear and quick communication. She was extremely easy to work with and allowed us to customize the wedding of our dreams.
Design Team & Florist - the flowers, welcome photo backdrop, and sweetheart table and backdrop was grand and outstanding! Everybody loved it. It was exactly how we envisioned - the vibe was perfect.
MUAH artist Francis did an amazing job. Everybody was complimenting the hair and makeup, and the photos and videos came out beautiful. She was extremely detail-oriented and such a perfectionist.
MC Jackson was entertaining, funny, and easy going on the mic all night. He's super organized and made sure that all the events went smoothly and as planned. He took extra care to check in with everyone involved.
DJ Stuart was very accommodating with our specialized entrance music choices and made sure that our timed playlist sets were played the way we visualized them to be.
Photographer Sam & his PV team was awesome! They captured our memorable wedding day and made our wedding party have so much fun while doing it. They made us feel really comfortable in front of the camera and were flexible with our requests. The pictures and videos that were shared - they all came out so beautiful!

Jessica and Otis did an amazing job helping us plan our wedding. Answered all of our questions no matter the time of the day. Super rapid response and provides exceptional recommendations based on their past experience with other wedding parties. They do an amazing job turning our dream wedding into a reality.
The photographer team is amazing, great posing recommendations and made us super comfortable posing in front of the camera. The photo team were all super entertaining and professional.
Our DJ Otis did a phenomenal job with the music transitions and had great music selection to match the vibe of the room.
Design team did an amazing job at turning our wedding venue into our ideal vision color scheme. Everything was perfect.
MC Jackson was the best MC we've ever experienced. Super funny and entertaining. All of our guests were super entertained and they all laughed a lot. He's super great with timelines and made sure we did all of our events that we had wanted for the night.
MUA Francis did an amazing job as well. Everyone was complimenting my wife on how well her makeup looked and couldn't have chosen a better MUA.
10/10 best wedding that we could ever ask for. Highly recommend TDE and their team.
TDE is an AWESOME company because they are all-inclusive. I initially booked them for the bilingual emcee, but grew to appreciate how this company did everything else as well!
-Wedding planning (Jessica): 5/5 There must have been more than 200 email interactions between me and Jessica as we planned this wedding for a year. She is quick to respond and has a lot of insight since she’s done so many. She is the only contact for all TDE vendors.
-Photo (Sam/Danielle) / Video (Christina/George): 4.5/5 When you book with TDE, they assign a photo and video team immediately. I didn’t book a pre-wedding photo session with them so I didn’t get to meet or talk to them until the morning of my wedding. They were very professional and hard-working. I almost gave up on sunset photos because I was running a bit late but they convinced me to do it and I am grateful for that. Some photos were angled weirdly and it had the speakers and lights in the photos/videos. Lastly, although they never said they would, they didn’t send me any sneak peek photos or video clips. I was told the final photos and videos would take about 6-8 weeks, but with so many other friends getting sneak peek photos after 1-2 days, I was hoping they would do this. I did ask for a few photos ahead of time for my thank you cards and that only took them 3 days to deliver five photos.
-HMU (Francis and two assistants): 5/5 Francis is top-notch. I paid for all of my bridesmaids and the mothers, so it was 7 additional people but she was flexible in getting us all done on time. She also had hair pieces and jewelry that she let me borrow for the day. Her assistants aren’t as good as her, but Francis was able to fix it upon request.
-Emcee (Jackson): 5/5 We booked TDE for a Chinese/English emcee and Jackson nailed it. We met him a few weeks before the wedding. My family said he was entertaining and made some funny talking points.
-DJ (Stuart): 5/5 everyone complimented our DJ. My husband and I kept shortening our first dance song even up until 2-3 days before the wedding, and Stuart was flexible with this.
-Photobooth (Ku): 4/5 I extended to 4.5 hours to allow for the entire reception. At some point, it ran out of paper so this caused the photobooth to not work for some time. But while refilling the paper, they didn’t tell anyone that they could continue to take photos. It wasn’t until I asked when it would be back up, that they said “oh you can continue taking photos and it’ll print once the new paper is in.” But when you see people working on the system, you assume it isn’t working. I wish they let the guests know this when it went down earlier so the guests can continue with it.
-Decor: 5/5 they decorated my sweetheart backdrop, ceremony backdrop, tea ceremony backdrop, seating chart mirror, and welcome table. Everything looked beautiful and I got a lot of compliments.
-Florals: 4.5/5 they did my bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, cake florals, and family boutonnières. The boutonnières were harder to pin on. I also wanted anemones but they could never definitively tell me yes or no about the anemones until the week of, and I ended up not being able to get them so that was a bit disappointing. They were still pretty though.
In the end, I am glad I went with TDE. There are a few things that could have improved, but these are minor and could happen with any other vendor. I highly recommend them for any person who wants easy planning.
I was trying to find a MC that does Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and MC Jackson @ TDE Wedding nailed it at our wedding! The price is reasonable and everything worked out smoothly.
TDE did an amazing job for my wedding on Jan 15. I had a such amazing preparation experience with them before the wedding as well. We went through multiple times of the planning worksheets to make sure the wedding went through smooth and successfully. Jessica is so attention to details to answer every questions I asked. Vivi did the perfect makeup for me, Otis is the best MC ever, and Carina made sure the whole reception looks perfect. TDE team is so professional and I highly recommend for choosing this vendor for your special event!
We hired TDE for day-of planning. Carina's planning and orchestration was flawless. We felt at ease before and during the wedding because she was always thinking 3 steps ahead. Highly recommend.
TDE did a wonderful job with our wedding. We booked the Glow Package with them right after we selected our venue, and throughout our year of planning our planning specialist Jessica was very helpful with quick follow-ups and helpful guidance with a worksheet that basically laid everything out for us. On the day, our MC Otis, photographer Sam, and coordinator Carina especially helped the wedding go super smoothly, with guests highlighting how it was one of the smoothest weddings they've been to! Lastly, the pictures turned out amazing, with professional shots we will cherish for a lifetime. Thank you TDE!
We purchased the all inclusive package and was pleased with the results of our planning efforts. Jessica, our coordinator, is AMAZING. Her services was also included with the package. Jessica's coordination and planning kept our wedding blues at bay. After a year of planning, our event took place this past weekend. David and I were truly astonished on how well everything turned out: decor, seat covers, florals, video, photo, photo booth.
The TDE team is very professional and most importantly, are Chinese American who understand the traditions of a Chinese wedding. I did not have to explain any traditions to Jessica or the MC. They just knew all the elements of a Tea Ceremony and Banquet. I can't thank them enough for all their guidance through this chapter of our lives.
We were so grateful to work with the TDE team for our wedding in April. We booked reception decor, photobooth, MC Jackson with DJ, and hair & makeup through TDE and it was so nice to have a single, very organized, point of contact for all of these. Jessica responded promptly and was always well informed, keeping track of the details of all our services and prompting us for things we’d forgotten. Make up & hair artists Alice & Trina listened closely to our preferences and did such a great job turning our dreams into reality on the spot–finished ahead of schedule, in fact! The reception decor was spectacular, we appreciated that they checked with us for any slight deviation from the written instructions (though they didn’t have to–we decided to work with TDE because of the design team’s excellent taste). Everything was ready to welcome our guests, who enjoyed the photobooth throughout the evening as well.
Jackson was a wonderful emcee, we asked for English & Cantonese and he made all of our guests feel welcome, with light humor and fun games. He also handled a slightly awkward toast very well, keeping a brave face and maintaining the good cheer. Timing with our DJ was spot on throughout everything too!

I truly can't say enough wonderful things about TDE. My partner and I had already booked our ceremony and reception venues & chosen our photographer & videographer, but were still in need of florals/DJ/emcee/reception decor. When TDE says they'll take care of all the details so that you can just be in the moment and enjoy everything, they really mean it!
We worked with Jessica and Otis and they were both incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. Jessica is so detail-oriented and organized, and I knew that she understood our vision from the get-go, and the rest of the TDE team really brought our vision to life. Seeing the florals and reception decor brought me to tears on the day-of because it was exactly what we had envisioned. We had our reception at Koi Palace and it would have not been possible without the TDE team and Otis as our emcee. He made sure everything went smoothly and gave us queues so that we always knew what was next and didn't have to keep track of the time at all.
I could go on and on, but my partner and I are so grateful for TDE. They will truly go the extra mile and above and beyond to make your day special. My partner and I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with for our wedding. Thanks for everything!
My partner and I spent a good amount of time making many of our wedding-related decisions, but the one we made the quickest was definitely our decision to hire a day-of wedding coordinator. No matter how small a wedding of 50 can seem, there’s nothing quite like the comfort of knowing that someone’s got your back in making sure that things go smoothly on the day of.
Carina (and Otis) of TDE delivered this for us and more. Just a couple of phone calls and document exchanges and she was able to connect with all our vendors and execute what we envisioned. Right after the wedding, I knew I had to thank her for the many split-second decisions she probably had to make because we were practically unreachable. We couldn’t be bothered with the logistics because we were just present and in the moment! Everything flowed smoothly even though we did not have any rehearsals. Thank you, TDE!
This is 5 stars to the technical skills of TDE and level of expertise in post production. Photographer Sam has the most skilled and awarded artwork that I have seen, a must check out his work when you want to book a wedding photographer. The production team is very friendly and innovative. Jessica is always so patient with us on every little bits of details. MC Jackson did a wonderful job hosting our banquet and everyone enjoyed the night under his lead. You will enjoy meeting them.
We had great experience with TDE! Jessica is very approachable and very easy to communicate to. MC Jackson is awesome!!! And the photographer Ben is very professional and efficient! TDE is awesome, beyond our expectation, and very professional. We both live in the East coast and having a wedding in SF is difficult for us from planning to execute the plan. We had a full package for our wedding and i think that was the best decision ever.
Ben was our photographer for both pre-wedding and wedding photo. He did an exceptional job, very creative, very patient and diligent until he is satisfied with the pictures.
I'm very pleased with makeup artist Alice, she did an amazing job for both pre-wedding and wedding day. She truly listened to my need. The decoration was phenomenal too. They transformed the venue into a fairytale for us. The venue is stunning and so incredibly peaceful! We truly experienced a fairy-tale wedding at Tai Wu!
Even though we lived far away. The whole team worked together to give us a dream wedding in San Francisco as we always wanted.

TDE outperformed our expectation! The crew lead by Otis really was down to earth and took every step of the way with us in their main focus. Starting from makeup, photography, videography, run-down, communication and down to the designs for our flowers & backdrops, everything was spot on. I highly recommend TDE!

We're glad that we choose TDE! Not only was all the staff there very patient with us, our photographer & videographer are super talented and professional. Our DJ/lighting was very creative and created the right "mood" for our wedding. The music and lights came out exactly how we wanted without any problems. Lets not forget our wedding planner that helped us along the whole journey, Carina. If it wasn't for her I think we would both panic on the wedding from all the stress putting everything together.

Choosing TDE was the best decision for planning our wedding! Starting with our planner Jessica was very professional and so responsive to any questions and reminders of details to make our day run smoothly. Our photographers, Sam and Ben were just a burst of fun where they made it easy going and relaxing to work with, they capture the raw emotions in each photos. Videographers did an amazing job capturing each moment from our Door games, tea ceremony to our banquet with such details. Finally Otis, Emcee, was simply amazing! Him and the crew were at the venue to set up before start time and made sure everything was on point! Especially he's creative to be ready to entertain our guest with smooth transitions. TDE did an amazing job at our wedding! They truly made everything go as smoothly as possible. During the last few weeks, we had a couple of changes and needed an extra make-up artist and DJ for a morning ceremony. They were easily able to accommodate, find the right people, and everything went on as planned.
With the wedding package they provide, we also got complimentary planning on all the service details & logistics. Which is a big plus as they provide very thoughtful ideas and communicate quickly and efficiently whenever you need help. Highly recommend this company for your big day!
Amazing work by TDE! I really enjoyed working with Carina, Otis & team. They were extremely easy to work with and spoke excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin. I had TDE help me with my wedding reception flowers, decor, lighting, DJ, MC, photo booth and day-of coordinator. The flowers were beautiful, lighting was perfect, DJ had all the songs I asked for, MC was perfect switching between English, Cantonese, Mandarin for my guests, photo booth was fun and day-of-coordination was perfect! TDE did a wonderful job and it was very clear to my wife and me that they take pride in their craft. We found their services to be incredibly efficient, organized, and stress free. TDE has exceeded all of our expectations and truly made our wedding day special. We found their Service Instruction (SI) document to be incredibly intuitive and effective.
First and foremost, Jessica was incredibly organized and always on top of the ball. She was able to assist us on any miscellaneous questions or requests. Jessica was a great communicator and was able to explain everything effortlessly.
We were incredibly happy with our photographer Sam for our engagement photos. He was incredibly patient and put his full effort into making our engagement photos exceptional. The quality of the photos were remarkable. On the day of the wedding, he did a great job directing everyone in order to get the best shots. He brought a positive attitude and it was a joy working with him.
On the day of the wedding, TDE really took the weight off our shoulders. We were impressed by how hard and diligent their staff worked. They collaborated very well with our reception vendor, King Wah, in organizing and setting up the venue. The head table flowers were gorgeous.
Otis did an amazing job as emcee. As a family split between English and Cantonese speakers, Otis was able to integrate both sides of the family so that everyone could have a fun experience. I received compliments on Otis from everyone saying how he set the tone for the wedding and created a lively and positive experience for everyone.
From the draft we've seen so far from our wedding video, the cinematography is breathtaking. The CG team has done a great job with the editing. We will be able to re-live our wedding with pure joy and bliss.
TDE brought their "A" game for our wedding and hit a grand slam. I cannot emphasize enough how significant their contribution was to our special day. I would strongly recommend hiring TDE for an organized, beautiful, and entertaining wedding.
We found TDE and the "one-stop" is exactly what we need as we don't have time to look for and filter so many vendors for so many services. We know we made the right decision. Jessica was very responsive and patient and walked us through each steps making sure we don't forget anything. Sam and George were impressively professional and helpful especially for us who don't normally pose for pictures. The pictures came out fast too. We got a lot of compliments from family & friends regarding TDE's services and my brother's also already booking them!
TDE is a good place to have the wedding banquet service, they are very professional, entertaining, and knowledgeable. We had a great service with DJ and emcee from the TDE, Otis always can give you some helpful suggestions, and Carina always responded in a timely manner. I'm glad to meet the TDE, they were doing a wonderful job on my big day of my life, what a perfect wedding banquet with TDE!
TDE definitely deserves 5 stars for the awesome job they did with the MC and DJ services for our wedding banquet in South San Francisco.
Literally ... 2.5 weeks before our wedding, I realized what my parents had in mind wasn't going to cut it and my wife and I SCRAMBLED to see who we can find to MC and DJ our wedding.
THANKFULLY, we found TDE through a recommendation through our venue and reached out to them right away. Jessica at TDE replied to our email inquiry in less than 24 hours and from there, she was such a breeze to communicate with. We got REALLY lucky because they had a DJ and MC available on our day considering it's wedding season already.
They assigned Ken as our MC and this guy is beyond awesome. The DJ they provided was as very smooth. Both of them together was a great combination especially if you have both English and Chinese speaking guests are your event.
TDE was very thorough throughout the whole process (crazy thorough especially with the wedding in 2.5 weeks) and always made sure we were satisfied with what we had planned. The in person meeting was quick, efficient, and we easily ironed out all the needs/to-dos.
On the day of our wedding, Ken and our DJ arrived early to set up and from there, Ken was not only an awesome MC, he inserted himself to help us in so many other ways (almost like a day-of coordinator). Ken has a great personality and definitely knows how to keep our guests engaged and having a good time.
All in all, I really think their MC and DJ services was worth every penny. They make it feel seamless and you dont have to stress over things the day of, which is SO important. I definitely suggest them to anyone that I know that will be having future wedding coming up!
We just had our wedding this past weekend and it would have never been as amazing as it was without the help of TDE. I was originally referred by my girlfriend who just had her wedding late last year. As one of her bridesmaids, I was able to see TDE work at her wedding, making it a no brainer for me to choose them for my wedding.
I contacted TDE ~3 months prior to my wedding date. Yes, I am that crazy lady that decided to take on the challenge of planning a wedding in that little time. Despite the short notice and the short amount of time needed to plan, they took on the challenge with me. I was in constant contact with Jessica, who is so sweet and is amazing at her role! She gets back to you quickly and is there throughout everything. They were so flexible with my constant changes and worked with me to make the wedding perfect.
The day of the wedding, Otis did an amazing job MC-ing the wedding. His staff that did all the decor as well as the Photo Booth was amazing as well. I can't thank them enough for all their hard work. My guests all complimented me on how I got the wedding to run so smoothly and look so amazing, and to be honest, if it weren't for the help of TDE, it may not have been the way it was.

Where do I even begin. The process, planning, and organization of any wedding can be daunting and overwhelming. Specifically for my now-wife and I, the (first) wedding we had on 8-18-18 was a big mystery because we had no real idea of how to properly execute most of the 'components' from the start.
The Day Entertainment is something that came across one of our vendor searches. Surprisingly, we noticed one of our friends during a few quick glances at the photo gallery on Yelp! There is too much to list of everything that went right from TDE, so here is a breakdown of every individual involved that made my wife and I's big day such a memorable and unforgettable moment!
Jessica: You truly are a superstar in your own league! Thank you for keeping track of everything when we did not know what the next steps were going to be. You broke it down so carefully and well that it was simply seamless from the very beginning. Without your relentless help, the outcome of this past weekend would have definitely not been the same. We cannot thank you or express enough words to tell you just how much you have been the biggest X factor in the process!
Otis: It wouldn't be fair to say that your role during all the planning was minor, but when communication between certain individuals and us had gone stagnant, you had definitely filled in to provide us with prompt responses and overall help. Thank you for being part of the meetings that tremendously helped to eventually put all the pieces together.
Ben and Christina: Thank you so much for capturing the most precious and most wacky moments of that day. We sincerely appreciate your patience with not only us, but our friends, family, and guests as well. We recognize and understand just how much work goes into your crafts, so take as much as needed to process everything! We cannot wait to see how beautiful everything will turn out.
Staff Responsible For Setting Up All the Backdrops: This was probably one of the biggest unknowns for Karen and I. Although Jessica gave us useful links to get inspired by different designs, it did get overwhelming for the both of us to go through. With the help of Karen's sis-in-laws, we were able to narrow it down to some choices. What this team ultimately created was more than what my wife and I could have ever imagined or dreamed of. Thank you for turning our basic vision into something obviously larger and better!
Jackson: Master of Ceremonies. More like, absolutely killed it. You were and are the difference in between a mediocre/average wedding and an over the top/#neverforget wedding. Your ability to draw in the crowd and get guests actually excited to be involved during the reception was impeccable. We apologize but thank you so highly for accommodating the slight tweaks, changes and surprises that occurred that night. Regardless, you were able to adjust at any given moment without delay.
To Those We May Have Overlooked: THANK YOU!!! No matter how small or large the tasks were, you are all responsible for creating the best, to-date, event/party (wedding) of our lives. The dedication, undeniable hard work, efforts, sweat, (hope no blood was involved), and absolute determination to make this all happen for my wife and I can never be thanked for enough.
TDE, Too Damn Exceptional. You may want to consider that as your new company name.

We did not do a package, but got services "a la carte": DOC, MC/DJ, flowers (bouquets/boutonniere/corsages), photobooth, cake table, welcome table, and sweet heart table decorations.
Everything worked out so well. Thank you so much to Jessica, I was nervous with all the details leading up to the wedding but Jessica knew what information was needed and the SI (service instruction) was good to go.
I am so thankful for Carina, everything went according to plan at the ceremony/reception and if something wasn't, she figured it out. She emailed all of our vendors to ensure all the details were in order. Thankfully she did since our alcohol delivery would not have happened when it was supposed to.
We have heard from so many people that they thought Otis and Jimmy were the best MCs they have ever seen. Jimmy was in training so Jessica asked if it would be ok to have him assist Otis. I am so thankful to Jimmy for translating my MOH's speech, it was spot on and hilarious. Otis and Jimmy kept us on schedule during the banquet and were very flexible. The photobooth attendants were also wonderful.
Everyone was so nice and the day could not have gone any better, thank you so much TDE!
We got our photography, videography, and banquet decoration services with them and would definitely recommend them for any future wedding event services! These guys went beyond their services to make our day a special and flawless one.
Although we had some logistics issue with the photographer and videographer at the beginning of the day, TDE management was very helpful and accommodating with the situation. The day could have started out bad, but they did all they could to prevent it and it turned out great. It would have been nice to have been able to collaborate with them beforehand so everyone would be on the same page.
The whole decoration planning and designing was a very easy and painless process. My event was not in the same city where I live in, so we had to plan everything remotely. Everything was over the phone and via email and TDE responded instantly to our correspondence without delay. On the day of, the decorations were exactly what we had requested.
There were also few things here and there that they had helped with towards the planning of our wedding. Although they weren't obligated, they were willing to provide us with the help we requested. Again, I definitely recommend them to anyone!

We were completely clueless of what to do or even where to start when we decided to tie the knot. My brother hired TDE for his wedding banquet three years ago and highly recommended TDE, so my wife and I decided to go with TDE as well. We were so glad that we did. Jessica was our live saver where she gave us advices, suggestions, options, and kept us on the schedule of what needed to be done. My wife had her makeup and hair done by TDE and she looked absolutely gorgeous. Our photographer Sam had done a wonderful job capturing lots of beautiful and memorable moments.

We hired TDE for their one stop shop package deal of Photographer, Videographer, flowers, DJ, MC, and table decorations. There were a few hiccups with them but over-all, the service was good. The backdrops and head table decorations looked really beautiful. We got lots of compliments for them. Jessica was wonderful to work with, she kept us up-date with what to expect and communicated well over email. Our DJ and MC were great. My guests loved Otis! He kept our crowd of over 300 guest involved, and that's a hard feat to accomplish.
Our major complaint is the fact that there was some inconsistency in our planner. Mid-way through the planning process, someone else took over with no explanation, then Jessica came back as our planner, again without explanation. This led to some confusion as there were certain things the other planner had talked about that was not communicated to Jessica, & vice versa. My other minor pet-peeve was that we didn't really get to talk to our photographer until the day of the wedding. As someone who's not the most comfortable with photography, this left me very anxious about the whole process until the day of the wedding. Luckily, Ben was patient and easy to work with. Lastly, I was disappointed that TDE did not have the cloth in the color I picked out for my wedding for our head table and we had to supply our own. Considering the fact that we are hiring them for this service, I had expected that they would procure the cloth on our behalf instead of us going out of our way to look for it.
TDE did an amazing job from the very first meeting to the day of the wedding and even beyond that.
The first meeting was very detailed, all questions both asked and answered. Jessica did a fabulous job with follow up's, reminders and answered all my questions leading to the day of. I knew nothing about weddings or planning one and the millions of details that goes into it but Jessica was there to explain everything, showing examples and what typically goes on during a wedding and even the order of things which really helped make me make sense of it all. My make up from trial, engagement shoot, to the day of was done by Alice and she was AMAZING, very talented and knew exactly which look and hair styles would look good on me and my girls and was very honest and sweet. She was also very patient not only with me but with my bridesmaids. I would also like to mention that I have never seen my mom in make up my whole life and that day she looked amazing which is quite memorable for me!
Ben was the photographer for our engagement shoot and for our wedding and let me say that he is best!. My husband is not a big fan of taking pictures let alone a shoot, but Ben actually made the shoot very fun,easy and enjoyable even my husband said that he had fun at the end of the shoot! He was also very good with communicating with everyone at the wedding and patient as my family photos grew bigger bigger by the second.
Otis was the best MC that we can ever ask for, he coordinated and communicated with everyone at the wedding very well even though the entourage and our parents we were all scattered, he some how got everything and everyone under controlled, and on schedule! It was also great to have a bilingual MC since 75% of our guest spoke Cantonese.
Lastly a big thank you to the decoration team, everyone from music to photo booth and everything in between! I have gotten many compliments of how everything came together so nicely!
This company is AMAZING! They made all my visions come true. From the engagement photos to my special day. Jessica is on top of everything. She even works SUNDAYS... That was a plus for me. The photographers and videographers were great! My guests and wedding party was so happy with them. They were everywhere and I think they captured every moment. My wedding decor was just beautiful. Wedding Planning
Jessica worked with us from the first day we visited TDE a year before the wedding, to the day before the event, to even assisting us with little details afterwards, such as photo processing. Jessica always puts the client first and made us feel valued and respected. She is very easy to work with, thorough, and detail-oriented. TDE has a wedding planning process that they put all clients through, which includes periodic meetings and a document that thoroughly addresses all aspects of the services contracted. Jessica's wonderful customer service, coupled with TDE's client pipeline, made my husband and I feel confident that our wedding was in good hands.
Photography
Eric was an absolute joy to work with! He showed up an hour and a half earlier than the contracted time, to scope out the venue and take getting ready photos with us. His artistic vision and technical photography skills were just what we were looking for. Eric had tons and tons of photo shoot locations and poses lined up and ready to go for us, and he was very good at instructing us on how to achieve those shots. He barely took any breaks during the 10 hours that he was with us, trying his utmost to capture every moment and every detail. Furthermore, he turned around over 500 beautiful photos to us in less than two and a half weeks. My family and friends love them!
Flowers
The flowers turned out much more beautifully than I thought they would! The arrangements exactly matched my photos and description. The florist took great care in ensuring the quality of every flower, and her placement of water sources for the reception pieces and bouquet were strategic. The flowers played an integral part of creating an elegant look on our wedding day.
Decorations
The decorations team had a considerable range of materials to work with and will customize decorations to suit your needs. We had a sign-in table, cake table, photo backdrop, and head table backdrop done by TDE. Jessica walked us through all the details of what we wanted for each piece, and the decorations team experimented with some ideas just for us
DJ
We created a list of songs to be played for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, along with cues for fade in and fade out for certain events (processional, cake cutting, etc). Derrick took the time to create a playlist for each phase of the wedding, months before the day, and shared it with us for our review. On the wedding day, Derrick correctly followed all the cues and did a great job setting up the mics and speakers. At the last hour of the night, when our playlist was finished, Derrick selected several songs from his repertoire that were just in line with the music style that we were aiming for.
By and large, my husband and I agree that going with TDE is well worth the investment!
If you are looking for a one-stop shop for your wedding services, The Day Entertainment (TDE) Wedding is the place to go! All of the TDE staff are very friendly and great to work with. They do everything from the photoshoots, to the flowers, to the lighting, and even the emcees.
Having TDE take care of the majority of our wedding services, (which means you only need to sign one contract, with one vendor!!), everything went very smoothly on the big day. You work with one planner, which for us was Jessica. Jessica is incredibly kind and helpful, especially in helping us with alternate suggestions when something we were thinking of doing would not be as feasible.. especially when it came down to some of my ideas that I saw on Pinterest.
Our photographer team was with Sam. Sam is incredibly kind and fun to work with. He's very humorous, and worked with us to ensure he got quality shots, and that we were comfortable during the photoshoots. Our engagement photos turned out amazing, and we can't wait to see the final products for our wedding day photos.
A big thank you to the makeup team - My makeup artist was Carol, and she went above and beyond on her job as the MUA. We had some issues with my dress change during dinner service, and she stepped in quickly and skillfully to help me out!
Also, as one holding a Chinese banquet for our wedding, a bilingual emcee was a must, and bilingual emcees, they have! Ken was an incredible emcee for our wedding, and our guests had a great time at the wedding.
All in all, TDE is an amazing place to go to for planning your wedding. It might seem a bit costly in the beginning, but it really was worth it, since everything went smoothly and there were no hassles throughout the planning and execution. Thank you!!
Amazing service! We are so glad that we booked TDE for our wedding!!! We didn't want to deal with multiple vendors and contracts, so when we stumbled upon TDE and the difference packages that they offer, it felt like a no-brainer. We went to multiple bridal fairs and compared to other vendors, TDE's packages are competitively priced. They have different packages that could cover most of wedding needs like photographer, videographer, hair and make up, floral, DJ, emcee, decorations, etc.
We went with the basic package and added some items as we planned our wedding. We didn't feel pressured to purchase anything we didn't feel we needed, so I appreciate that from TDE/Jessica.
Planning a wedding is stressful and I would find myself not knowing where to focus or where to even begin but after each meeting with Jessica, I felt relieved and on track. Jessica and other people we spoke with (Alice, Sam, Jackson, and more) were very detailed and specific. Our wedding really went smoothly and our guests enjoyed it. Some guests inquired about our vendors and were very impressed by TDE.

If you are planning to get married, hire TDE!! Jessica made the entire process easy and seamless from the very beginning. She understood our needs and was very flexible on scheduling meetings. Jessica was really professional, has lots of suggestions and provided expertise advice when we weren't sure of how to do certain things. We changed our minds a million times all the way up to the last possible day, but Jessica was able to accommodate all of our crazy changes.
Our photographers (Sam and Ray) were amazing!! They were very professional and made us felt really comfortable when taking photos. They knew where all the best locations were to take photos at Palace of Fine arts and at Crissy Fields - which meant that we didn't waste any time deciding where to go for photos. It helped a lot that Sam spoke English, Cantonese and Mandarin as we had guests that understood one language but not the other.
Alice did a wonderful job with my makeup - from the very beginning with the makeup trial, to the actual wedding day make up, to the touch ups during the day. She was very detail oriented and meticulous to ensure everything was perfect! I had different makeup styles as well as hairstyles throughout the day and she was able to make all the styles to exactly how I wanted.
Otis, who was our emcee for the banquet did a fantastic job during the entire evening!! The atmosphere and mood for the night was lively and enjoyable. He constantly checked in with us during the evening to see how we were doing, gave us updates, and prepared us if upcoming events based on the agenda/timeline. All of our friends and family really enjoyed the evening. Otis was a true professional and did an amazing job on balancing 3 different languages (English, Cantonese and Mandarin). He made us felt really comfortable from the beginning of the evening all the way till the end.
Overall, we are extremely happy with all the services that TDE provided. The stress of planning a wedding was made easy and seamless. We will recommend all of our friends and family to TDE if they are planning to get married.
We heard about TDE through the venue we were having our reception at, the venue coordniator, had recommended them as the best place that could drape the venue's high high walls.
We scheduled an appointment with Jessica at TDE on a weekend. Phenomenal doesn't quite capture Jessica's ability to work on a wedding. Jessica's attention to detail and her helpfulness played a very large role in us feeling relaxed about our wedding. She's always extremely responsive and extremely patient, both of which are so so helpful. Jessica was always following up with us about things we were being indecisive about and she really took us across to the finish line.
We never were confused with any other client couple and we were never worried about anything falling through the cracks.
We had a couple of last minute changes to the table drape decorations. Jessica never lost her calm, emailing and getting on a phone call so everything was crystal clear. We had planned on 3 loops on the head table, but needed to change it to 4 for various reasons. Jessica never blinked an eye and was happy to accommodate.
Our friends picked up our boutonnieres and they were fantastic, the groom even got a different color ribbon, which was a detail that we never discussed about but was much appreciated.
On the day of the wedding, the entire venue was completely transformed with floor to ceiling drapery. We were just coming in from having additional photos being taken, and had our breath taken away by what TDE did with the place. The uplighting was absolutely on point and all of our gobo lighting was perfect.
I would absolutely recommend you if I have friends who are looking for help in draping/lighting their wedding as their work speaks for themselves!
Our experience with TDE was for sure a 5 star! We found TDE as we were looking for floral service initially and realized they also provide other wedding services as well. We had our wedding on Aug 12 and everything went very well and smoothly. We really enjoy working with both photographers Sam and Ben. They are super friendly and fun to work with and literally keep you laughing at any moment! Both of them provided excellent services. Although it was quite hot at Pleasanton the day-of, but both of them are super professional standing under the Sun and getting "toasted" by laying down on the driveway in order to capture the best moments. We really appreciate for their hard work and totally enjoy working with both.
Otis is very good as well who kept us laughing throughout the ceremony and reception. He is such a great MC, we received lots of positive comments from friends and families about his professionalism and how he created a very enjoyable and relax vibe for the night. He also constantly checked in with us making sure everything is ok. Super!
Music and flowers were great. We really like the bouquets and boutonnieres. They were prefect blends and very well done!

At first, my husband and I choose TDE services to help plan our wedding because we liked the idea of a one stop shop that provides different package deals. When we started working with Jessica (coordinator), she was very helpful in helping us plan our wedding in detail, which we never imagined how overwhelming it could be. We found that communication between Jessica was very straight forward and oftentimes very accommodating. Even though we had a situation with our turn table DJ a few days before our wedding, Jessica acted promptly and in the end all problems were resolved. All the staffs from all the different vendors were very professional and we had a lot of fun with Sam (our photographer). Our wedding was exactly how we imagined it to be. Our families, and friends had a blast! We definitely recommend TDE for those engaged and looking for a stress free wedding planning.
Two weeks before my wedding and my flowers gal cancelled on me. TWO WEEKS. I was stressed until my friend suggested to me TDE. I came right away to their soonest available appointment and as soon as I met with Jessica, everything was sane again. TDE provided my centerpieces, lighting, and extravagent back drop. SO WORTH IT! Everything was SO BEAUTIFUL and as soon as I walked in our venue on the day of the wedding, I was astonished at how great everything looked! Jessica was very detailed, helped with budget, and was super easy to work with!! The planning experience became a lot more fun as soon as I decided to hire TDE for decor.
TDE is the best! All in one stop shop for planning a wedding or any party/entertainment. TDE is super organized and willing to help you throughout the process. Staff is great and the event planned was beautiful. I love how easy it was to follow their guidelines and it was great not having to worry about all the planning when they were there to help! The photographers were troopers and great! Great quality. Everything was included, which made it so easy! (DJ, MC, flowers, photos during the event and engagment photos, video, decorations, photobooth, centerpieces, make up, lighting... just to name some on the top of my head!). It does cost a shiny penny but felt it was worth it!

My makeup artist Alice, she is very detail oriented and patient. All my guests said my makeup looks natural and my hairstyle so pretty. We have the good emcee, Otis. He done a wonderful job at night. He makes the entire night very smooth and fun, specially the game part makes the whole party rocked.

After attending multiple bridal fairs, we just didn't find any vendors that really stuck out to us so at a dead end, we decided to ask our reception venue manager for recommendations & TDE was one of them. We were already considering another one-stop shop vendor but they weren't very good at responding and many times the emails were full of typos and bad grammar.
We set up a meeting with TDE and after some consideration and trying to reach the other vendor with no avail, we went with TDE as our sole vendor for our wedding. The other driving point was that they do so many weddings at our reception venue, that it was pretty much a no brainer to go with them.
TDE did everything from our engagement photos, wedding photos/videography, ceremony decor, DJ, MC, photobooth, makeup & hair, etc. I love how organized they are and everything for the wedding is documented on the word doc. That word doc aka SI to them was my bible and I referred back to it everyday before the wedding to see what action items was I still missing and what has already been done.
We picked the diamond package, it was pricy but it was worth it because they streamlined everything for us and made sure we are always on the same page.
Sam and Ben are awesome photographers and we felt very comfortable with them. They're very personable people who have great eyes for shots. I especially liked Sam because he was funny and always remained calm and went with the flow even when there are stressful and crazy stuff happening. For an example, I was trying to figure out where the easel was to hold up my canvas photo and do other stuff at the same time and I ended up handing over the canvas to Sam to hold for a "second". A second probably turned into a good 10 minutes but he didn't complain and instead said, "it's okay I'll model it for you like this" haha what a great guy!
Alice was my makeup artist and she was very sweet and very patient. I liked working with her a lot. She even babysat my puppy for me during the whole reception!
Jessica is awesome at her job and she was top of her shizz! I probably emailed her like a million times and she would be quick to answer, she even answered me on her day off! She's an extremely hard worker who handled everything logistic wise for us and without her, we probably wouldn't have be able to do our wedding in such a short amount of time! She always had updates for me, whether it was if my flowers were in stock or if the timeline is not realistic. She'd give me her honest opinion and suggestions and they were really helpful.
The decor for our wedding was amazing! Our guests were talking about how nice everything looked!
The photobooth was cute, TDE provided lots of props. My husband and I decided to go with 2 different designs, which were two of our favorite photos from our engagement session. Both strips were superrrrr cute!!!

Carina recommended a wedding venue in Napa, and it's a great choice for us because it's a medium size venue and we have small group of guests. And it's great venue because of the valley views and the food services.
The wedding official Adam knows both English and Mandarin, was great on the writing of beautiful and sincere words, and was very easy to work with. He also provided many good ideas for the ceremony and gave specific detailed advice on the process during our rehearsal. And the details was important and useful. As many of our guests speak Mandarin, it's great to have two languages for the ceremony.
The photographer introduced by Carina was great with working with and he did a good jobs of taking great photos and editing. He was very good at communication and setting the expectation. We love the photos and editing.
The wedding cakes were exactly like to the photo we sent to the vendor. That was a good surprised. The wedding cakes was great.
The decoration was great. And the small thing that the wedding invitation designed by Carina was elegant and beautiful.

I stumbled upon this company when I started my planning and I was intrigued by a place that claimed to do it all like a one stop shop! I saw all of the amazing reviews and photos so I checked it out. They are organized! Everything was explained and broken down and it was easy to substitute certain services for others. Jessica was very helpful each step of the way and got to me with answers to things super quickly. I went with TDE for the servicrs: photography, videography, photo booth, decor and lighting, hair and makeup and floral.
Everything was so easy. I'm a visual person so Jessica sent me a spreadsheet full of details that at first seemed overwhelming but she helped me through it. There were links to photos and that made it extremely easy for me to show exactly what I wanted.
Fast forward to the big day. The TDE staff came in and did everything they said they would and executed everything perfectly. There were absolutely no problems and they did everything just as I asked. Each and every one of them were professional, nice, helpful and on point with their specific areas. It was beyond what i had hoped for and i got so many compliments on the decor, lighting, photobooth, hair, make up and my amazingly beautiful flowers!!!
I got my edited photos back only 3 weeks after the wedding and I was floored at how beautiful and perfectly they captured the day. I cant wait to see the video!!!
