Disclaimer! We did not use them for our wedding. When we first booked this photographer, they had great professionalism. However, as time went on, the professionalism dropped. We...

were supposed to get our engagement photos done in October. We drove 4 hours to Nashville (our wedding venue is 2 hours away, but we moved closer to our jobs and are having the wedding closer to family) and the photographer no call/no showed. I sent several emails and called them three times but no one answered. The next day, they responded saying that they got the date wrong. It was annoying, but scheduling issues happen, so we were willing to overlook it. What caused us to fire Te Prometo as our photographer and videographer was them asking us to pay the deposit twice. Our bank showed that we had, indeed paid the deposit. After an exchange of emails, they had a banking issue on there end where the deposit was sent to the wrong place. I booked through The Knot, so I had not checked other review sights. I checked Yelp when trying to decide to fire them or not and saw that they had one review. It was a five star review from the owner (Brandi D). We fired them four months before our wedding. To their credit, they agreed to refund our deposit.

o shirts/hats! They also offer the photo booth for wedding guests that we just had to have! The Photo Booth comes with immediate printable photos or texted photos which can be used as favors for the wedding guests! We also got a beautiful photo album of all the photos taken of our guests at the Photo Booth! Their prices are so great and amazing! The cheapest around the Murfreesboro area!

! I also got the photo booth and it was great getting a whole album of all of our guests participating in the photobooth!
