Lydia and Abby were amazing easy going and friendly. Well equipped and uses the best hair quality product. Listened to what my bridesmaids wanted and made sure they got what they wanted. As for me the bride she did a phenomenal job with my hair. My hair was my veil she made sure that everything looked perfect from the color/extensions/cut and style. I’m so glad my husband found them here at the knot.

I could not be more thrilled with the services I got from TEAL! Erin and crew did hair and makeup for my wedding on 10/14 at the Endicott Estate. They arrived at our hotel with more than enough time to make sure every bridesmaid and the moms got plenty of time to choose their look and adjust as needed! They were so friendly and we had a great time with them getting ready. After my hair and makeup trial in August I noticed my hairstyle was slipping a bit after a few hours, so for the wedding day I asked Erin to make it extra secure, and sure enough, that hair did. not. budge!! I was dancing and jumping around like crazy and both my hair and makeup stayed flawless the whole night. TEAL was so easy to work and communicate with! I would highly recommend them to any bride!!

Lydia and her team at Teal were fabulous. They did the hair and makeup for my wedding, and I was so incredibly pleased with results. They made me feel like my wedding was just as important to them as it was to me. Between work and living out of state, I had never been to Teal Studio and was not able to get in for a hair and makeup trial before my wedding. However, that was no problem, as Lydia was so helpful leading up to and during the event. Lydia and Leah arrived on time and prepared. They made it clear that they were able to make adjustments and meet everyone's preferences and comfort levels. They were extremely patient with my mom and the mother of the groom who had not had hair/makeup professionally done before and were not sure what they wanted. I cannot recommend Teal Studio enough. They are so talented and truly a pleasure to be around on your wedding day!

The Teal Team was fantastic. I have had some bad wedding hair and makeup in the past, so I was pretty nervous and very picky when finding a HBU vendor. Teal had popped up on so many searches, and as very close to my wedding location, so I went in for a trial with Julia. The studio is immaculate, and Julia was open to trying many hairstyles on me. I also wanted minimal makeup, and she was able to accomplish the look that I was going for. The day of the wedding the team fit right in with the flow, and made all of the girls visions come true. My hair has also never been able to hold a curl, and Julia made magic happen! I could not recommend the Teal Hair team enough!

The girls at Teal are so lovely, kind, thoughtful, and patient! They made everything so fun and beautiful on our special day! Lydia came with multiple lengths of lashes and we landed on a medium length which was perfect for the day. Based on what I wanted she also recommended no airbrush but made my face contoured without feeling sticky. Basically any/all skills the real studio CAN do with confidence -- but I appreciate that they want to find the makeup style/technique that works best for you. MOST IMPORTANT: We also had a very diverse wedding party - with ranges of light/fair skin to olive & dark complexions. This was ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL that we found a team who was well versed in a wide range of skin complexions and hair textures/ styles. Teal studio made everyone look and feel TRULY beautiful for the wedding, hire Lydia and team!!!!

TEAL was an amazing part of my wedding day. From the initial inquiry to signing the contract to the trial to the big day. Julia was amazing and so personable and informative. She tried a few different styles on my hair at my trial (loved both) and really nailed the make up look I was looking for! On my wedding day, she also had artist Nikky with her, who is equally as awesome!! We really can’t imagine having any other team of hair and makeup superheroes with us on our wedding day! Lydia and Julia were incredible — the best combo of absolutely wonderful humans and such talented hair stylists and makeup artists. I was looking for a studio that had experience in Asian hair and make-up. Unfortunately, Lypor, the former owner of the studio had recently left. However, the staff was excellent. I was looking for a hair stylist who could do a textured up-do and natural light make-up. The trial was a huge success. I could not be more pleased with the results. The team was also incredibly professional. They were on-time, made all six of my bridesmaids, my mother and mother-in-law comfortable and beautiful. We were efficient and we ran according to schedule. They each had incredible kits and set-ups that adapted to the hotel room we were in. We were very concerned about COVID and all of the artists wore masks at the trial and on the wedding day. My hair and wedding lasted all night--including dancing all night long. And after the trial, my hair stayed in place even while I was on an intense Peloton ride :) Lovely staff, highly recommend!

I chose TEAL Hair and Makeup Studio as the hair and makeup team for myself, my bridesmaids, and my mother and MIL, and I am so glad that I did! I don’t normally wear that much makeup, but their team was so helpful and so friendly that I felt comfortable working with them from start to finish. TEAL salon was incredible, they made me look perfect on my wedding day! I was lucky enough to work with Lydia. I had a trial with her, and every decision she made complemented my face structure and coloring. She listened to what I wanted and delivered. My makeup looked natural and elegant, and my hair was exactly what I hoped for. Lydia was also receptive and encouraging of feedback from the trial to make sure everything would be exactly right. TEAL worked with each of my bridesmaids to give them the look they wanted day of, and they were gracious and flexible when I needed to switch out one appointment for another. I loved working with Teal for my wedding hair and makeup. From the very beginning Lydia (their wedding coordinator) was very responsive and helpful via email, providing a detailed schedule well ahead of the wedding date. Devin was my lead stylist and she was so attentive during my bridal trial, making sure I was happy with every little detail. Then on the day of, I wanted to make a few changes and she executed flawlessly! I was initially nervous about hair/makeup and not feeling myself since I don't wear much makeup normally, and Devin made the whole process easy for me and I was really happy with the end result. Lydia did my hair and makeup for my wedding day and I have never felt so beautiful. I loved her collaborative approach but she was such a pro that I ended up deferring to her expertise. She and her team did a great job with my extended family as well - managing some difficult personalities with ease. From my trial to my wedding day, Lydia put me at ease. She was able to make me look like the best version of myself and my hair stayed gorgeous for for 4 days even after my half up-do was out. As someone who doesn't wear makeup often or have professional make up done ever, I was worried about the investment and I appreciated how important the trial was to them (since it was so important to me). I also love the products they use and ended up buying a few products she used on me. I cannot recommend them enough.

We hired TEAL Hair and Makeup for our wedding after they did my sister's wedding a few months before. Julia was our main stylist and Lydia worked with her. They were both amazing. They showed up so early to the venue and got everyone done ahead of schedule. When I needed a pen at one point Lydia said "here you go." They are so prepared and my wife and I even want to drive the extra time to their salon now to get our hair done there in the future. We love them so much!

Not only did Lydia style all of our hair beautifully (and make us feel gorgeous!), she also was so easy to get along with and made getting ready that morning as stress-free as possible - We even finished ahead of schedule! She was great at making sure each of us looked exactly how we envisioned, even my mom who is very picky about her hair and was nervous about picking a MOB look. The conversation flowed easily, and we all felt like she was one of the group! We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing experience, which as the bride and a bit of a worry-wart/perfectionist, I GREATLY appreciated. My own hair was exactly what I'd imagined for my wedding day! When I first decided on a style (based on Pinterest photos) I was worried my hair wouldn't cooperate, but Lydia made it happen! Beginning with the trial, she listened to all of my requests and concerns and made sure it was exactly what I wanted, she even said I could email any questions from other bridal party members as well if they were worried about their own style ideas. Lydia and her team did an amazing job with hair and makeup for my 6 bridesmaids and me. They were punctual, stayed on schedule, and were flexible with styles and touch-ups throughout the morning. I found my new regular hair salon after years of just using coupons at this place and that place. TEAL makes you feel at home and comfortable in their salon and as a part of your wedding experience. I had the pleasure of using them for my ceremony last year and postponed reception this year along with my mom and bridesmaids and we could not have been more happy with the work that Julia and Margaret did. TEAL Hair and Makeup Studio did the hair and make up for my wedding on October 22, 2021. They were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. We had to reschedule our wedding twice and were luck enough to rebook with Teal each time. Day of they showed up right on time and work quickly to transform 8 bridesmaid, 2 moms and myself the bride. Everyone loved there hair and make up and it lasted great throughout the entire evening.

I had the best experience hiring Teal for my wedding hair and makeup. I did a trial a few months prior to my wedding and Julia absolutely nailed what I wanted after showing her just one picture! Day of, two stylists were very promptly at the hotel and got through all of the bridesmaids/mother of bride and groom/myself with time to spare for touch ups. I loved working with TEAL Hair and Makeup studio for my wedding. Christina made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and helped guide me to an amazing hair and makeup look. I am not very well-versed in hair and makeup but she helped me choose a style that looked amazing with my dress. I also wanted a natural look that would also look good in photos and she delivered this request amazingly! I also had a lot of fun working with her and typically I HATE getting my hair done. If I lived closer to her salon, I would go to her for everything!

TEAL made me and my bridal party look beautiful for my wedding day! I worked with Lydia for my engagement photos and my wedding day look. We had a consultation, and then about a week before my wedding I changed my mind about the hairstyle I wanted. Lydia is fantastic to work with as a wedding coordinator - very responsive and helpful in determining timeline and what you need. Julia was fantastic as my lead stylist. We booked TEAL hair and makeup studio for our August 6, 2021 wedding. It was one of the best decisions! I worked with Lydia for hair and she was so professional, organized and truly so talented. Lydia arrived well before the scheduled time and was able to get all the girls done early and ahead of schedule. All the bridesmaids looked so beautiful and everyone loved their hair. I gave Lydia minimal instructions of what I was looking for (“just a loose updo that was soft and would last all night— I trust you” I said) and she was able to craft up the most beautiful updo of my dreams! We are so grateful to Lydia for all her hard work!!

She really helped me come up with the best hairstyle that worked with my curly hair. She was great to work with and very open to any changes I decided on between the trial and the wedding. We were all especially thankful for the makeup that was done! It was 100 degrees on the day of my wedding and everything still looked great at the end of the day despite the heat! Definitely recommend!
