Team Hair and Beauty went above and beyond for my wedding last month!! I've been using this salon for 5+ years now and was so excited to use them for my wedding. Leah did my bridal hair and makeup. Leah is THE BEST at not only hair and makeup, but also the best person ever. She made the entire getting ready process more fun and relaxing for me and my girlies. My hair and makeup lasted all day/night, even with the tears and sweat from dancing the night away. I highly recommend Leah and her team of makeup/hair styling goddesses!

I cannot say enough good thing about Team Hair and Beauty and would recommend them in a heartbeat. We had them do both hair and makeup on location and all 9 of us looked and felt our best. I did my trial with Abby and then worked with Abby and an assistant, Olivia, on the day, and they were incredible! Abby made me feel so taken care of and looked after all day long. My bridesmaids and I had so much fun hanging out with them while they were doing our hair and makeup on the wedding morning, they were basically part of our crew! And they did beautiful work, I absolutely love how everyone's hair and makeup turned out. The makeup is airbrushing so it's super lightweight and comfortable! I don't wear much makeup in real life, so Abby was also super flexible and understanding of the low-key look I was going for, and always made sure I was comfortable with what she was doing. (Also, tiny detail, but they were supposed to arrive at 7:45am and knocked on our door at 7:44. Like, you cannot get better than that on a stressful/busy day!) So grateful to have worked with these awesome women, can't recommend enough.

I loved working with Team Hair & Beauty. It was very easy to set up contract and the pricing and billing is worked out so that you don't have to worry about gratuity on the day of the wedding- stress relief! The schedule was perfectly timed, everyone was on time and super flexible. Abby and Hannah were friendly and enjoyable. They redirected on behalf of the bride tactfully if the hairstyles won't the best ideas and they executed beautiful hair and makeup.

We used Team Hair and Beauty for our wedding and had an amazing experience. From the staff that helped us book and plan our day, to the team that helped us get ready, everyone was amazing to work with. My bridal party loved their hair and makeup and the team helped us all feel beautiful. I wished we lived closer so we could continue to go to them. We will recommend them to anyone!!

Team Hair and Beauty is the best!! Siri, their coordinator is super helpful, prompt, and made the planning process very smooth and easy! I had to travel 4+ hours to get there so they were accommodating when it came to scheduling my hair/makeup trial. Whitney, our hair/makeup stylist was AMAZING. She was so knowledgeable about what would look best for my hair texture/length/skin tone and incorporated my requests as well! She showed up for the big day right on time and got through myself, all 3 bridesmaids and 2 moms all by herself in record time! I would highly recommend this group to anyone getting married in/near the Traverse City area! They helped me to have the best day and made me feel exceptionally beautiful! Also, to note, we did a first look and took our photos before the ceremony outside in a blizzard with high winds and my makeup never melted and my hair never moved!!

As we knew it would be, our experience with Abby, Hannah, Megan and the entire Hair and Beauty team was top notch! They made myself, my bridesmaids and our moms feel so beautiful on our day. Team Hair + Beauty was AWESOME! They did an incredible job on all myself, my bridesmaid’s hair and makeup and my mothers! They did an awesome job making sure the makeup still looked natural (instead of too much like some makeup artists). It poured rain for my wedding and my braids stayed in tact and my makeup looked great the whole night (despite all the rain and happy tears! :) )

Team Hair and Beauty blew my mind. They made all my bridesmaids look fabulous and made me feel beautiful. I usually feel like wedding makeup is too heavy and makes me not feel like myself. I felt like it was the perfect amount, but not too heavy. It also rained during the day and my hair and makeup stayed perfect. Hair was so secure that I jumped in the lake in the evening, and it still didn't fall out. My mom cried after they did her hair and makeup she was so happy with it. She feels like her hair is very thin and they made it thick and voluminous.

Hair and makeup turned out amazing for everyone and lasted all the way till the end of the night.

Amazing. What I loved about our two stylists Becky and Whitney was their ability to make everyones look personalized to them. Every hairstyle and makeup application looked flawless and catered to every women. They gave us permission to tell them exactly what we wanted and to make changes as we'd like. They were so kind, attentive, supportive, and gave advice that I desperately needed. Hired them for my wedding on site on 5/29. They were incredible! I have been in several weddings, and they were the most professional and created the most natural, beautiful wedding look that I have seen from a wedding hair/makeup team. I felt beautiful all day and so did my bridesmaids.

Team Hair and Beauty are really phenomenal at what they do. We recently hired them for hair services for our wedding and every single bridesmaid absolutely loved their final product (which is super tough to do with a bunch of ladies)! Niki did my hair for both the trial and the day of and hit the nail on the head first try for both. My hair stayed in all night (despite a lot of wind) and was also very comfortable. They're also just super nice humans - which is great energy on your big day!

Team Hair and Beauty did SUCH a good job. Chelsea and Nikki showed up early, were in such a good mood even though it was 5:45 am, and made everyone look perfect. They finished hair and makeup ahead of schedule, helped keep everyone in a good mood, and listened to every bridesmaid's requests until everyone felt 100% perfect. And my hair and makeup was stunning - my friend's husband even came up to me in the reception to say my hair was perfect! I can't say enough wonderful things about Team Hair and Beauty. Being the bride, your hair and makeup are one of the most important parts of the day. I had Whittney as my main stylist. I came in for my trial and she asked to see my dress and helped choose a hair style based on the style of my dress and it was perfect. I felt instantly comfortable with her from the start of our trial and was excited for the big day to be here. Whittney and Niki came right on time to the sight where the bridal party was getting ready. They were extremely professional and also helped each girl find the perfect hair and makeup for their style dress and hair type. It was all so beautiful. They stuck right to the schedule and everyone was completed on time, if not before. I also chose the option to have Whittney stay after the main hair and makeup to come to the venue to help with touch-up services after pictures and before the ceremony. WOW. She went above and beyond to help me in every way. She was so professional and also helped the photographer get the wedding party together for pictures ( which isn't an easy task). I felt like she was a part of my day and a part of the family. She truly made my day so special and I don't think I can ever thank her enough. She also stayed after the ceremony ended to do one last touch-up on all my hair and makeup. She was phenomenal. Not to mention it was also her wedding anniversary and I want her to know how much I appreciated all her work and effort with me that day. She was the best I could have ever asked for. I will forever recommend Team Hair and Beauty to any bride in the area getting married. They are the best team around and put everything they have into making you feel so special on your big day. <3

ONE WORD: AMAZING!!! I am a makeup perfectionist and I was so scared of having it done, but Shauna did the most incredible job and not a single drop of my makeup moved even though I cried through all my first looks and my ceremony. Shauna did my hair as well which was flawless, and all my girls looked SOOOO GOOD! As a wedding vendor myself, I was so impressed with the quality of their work, as well as the experience as a whole. They were so professional, so on top of things, and we ran ahead of schedule. I could not recommend them more, and honestly everyone should hire them.

We had such an incredible experience with Team Hair and Beauty. My wife and I don't wear makeup daily, and we were initially intimidated by airbrushing and worried about looking "overdone." Katie did such an amazing job with our makeup. We felt and looked very much like ourselves (but better!). Our hairstyles were also perfect and held up all evening. Highly recommend!!!

Whitney (the Team Hair & Beauty Owner!) was spectacular. My bridesmaids and I arrived a touch late and she was very professional, understanding, and did not miss a beat. Whitney took the time to discuss inspiration photos to ensure that what she saw in the photo and how she would achieve that look aligned with what each woman wanted; she carefully communicated each part as she applied makeup (especially when eyes were closed), and she is a wonderful conversationalist who made each person feel comfortable. Myself, my two bridesmaids, my MIL, and my mother all looked stunning with styles that lasted all day! Team Hair and Beauty is busy for a very good reason--exceptionally knowledgeable, skilled, and wonderful women. You most definitely want them on your vendor team for your wedding!

Team Hair + Beauty is absolutely amazing! The hair, makeup, just the overall customer service was flawless. I couldn't have had better artists to make everyone look great! Originally, there were supposed to be 3 artists, but one ended up getting sick and they were down to 2. LET ME TELL YOU - They knocked it out of the park! THE BEST EVER! These girls did hair and makeup for my best friend's wedding in 2020, and when I got engaged shortly after I knew I had to have them! In fact, they were one of the first vendors I booked-- maybe even prior to booking my venue lol.
