ill keeping things moving smoothly, even when the bar is busy. His drink recommendations are always on point, and every cocktail is made perfectly with care and consistency.
What really stands out is the experience he creates. The atmosphere feels relaxed, comfortable, and elevated all at once. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and takes pride in giving great service.
Besnik is a huge asset to the Teaneck Marriott, and he’s a big reason I would happily return. Highly recommend.

Check in did not provide any useful information until I asked for parking breakfast info etc. no free coffee or any water in the lobby which makes it very difficult and different than other similar hotels. No microwave. I do not think we will return as a quick coffee I believe was essential for a hotel like this.

I've been a flight attendant since 1989, so I definitely have lots of travel experience staying in many different hotels. My crew and I stay at the Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe regularly since our travels bring us here for weeks at a time. ...
I will drive an hour back to this property if we land our jet in Long Island for 3 or more nights, as I just feel at home and so comfortable here due to the smiles, kindness and friendly treatment from ALL the staff. The food is excellent (Breakfast and Dinner). The rooms are nice, very clean and comfortable. I love the full size gym access and the attached Starbucks also! For me, I hold a high regard to the kind and friendly greeting and treatment that I get while away from home, and I can truly say that this experience makes being away from home the most pleasurable for me. I have stayed at many Luxurious and upscale hotels, but they don't compare to the service and kindness that we always get here at the Teaneck Marriott. So appreciated!

First, the reservation from the 800 number was confirmed to me via email, but apparently not sent to the hotel. I called to confirm the night before and, after being on hold an inordinate amount of time, I was told it had been worked out. Upo...
n arrival, what we received was an event room with a Murphy bed set-up. We needed an accessible room and this met the letter of accessibility, but little beyond. However, we were told that nothing else was available that was accessible.
We have stayed at this location several times over the years before our disabilities and they had been good. Now, it was very disappointingly different for my wife and me. Because of the low bed (Murphy bed), EMTs had to be called in to help with lift assist the next morning. This is not needed with the usual height of a regular king bed. Because of liability, we were told, Marriott staff could not assist.
I will say the room experience was very disappointing, and I would recommend consideration of other hotels if your need parallels ours. Still I'd like to identify "shining stars" relating to service staff. They were Justin, Charlie and Helen. We are thankful to each of them for helping us feel welcome and for their professional manner and assistance. Each of these individuals would receive a five star rating if we had the option above beyond rating the overall experience. Thank you all.
