We were referred to Tori by a family member. He had received multiple haircuts from her as well as several of his friends. We asked her if she did haircuts on children and were tol...
d, yes. We took our two boys in the first time and we were satisfied with the results. We took them in again, a week before family pictures. We even informed her of the pictures. When my boys came home, their hair was styled, but I wasn’t convinced I liked the cuts. I washed their hair that night and was extremely unsatisfied with the results. I reached out to Tori the next day to ask for a refund. She responded that she was not able to because she is a small business, and did not offer to fix their hair.
I’ve been to stylists before that have cut my hair unevenly and they are ALWAYS happy to fix it.
We try to use small businesses as exclusively as we can, and this is the first time we have experienced this kind of result and resolution to an issue.
If you are thinking about using Tori, I would triple check her competency in the work you are asking for. We are now in the situation where we have to pay another stylist to fix the work that she has no integrity to stand behind.
