Tecumseh Trolley and Limousine Service was easy to work with, and they did a great job on the day of our wedding! The driver was kind and focused on helping our day go smoothly! ...
I would highly recommend this company!
Truly bad customer service. Drivers to the dispatchers no one was on the same page. We had shuttles to bring guests to the rehearsal dinner and limos to bring the bridal party to...
pictures and nothing was handled right.
we loved having Ollie the Trolley for our wedding party transportation! It was tons of fun and great that we got to play our own music and bring our own beverages on board! All of ...
our wedding party loved it.
Tecumseh Trolley was great to work with-- the limo we rented was clean and we were very pleased at how chic the interior of the limo looked. The driver was extremely friendly and p...
rofessional-- we couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Great experience working with this vendor. Very polite and professional. Our driving was willing to go out of his way and help us carry things to the limo and pick up extra people ...
we didn't expect. Major plus he knew where he was going as our venue was a little tricky to find. A little pricey, but most transportation businesses are. Clean limo and friendly staff!
I used this service as my transportation to and from the ceremony, as well as to a location for pictures. We called them about a month before the ceremony because my original limou...
sine service went our of business, and they were able to work with us. The trolley was clean and cute, and the driver was very professional. Because it was raining (very heavily) on my wedding day, the driver was prepared to wrap and cover my dress in and out of the trolley so it did no get dirty. The wedding party had a great time in the trolley. Be prepared to give the driver directions to various locations, as they might not know the area if you are out of Michigan.
No complaints! Great service and they gave us a military discount because my husband is in the national guard so we really appreciated that!
We were going for a vintage type theme for our wedding so we were really excited when we found out we could rent a trolley. We had a wedding party of 15 and it was the perfect size...
for us to move around and even party on the back balcony! The only downside was that our driver was not friendly at all and seemed incredibly grumpy throughout the entire trip. Perhaps she was having a bad day.
We rented the limo for 2 hours so we could go take pictures elsewhere. The service was great. The only negative would be that Limos from Ann Arbor actually are cheaper. We had a fa...
mily member rent us a limo to take us home after the wedding from Ann Arbor and the price was lower. So i wish we would have checked into that beforehand. But we have nothing bad to say about Tecumseh limo and the driver was excellent and very helpful getting my big dress in and out of the car.
We had the best experience with our trolley.. The driver was great, the ride was smooth and fun for everyone on board. Our driver even stopped to get us ice for our cooler! We love...
d it!!!
We rented the navigator, but they changed it the day before the wedding because they didn't think the A/C would keep us cool enough (very hot wedding day). They refunded me the dif...
ference and we chose to go with the lincoln towncar stretch. It was a fun ride and very convenient for transporting bridal party to pictures. Easy to work with
Driver was very nice. Make sure you give them a couple of phone numbers in case they get lost or cant find the church. All in all it was a good experience and good service.
I wanted a trolley for something a little different than a limo. I was pleased with the service, the trolley was big enough for wedding party with plenty of room to move around an...
d enclosed so it wasn't to windy. There was a back balcony we could stand on and we were allowed to bring on drinks and snacks. Glad I went with this option. They were there on time and knew how to get to all of our photo locations too. We went over our time and we just tipped extra and it was no big deal, very friendly!
Were not the people we originally contracted with, but worked out very well. Great service!!! Would highly recommend.
We were supposed to have a 14 person limo for 10 people and ended up getting a 10 person limo, so it was very cramped in the limo. It was also 95 degrees outside and there was hard...
ly any air conditioning. There were a few vents near people's feet, but they were barely blowing out WARM air! It felt cooler outside than it did in the limo - and we were not happy!! They were on time and went everywhere we asked with no problems, but the lack of air conditioning with an already cramped limo was not what we expected. Would be a great rental service but not in the summer!!
The limo was beautiful, don't get me wrong, but in my opinion, it was a little expensive for the amount of time we had it. It was also VERY hot inside! We also had a bottle of cham...
pagne chilling in some ice during the ceremony, and when we got back in the limo, the ice was mysteriously gone (not melted, GONE!).
We splurged a little on this, but it was well worth it. We picked out one of the old fashioned looking trolleys and it was a fun way to start the day! It also made for really coo...
l photos!! Tecumseh Trolley & Limousine were prompt, professional, and very accommodating. The only suggestion would be to make sure you have directions for the driver in case they are not familiar with the area...
When I called to set-up the limo they told me it was a brand new limo. When I got in the limo on my wedding day it had a cracked mirror and didn't appear new at all.
It was also a...
very hot day and apparently the airconditioning was not working properly. The whole wedding party was sweating and after I complained they gave me only a 100 dollars back, which wasn't even 25 percent back.
To top it off the limo driver said their GPS was not working and asked me how to get to the church! I even emailed them a week prior with all the addresses we were going to that day.
The bus we had was very nice. The driver was very willing to help any way she could. We had the bus all night to shuttle our guests from the hotel to the church then from the churc...
h to the reception and then back to the hotel. Everything went smooth and our guests appreciated the cleanliness of the bus.
The driver was very nice and arrived early.
Very professional. Arrive early, great service.
The driver was very nice and flexible.
Nice Vehicles;Total dissapointment. We ordered a trolley and 2 days before the wedding they called and said the trolly we rented broke down (they adversise having like 20 trollys)...
. The Limo we got was nice but the driver was a grumpy jerk and took away from our picture time because he doubled booked time with another weddingso he was in a hurry. Then to make things worse he got lost on the way to our reception site even though the bridal party was giving him correct directions (clearly he was a bad listener).
We rented a trolley. The driver was prompt and kept us going on time. Took directions very well.
Tecumseh Trolley provided us with a beautiful trolley for our bridal party transportation. It was clean, and fun and very unique. Not the usual limo or SUV! Our trolley ride was ...
one of our favorite parts of the whole day.;Since it was cold out, the heater took awhile to kick in and warm the large trolley. Thankfully everyone had wraps, the guys had tuxes of course.
It was a trolley.....very unique and special
They were easy to deal with. We did most of everything via email. The driver was awesome and it was definately worth the money. It made the entire day worth every penny.;When you...
rent a trolley they do not fool around with the time. They are punctual to the dot. They are slightly expensive but still worth every penny seeing how they came all the way from a pretty far city for us. They Rock!
