Ted's Cafe Escondido

Ted's was very easy to work with and did an excellent setup for our reception!

We really wanted Mexican food at our wedding since it was summer time and it just felt right! My husband and I LOVE Mexican food, so to find out that Ted's did catering was huge for us! We were put in touch with Megan, at the Overland Park location and met her to discuss what we wanted for our wedding. She was so sweet and the layout they gave us to try everything was amazing! We were very much taken care of while we were at our tasting and that sealed the deal for us! Megan checked in with us frequently to ensure we had everything we needed. On our wedding day, her and her staff were unbelievable. Our wedding party and all of our guests were more than taken care of, and the food was hot and delicious. Anything we needed, a member of her staff got it for us. We even had "secret enchiladas" that were only for us and parents haha :) The amount of food was perfect and we even had more than enough to have a huge family brunch the next day and still send everyone home with left-overs! We cannot thank Megan and her team enough for all of their hard work and making our wedding dinner so perfect! Heather and Joel Roth Married 8/4/17
