Ted's was recommended to us by two friends who used them for menswear rentals for their weddings and absolutely loved them, so we knew we had to check them out. Once we went to loo...
k at options, we knew this was the place we wanted to use for our wedding! All the staff was so kind and helpful, and we loved that they had samples of each of the colors of suits you could rent (and samples of some of the rental ties too) so that you could see the vision come together in person! Everyone looked perfect on the wedding day thanks to Ted's!
We looked everywhere for suits that would fit for our dream wedding without luck, until we found Teds. They had the perfect color for everyone, everything was included with the ren...
tal and the suits were extremely nice- not prom looking! Such a great find! Friendly and fast service too, definitely a gentlemen’s place.
We found Ted’s Clothiers via online searching for tux locations that had a brown chocolate tux rental option. After meeting with multiple other stores, we found Ted’s and were tre...
ated respectfully and patiently as we asked several questions. Cris congratulated us and walked us through the entire process, including a quote write up of all the details (tux, shirts, vests, ties, pocket square, shoes, damage waiver) so there were no questions on end price. He even suggested that the groom’s vest/tie/pocket square be ivory to match my dress and make him stand out from the others who were going to be wearing clover green. We liked that idea, and appreciate the suggestion – this shows they cared about our experience, not just the business! They also shared a promotion coming up for a free groom tux with 5 other rentals – which worked great for us. They created a paper file for our party which we filled out with names; we then communicated phone and email information for the shop to send out to groomsmen and ushers. About a month prior to the wedding, we went in for the groom fitting and found everyone had already called in with measurements and sizes! Six days prior to the wedding, we got a call that tuxes were in, so we let everyone else know too. Pick-up went smoothly; we did get an update from a few people that shoes didn’t fit quite right and pants were too long, but Ted’s immediately took care of it before they left the shop so there were no issues at all! During the return process, there were no hiccups either – even when we had gotten some paint (from our unity canvas) on the groom’s shirt and one of the ushers misplaced a cufflink. They said it was no issue or extra cost, and thanked us for the business. Great experience and more affordable option than other places we found.
After spending way to much time not finding what we needed at Men's Wearhouse and Al's, we found our way to Ted's Clothiers and got EXACTLY what we needed for a great price and wit...
h amazing service. We didn't realize how hard it would be to find shirts, bow ties, and vests in ivory, but this place took great care of us, gave us advice, tailoring, and even a discount for renting for multiple events!
The suits my husband wanted were not available at the places his friends had used for their weddings. I found Ted's online and am so glad I did. It was affordable, they were easy t...
o work with, and all the men in the wedding looked great. A few of the groomsmen said they will be using Ted's for their suits in the future too.
We loved working with Ted's for our wedding! We were clueless on all the details and they helped us put together a great look for our big day! Don't hesitate to go to them, they wi...
ll definitely take good care of you.
I looked high and low for grey vests for our wedding as my husband is a large, tall. I must have searched 20+ locations and websites with no luck (it is very hard to find a vest to...
purchase or rent in a large, tall). Not only did we find tall sizes at Ted's in our choice of grey, but we were able to rent them instead of purchasing them! The vests were around $30 to rent versus purchasing them for $65. My husband was even able to get help sizing and purchasing dress slacks at a great price (around $115).
Ted's kept excellent communication with us about timing before the wedding - which of the groomsmen had come in to get sized and who's sizes was still missing. They also kept great communication after the wedding when the vests were due back.
I would highly recommend Ted's for any formal wear or even dress clothes, to purchase or rent. Great job!
We went to several chain stores and I was repeatedly disappointed by the inflexibility to let my husband try on his tux or let the wedding party pick up their tuxes last minute bec...
ause they were from out-of-town. Ted's was a dream come true. I walked in and was met by the most friendly staff you will ever meet. This isn't a chain retail store and you could tell they have had YEARS of experience making men look great! I loved that the store is family-owned. The fact that it has survived with big retail stores around is a testament to how wonderful the experience is. They brought in a tux in advance and all of the colors so my husband could test them out and then they can make alterations or order a new size overnight if something doesn't fit right when the wedding party picks up their tuxes. Prices are comparable or lower than other stores in the area. Everyone looked great at the wedding and Ted's made it all so stress-free.
We were disappointed with the typical Tux Rental stores. Researching other options, we stumbled on Ted's and decided to just "check them out". They blew us away! The price was incr...
edible! And they were so flexible with us and even let us take a tie to match with the BM Dresses! They had no timeline for us so that we could remain calm and return/pick up the tuxes as our schedule allowed (i.e. the Monday after the wedding) Great staff, we are so happy we went with Ted's. Same Tux, lower price, friendlier staff.
We searched all over the Denver metro area to find tux rentals at the best price. Everyone rents the exact same tuxs, afterall! Ted's is a family-owned business that offers the bes...
t prices of anyone we found. They are very professional and kind, and easy to work with. They gave us all the information they needed for each guy renting a tux, and said that everyone out of state could get measured wherever they live, and call Ted's with the measurements. The only issue we ran into is when people tried to call from out of state to pay for their tux over the phone with a credit card they were told that the shop wouldn't take payment over the phone. Then I called to get it straightened out because initially we had been told that wouldn't be a problem. Basically, ask for Chris, Ted's son, if you run into any issues at all, and he will take care of you. Everyone was able to pay with credit card over the phone once I spoke with Chris.
All of the tuxes arrived on time, with no stains or tears, and all of the correct pieces were there. We had a great experience with them and I would recommend them to anyone!
