My husband and I were absolutely thrilled with our choice of Tejano Brothers as the caterers for our wedding and reception at the Dallas Arboretum. Having good food was a high prio...
rity for us so we took our time with making a decision on a caterer. Tejano Brothers won us over because of their outstanding service and their DELICIOUS food. While other vendors were reluctant to even provide us with a tasting, Chef Patrick and Tania welcomed us like family, preparing an elaborate meal with exactly the food we were interested in serving for our wedding. They sat with us and genuinely wanted to get to know us, as well as our vision for the wedding. Their food options are high quality and unique. We chose stations for our reception and I cannot begin to tell you how many compliments we got from our guests. The mashed potato bar was an absolute hit but people also couldn't stop talking about the enchiladas or the filets. Chef Patrick served me and my husband personally on the night of, making sure we got a chance to eat and even bringing my husband an extra filet, unprompted. When it came time to cut the cake, we were like deer in the headlights but Chef guided us right through it. He and Tania were really like family to us and we could not be happier that we chose them for our wedding.
TB worked very hard to create a menu that would work well for us and our guests. Many guests said that is was the best food they EVER had at a wedding!!

item change, and on the night of, their service was impeccable. They worked with us for open bar numbers, and we added in cookies for all the guests as a parting gift. We couldn't have imagined a more perfect set up (stations) or menu, and our guests LOVED it all- especially the enchiladas and mashed potato bar. Highly recommend the Tejano Brothers for a really personal experience!
The Tejano Brothers provided exceptional service and cuisine for our Big Day. We have received rave reviews from all of our guests that it was the best wedding food they ever had. ...
Our main entrees were the Angus Beef Tenderloin Medallions and Atlantic Salmon filets, both cooked to perfection.
While planning our Wedding we met with several other catering companies but none compared to Chef Patrick and his team. You can truly see that they love what they do and Chef even came out a greeted our guests which was a very nice touch. If you are looking for an amazing caterer in Dallas for any event please do yourself a favor and go with the Tejano Brothers!

n't want to break the bank over food that looked pretty but wasn't so good to eat. Chef Patrick is creative and has awesome flavors to his food.
The staff was very professional and they looked very elegant (black tie). They are so fun to work with and they treat you right. Down to earth, really good people. Look no further!
