Her energy, professionalism, and incredible attention to detail put both of us at ease as we approached the stress of our big day. Lisa even made herself available to us while she was off, communicating through texts, emails, and even phone calls. That level of dedication was incredibly commendable and speaks volumes about her character and commitment to her work. Throughout the entire process, she made us feel less like clients and more like family. Her attention to detail was evident in everything, from the table settings to coordinating with our photographer to ensure we captured those incredible wedding moments. She went above and beyond in countless ways to make the entire evening feel personal and special, and we could not be more grateful for everything she did for us. During the wedding, we also had the pleasure of being accommodated by Kevin. Every time we turned around, Kevin was there to make sure we had everything we needed. His level of hospitality was exceptional, and he consistently anticipated our needs throughout the evening, allowing us to fully enjoy the celebration. Even as we were wrapping up and clearing out at the end of the event, Kevin and the rest of the Tellers crew continued to be incredibly helpful and accommodating. Their attention to us never wavered, even as the night was coming to an end. The food, ambiance, and hospitality at Tellers was wonderful. In the days following the wedding, many of our guests went out of their way to tell us how impressed they were with the quality of the food and the overall experience. The food was outrageous (we seriously cannot emphasize this enough). Everything was incredible, but the sliders, steak tartare, gnocchi, and churro station were particularly memorable and repeatedly remarked by our guests. It became quite clear to us throughout the evening that the quality of Tellers extends far beyond the food itself. Having attended weddings at other venues, we can confidently say that the overall quality service, we experienced at Tellers genuinely stood apart. We felt that every detail was handled with an incredible level of care. We want to emphasize that the professionalism and care shown by Lisa, Kevin, and the entire Tellers staff made such an impression on us that we will be making Tellers a regular destination for our anniversary and other special occasions. Tellers simply operates in a league of its own when it comes to creating unforgettable experiences. It is difficult to put into words just how special the entire Tellers team made us feel, but we left knowing that we had chosen the right place to celebrate such an important moment in our lives. As we got closer to the event time, I was definitely feeling a bit overwhelmed trying to make sure everything was ready. Lisa jumped in to help and effortlessly added the finishing touches to ensure everything came together beautifully and that we were ready on time.   Throughout the event, both Lisa and Kevin were incredibly attentive. Just like another review mentioned, they anticipated my needs before I had a chance to ask. They were always one step ahead, making sure everything was taken care of so I could relax and truly enjoy this special day with my family and friends. ot be beat! Lisa is super attentive, detailed and responsive, and made everything look perfectly in line with our vision. Both spaces at TND are beautiful and versatile for the setup we wanted for each event. The whole service team was great to work with and our guests kept commenting on how attentive they were. We will be back for anniversaries as well as future events!
