Telluride Presents

she put in a ton of work in the planning of the event, she remained calm and made very difficult (and correct) decisions to go off schedule and adapt to the weather. Kathleen was an incredible advocate for us in reaching out to vendors. Her connections helped us find the right people for each job. 100% worth the money.

during the planning process. THANK YOU KATHLEEN!!!

sful planning process feel effortless. Her attention to detail, organization, and dedication ensured that every aspect of our wedding was absolutely perfect. Kathleen went above and beyond in every possible way to make sure our vision came to life and that our day was everything we had dreamed of. Not a single detail was overlooked, and because of her, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment with our family and friends without worrying about a thing. Our wedding day was the most special day of our lives, and Kathleen played such a huge role in making that possible. She is not only an incredible planner but also someone we now consider a forever friend. We are endlessly grateful for her guidance, support, and kindness throughout this journey. If we could do it all over again, we would choose Kathleen a thousand times over.

eel genuinely enjoyable. From day one, Kathleen was organized, responsive, and began moving everything forward. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and then elevated it in ways we never would have thought of ourselves. Every recommendation—from vendors to design elements—was spot on and perfectly suited to the setting. Kathleen has great relationships with local vendors in Telluride, which helped streamline the planning process. As you can imagine, logistics for a mountain wedding could be a challenge, but everything came together seamlessly. Transportation, timing and weather conditions were all taken into consideration. Rachel stepped in as our Day-Of Coordinator and ensured our wedding went as planned, even though we had some unforeseen hail weather conditions! She handled all of the behind-the-scenes details flawlessly, and kept everything on schedule. She was able to manage any last minute adjustments without us ever noticing. One of the things I appreciate most about Kathleen is her ability to anticipate needs before they even arose. She put configured the most detailed timeline, which kept everyone on track leading up to the big day. Because of Kathleen and Rachel, my husband and I were able to be fully present with our family and friends and enjoy the entire experience without a single worry! I would highly recommend Telluride Present to anyone considering hiring a wedding planner. My husband and I will be forever grateful to Kathleen and Rachel for making our day so special.

hable, and genuinely invested in making this experience special for our family. She guided us every step of the way with such ease and confidence. She was incredibly proactive, often reaching out with thoughtful ideas and helpful suggestions before we even knew to ask. Her communication was exceptional—clear, consistent, and always reassuring. From the welcome party through the wedding day, everything was executed seamlessly. Kathleen directed every detail beautifully, allowing all of us—especially my daughter—to be fully present and enjoy every moment.           I am so grateful for Kathleen and would recommend her wholeheartedly.

wedding in Telluride with all the different possibilities, and seemingly personally knew all of our vendors as well! When it came to the wedding weekend she was a logistics expert. Making sure everything ran smoothly and that everyone had all the information that they needed. The weather in Telluride is unpredictable and we had a bit of rain which made it so great to have a planner who can handle anything that may seem unexpected because she's seen it all. She also helped make sure that we kept on our timed schedule so that our band could play for the full amount of time- which was very important to us. Highly recommend Kathleen!

h everyone in the area. She is also super transparent in her pricing and just a really nice person to have around at your wedding all day! If you want something done, she will make it happen!  She was also great at following up with our vendors and our venue which was a total blessing. I didn’t have to worry about a thing with Kathleen as my planner!

We got married at a property outside of town which made our wedding logistically complicated, but she was unfazed and extremely on top of all the details. We also had an unexpected issue arise a few weeks before the wedding (which ended up requiring a last minute catering change!) and Kathleen handled it all with incredible competence and grace. She truly was key to making our day so wonderful. The best part—it was stormy the day of our wedding, but my husband and I were able to completely relax and enjoy our day, knowing that Kathleen was going to take care of any last-minute changes. We did not even know about any of the complications the weather caused until afterwards. Thank you Kathleen!

above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled, and her dedication and hard work gave us complete peace of mind leading up to the wedding. On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly, we didn’t have to worry about a thing because she was on top of it all. Our guests kept commenting on how seamless everything felt, and we know that was thanks to Kathleen’s careful planning and attention to detail. She was proactive, efficient, and made sure everyone was where they needed to be and that the flow of the day stayed right on track. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner to help us bring everything together. If you’re getting married in Telluride and want someone you can truly rely on to make your day flawless, Kathleen is the one!

to life seamlessly. She is incredibly organized when it comes to every aspect of the wedding planning process. I can be a bit type B so there were countless things that she was on top of that I hadn’t even thought about! She was there with us every step of the way, during vendor calls/tastings/regular check-ins/etc, making sure everything about our day was nothing short of perfect. Being out of state, it was very helpful having someone who is local and very well connected to the telluride community (and also someone to ship packages to, haha!). It is very evident she loves what she does as it truly does reflect in her work. Couldn’t recommend her enough! We love you Kathleen!

ections and recommendations were spot-on, and she thought about all the little details I never even considered. She was quick to respond to every question and always one step ahead, making sure everything ran smoothly and stress-free. Our day was more perfect than I could have imagined, and I know it’s because of Kathleen’s experience, organization, and genuine care. nergy made the entire planning process feel effortless. She went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was completely stress-free and truly unforgettable. In the months leading up to the big day, Kathleen kept us both on schedule and on budget. Her recommendations for local vendors were spot on, and her communication was always clear, timely, and thoughtful. Every detail—no matter how small—was handled with intention, care, and precision. It’s difficult to put into words how grateful we are to have had her by our sides. We truly can’t imagine our wedding weekend without her. verything easier. She is organised, thoughtful, full of ideas and executed everything we wanted (or didn't know we needed!) to a T. Kathleen knows Telluride weddings inside out, from all the different vendor options, to what works and what won't work in a mountain town, plus has all the contacts to overcome random logistical hurdles. Kathleen was conscious of budget, accommodated our wacky time difference for calls and went above and beyond, getting our funny DIY bits delivered to her own house in the lead up to our wedding. I have zero hesitation recommending Telluride Presents and Kathleen as a planner for a wedding planner and can't wait to catch up next time we are in town. Thank you for making our weekend so magical Kathleen

c!! She had a cool, calm, and collected demeanor that made us feel at ease during the entire planning process. On the big day, Kathleen kept everything on track, and managed to make it all look so easy. We were even able to switch the location of the father/daughter and mother/son dances along with the toasts from inside to the outside patio quickly and seamlessly since there was the most amazing sunset that evening which allowed everyone to enjoy its beauty. All of our wedding guests continue to tell us that this was the best wedding they have ever attended! If you're getting married in Telluride or nearby, we highly recommend Kathleen!

ything, which saved us time, money, and stress. I spoke with over 10 planners and so happy we went with Telluride Pressents. She was a bright, fun, and joyful person to work with from day one. We loved her flexible payment packages that allowed us to use her as little or as much as we wanted. Most planners we looked at charged a huge flat fee, and we thought we’d do most of it ourselves, but we’re so grateful we ended up leaning on her way more than we expected. Kathleen was my right hand woman. She’s creative, whimsical, and full of fun ideas. When I was overwhelmed, she stepped in and took over seamlessly. When I needed guidance, she helped me make decisions without pressure. Her knowledge, experience and support made all the difference. I’d recommend Kathleen to anyone - no matter the size or style of your wedding. She provided tremendous value and truly made the planning process enjoyable. I can’t wait to hang out with her again the next time we’re in Telluride. If you’re getting married there, she’s the one.

and beyond which I realized was sincere because it lasted all night. UN matched effort and heart is her group.

ys just a text or call away with thoughtful answers, creative ideas, and immediate solutions to any question or concern that came up. Planning a wedding in Telluride comes with its own set of challenges, but Kathleen made the entire process feel seamless and even enjoyable. Everything went perfectly. She handled all the coordination between our vendors and the resort keeping everyone on the same page and ensuring that every detail was perfectly executed down to the minute. What really sets Kathleen apart is her calm and positive energy. Even when last-minute hiccups inevitably arose, she met each one with a smile, a solution, and a can-do attitude that immediately put us at ease. We never once had to worry because we knew she had everything under control. Thanks to Kathleen, our wedding day was completely stress-free, in no small part because of her. She brought our vision to life even better than we imagined, and we are always going to be grateful for her care, professionalism, and support. If you're lucky enough to work with her, you're in the best possible hands.

o Ranch, which included snowcats to move ourselves & guests up and back down, having our dogs in the ceremony, having an Oxygen bar, all the works). She knows the Telluride vendor scene and who is the best to be working with for flowers, music, desserts, welcome drinks, etc. Kathleen also has the perfect personality and professionalism for this type of role -- she is so loving and courteous, but also knows when it is time to be stern and in charge (aka when you need vendors to respond, or for guests to actually get moving so we can begin our ceremony & celebrations). I cannot imagine our wedding without Kathleen, and am already looking forward to seeing her next time we're in town!

luable guidance throughout the planning process. Kathleen truly saved the day for our rehearsal dinner by confirming our reservations in advance and preventing a major mishap. She’s not only fun, down-to-earth, and full of good energy, but also deeply knowledgeable and well-connected after years of working in Telluride. On the wedding day, everything ran seamlessly, and she coordinated effortlessly with all our vendors. I would absolutely recommend Kathleen again and again—she’s a joy to work with and made our special day even more memorable.

illion dollar wedding. She knows Telluride like the back of her hand and made calls on our wedding day that made it flow seamlessly while still allowing me to make all of the final decisions. She knows how to make your day a success and is a jack of all trades. She has a solution for everything! I cannot recommend her enough.

anning a breeze. Her responsiveness was great no matter how many questions we had, and she always got back to us quickly. istance they’ll need, as she can do it all or be there only when you have questions.

wedding in August and Kathleen was there every step of the way which was so important to me coming from out of state. She was open to all of my ideas and helped tailor the day to exactly what we wanted and we couldn’t be happier with how things turned out! Can’t recommend her enough!

vendors on track. She introduced me to a lot of local vendors to pick from which I appreciated. Always was thinking out of the box.

nded promptly to my emails/texts/phone calls. Any questions I had she did the research to find my answers. We had a small wedding and she was extraordinary. She had great recommendations for every aspect of the wedding from restaurants to bakeries to chefs etc. There were several wedding planners in the Telluride area who we sent inquiries to but they all referred us to Kathleen which was a testament to Kathleens reputation. When other wedding planners in the same town recommend a different wedding planner you know she must be great! We would highly recommend Telluride Presents and Kathleen for your wedding.

reality. Being 6 hours away from Telluride, Kathleen took my ideas and within minutes provided me with plenty of options to choose from. On our wedding day, I had no real responsibilities as she truly is masterful and plans down to the minute. Whether your wedding be simple or extravagant, elegant or flashy… your gal at Telluride Presents will make your forever day THE best!

plan our daughter’s wedding and I figured I wouldn’t need much help before wedding week. So starting off I was thinking I just needed a “week of” planner. As we went through the process of hiring vendors I reached out to Kathleen more and more, she knows everyone and was able to help us connect with the perfect people for us. Vendors that we hired from Texas enjoyed working with her and were impressed by her organization and communication. Communication with Kathleen was so easy, she replied immediately to all text and emails which made me feel so at ease. We had 3 older relatives that needed a little extra assistance on wedding weekend and she went above and beyond to accommodate their needs. Our wedding was perfect and I credit that to Kathleen! Make the best decision for your wedding and hire Kathleen!

athleen is always one step ahead and an amazing communicator.

in Telluride so it was extremely helpful to have someone in town when little things popped up. Before we settled on a venue Kathleen would go to different potential spaces and take videos for us walking through to see how we felt. She gave us her honest opinion on locations and vendors which helped cut through any nonsense & be very efficient. She is ridiculously available - text her and you’ll get a response in under 3 minutes - it’s impressive. She wrangled vendors, set our schedule, answered our 1,000 questions & was always energetic and dedicated to our wedding. We couldn’t have done it without her - we highly recommend anyone getting married in Telluride to CHOOSE TELLURIDE PRESENTS! You will feel like her most important client - she is a fantastic, no BS cheerleader, head honcho, logistics extraordinaire!

dding planner. Kathleen is an amazing person & her relationships with both the wedding vendors & her clients are hard to beat. We felt so taken care of with Kathleen. We were able to plan as much or as little as we needed - Kathleen would take care of the rest. Having Telluride Presents on our side made the wedding planning process fun, easy & stress-free. Kathleen’s co-worker, Rachel, took care of us on our wedding day. Our wedding day was a dream & we cannot recommend Rachel, Kathleen & their team enough. Rachel was positive, relaxed & made the right call of starting our ceremony on the earlier side to avoid an afternoon rainstorm. She worked magic & also made us feel taken care of from the beginning to the very end of our night. You’re all the best & we truly appreciate & are so grateful for you!!

he five planners I spoke to, she was the only one who made me feel confident that we could host a 150-person wedding within our budget without compromising on our dream. Kathleen knows everyone in the industry and used her connections to align our vendors with both our budget and vision. Her business model is outstanding. I always felt supported but also had the freedom to plan as much as I wanted, which was important given my background as a project manager. Even when we had to alter our day-of plans due to weather, Kathleen executed everything flawlessly. I trusted her to make decisions that reflected exactly what I would have wanted, and for that, I am incredibly grateful. I was able to relax and enjoy both the rehearsal and the wedding day, knowing we had the best vendor team led by Kathleen. If you're considering your planner options, set up a call with Kathleen. You'll walk away feeling at peace and excited for your upcoming wedding. She truly can do it all!

the moment and enjoy the celebration, Kathleen certainly made our daughter's wedding an event to remember. It was such a magical evening, and we are so grateful for your hard work and knowledge. It was the wedding of our dreams, and you were essential in making it all happen like clockwork. The service, food, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations! I cannot tell you how many compliments we received on your behalf. If we could do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a thing. Kathleen at Telluride Presents is the best of the best.

he area and weddings in general she has, she was crucial in every detail for our wedding day from beginning to end. We cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us that day and we would highly recommend her to anyone getting married in the area. She is simply a pleasure to work with and know as a person.

her knowledge and connections she has in Telluride. From every vendor she recommended to every small detail, everything was so amazing. We love you Kathleen and we are forever grateful!

t have pulled it off without her. She goes above and beyond in every step of the process. In addition to helping us plan a logistically challenging wedding day (within our budget) she also gave us recommendations for our welcome party, allowed us to ship last minute items to her personal residence, and showed up the morning after the wedding to help clean up the reception site. Lastly, Kathleen is very connected with a variety of vendors to work with. Every time a vendor asked who our wedding planner was, they breathed a sigh of relief when we mentioned Kathleen. She is the best in the business for a reason. We can't thank her enough!!

tion she was responsive, kind, transparent, and easy to talk to. We were unfamiliar with the planning process and Kathleen guided us through every step, giving us honest and helpful recommendations. She really got to know us personally to help us make our day “ours”. One thing we both appreciate about Kathleen is that she is extremely efficient with her time while still being thorough and detail-oriented. She always kept things moving quickly and effectively. Now fast forward to the wedding day—she was there for every small detail we needed, always checking in and making sure things were running smoothly. From helping me figure out my complicated dress bustle to finding socks for me when I forgot mine so I could change into my reception sneakers 😊, she was truly selfless and on top of things every step of the way. Best of all, Kathleen always brought the most positive, infectious attitude to every interaction. Even our family and friends loved her. She made us feel like family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or wedding day! Thank you, Kathleen and the Telluride Presents team! We already miss working with you ❤

weekend. Highly recommend!

proper timing made the ceremony and reception flawless. EVERYTHING was perfect that day and the memories made throughout this celebration have a permanent residence in my heart. Kathleen was on top of everything on the day of the wedding, even down to counting the guests as they arrived to the ceremony so that she knew when everyone was there. Since this was a destination wedding and the bride and groom live in NYC, Kathleen was more than willing to allow them to ship day of wedding items to her personal residence so that they did not have to try to pack and fly with them. Weather is a major fickle player in an outdoor wedding, especially when it's on a mountain top, and she kept us up to date with all aspects...even potential wind speed! Honestly, I do not think the ceremony and reception could have gone any better...it truly was PERFECT! Kathleen, cheers to a job superbly done and a wedding that will go down in the books as THE BEST WEDDING EVER!!!

s, on top of vendor management, and offered great suggestions that perfectly fit the style and vibe we were looking for. She is both laid back, which helps to keep everyone relaxed, but also very in top of all the details, well in advanced of when they need to be resolved. Thanks Kathleen for everything!

ny concerns that we had. I absolutely loved her honesty with us when it came to decisions we had to make. She is not pushy at all and respected our vision and our budget. We felt like we were in great hands and this was realized fully the week and day of the wedding. Everything ran so smoothly and everyone loved Kathleen. I can truly say that I was able to be fully present at my daughter's wedding and enjoy every minute because I was not worried about any of the details, thanks to Kathleen. I highly recommend Telluride Presents.
