Meehan and her team are everything you could possibly want in a wedding coordinator and then some. Personable, well-connected, able to execute a vision, the list goes on. When we initially planned our June 2020 wedding, we'd invited 200+ people to join us in Telluride for the celebration. As a total control freak myself, I was a little wary of turning the reigns over to plan our big day, but Meehan had every vendor locked down within a few weeks of us signing a contract and brought in design elements I never would have dreamed of. Cue global pandemic. As it became clear that our large scale wedding was not going to happen, Meehan helped us pivot to a small wedding on the rooftop of our VRBO. While things were incredibly suspect (the town was essentially closed to visitors up until two weeks before our arrival) Meehan deftly helped us pull together a beautiful, COVID-conscious ceremony with Bridal Veil Falls in the background followed by an outdoor dinner at 221 Oak. As was the case for many 2020 brides, I never could have imagined a disaster of this proportion "interfering" with our day and yet, with Meehan's help, we ended up with something that felt intimate, effortless, and fun as we shared our wedding vows with a select few friends and family members. On the less romantic side, she also handled reworking all of our contracts so that we did not take a hit for our massive scale back. Thank god for them. They were so incredibly proactive… Meehan reached out before news channels even started covering the coronavirus, and we had half a dozen contingency plans in place before we even knew what was happening. Every single one of our vendors said that Telluride Unveiled was the only company that was proactively reaching out, and because of that, when we finally had to make the decision to adjust our wedding date, it was the simplest thing to do. It goes without saying that this year has been a year of surprises and adversity. If it weren't for Meehan we would've never been able to get married in this beautiful place on the date that we committed to back in 2018. My husband and I work in the movie industry and we are used to the challenges of last minute changes and constant road blocks. The year 2020 provided many. When the going got rough, Meehan was right there with a plan B and a plan C. She is in direct contact with state health officials, and together we navigated the changing COVID-19 guidelines, to make our small 20 person wedding as safe as possible. Meehan knew exactly what to do when it came to assisting some of our guests with adjusting to the altitude. This is especially valuable if you and your guests do not live at 10K ft. We were very happy with all the vendors she chose, especially the photographer, the baker, and all the decor choices. It was exactly what we had hoped for and imagined. We also think highly of Elodie who helped organize our day-of timeline, and guided us with our tasting. Meehan and her team bring to the table a wealth of experience that will surpass anything you can imagine. Almost everyone in town knows her and thinks highly of her. We consider her a friend and hope to hire her again for our 5 year wedding anniversary!

HIRE THESE GIRLS!!! Our wedding was on top of a mesa, in the middle of nowhere. They literally transformed that blank canvas into the most beautiful location - our guests were blown away. Everything was perfect, we were under budget, and best of all, we have amazing friends in that beautiful town.

From developing massively detailed timelines (our photographer said they were the most detailed planners she had ever worked with), to confirming our vendors and ensuring everyone knew where to be and when --- they made our wedding day perfect from beginning to end.

Can’t recommend them enough. Without Telluride Unveiled, nothing would have come together like it did. We were able to celebrate and spent time with our families without running around like chickens with their heads cut off because they took care of every single detail (including the bizarre ones).

Planning a wedding from far away was incredibly stressful until I finally decided to hire a wedding planner. After talking to several, I hired Telluride Unveiled. They were really wonderful to work with – the right combination of nice, funny, and real. There was literally nothing they said no too, which I guess was surprising to all of my friends who had been married before. Every moment of our day was so personal, and so unique that I wish I could do it all over again.

Everyone told us a winter wedding could be complicated, but from our experience, it was only relaxing and fun.

Our wedding was incredible, thanks to Telluride Unveiled. I feel like the best indication of who these girls are is how the other vendors spoke about them. There wasn’t a single vendor that we spoke with, even the ones we didn’t hire, that didn’t say how much they loved working with them. It definitely showed. They communicated everything we wanted to all of our vendors, and our day ran like clockwork, without feeling like there was a schedule. We hired Telluride for Full Service Planning, and it was amazing. Meehan guided us throughout the process, recommended vendors that were completely perfect for us, arranged for everything and communicated everything to us really clearly and efficiently, which was necessary for us with our busy schedules. The process from start to finish was so easy, and our wedding day was incredible. The morning was ultra relaxing, the ceremony was so personal that it still makes me cry thinking about it, and the tent and decorations were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The entire staff made us feel like we were the only people that mattered on earth. I know so many people say their wedding day was the best day ever, but ours truly was. Telluride Unveiled was our wedding planning firm, and they did everything we hired them for and more. We planned our wedding without having been to Telluride, and they made us feel like we had been there a hundred times. They sent videos, images and talked us through every aspect of our venue and the things our guests could do. Their advice was always thoughtful, considerate and personalized to what they knew our style and wishes were. No small feat, since the only way we had ever "met" was via facetime. Upon arriving, everything was as they had explained, and every recommendation that they had made was exactly what we would have selected ourselves. Can't recommend them enough.

Where to even begin? These girls are awesome! They were always there for me (sorry about the midnight text messages!) with a fast response, a funny story, or a way to make the mundane wedding planning details personal and sentimental. They also have backup plans for backup plans. When I woke up on the wedding day to a complete thunderstorm, I wasn’t even worried, because Meehan had reviewed what would happen in that situation with us - 4 times, in fact. The girl watches the weather a lot. As she predicted, an hour before the ceremony, the clouds parted, everything dried up, and our wedding went on as we had planned. Their experience and confidence shows through everything they do.

Meehan and her team made me feel like a princess on my wedding day. I don’t even totally know what they were doing, because I was just enjoying every second of the day, but literally a second before I thought of anything, they were there with it. It’s exactly the way it should be!

Telluride Unveiled was such an amazing part of our wedding day. Planning from so far away, it could have been a really stressful experience. It was anything but - I actually didn’t want the planning time to end. Meehan was always so sweet, and honest when there was a potential problem. Her documents are insane - any and every bit of information you could ever hope to know about your wedding was included, so I never had to wonder when something was going to happen. She even spent lots of time talking to my mom, making sure that all of her concerns were discussed and managed. My mom can be difficult to please, and even she said that Meehan might be the most organized person that she’s ever known! On our wedding weekend, her team buzzed around and made sure everything was perfect, and everything was handled the way we had planned out. It was perfect, and all of that was thanks to Telluride Unveiled.

We originally hired Telluride Unveiled as our day of coordinator, until we realized that we needed way more help. They jumped in, got everything sorted out quickly and guided us through the last few months of wedding planning using their insanely awesome planning documents and tools. They are sweet, funny, and clearly love what they do. They’ll also literally do whatever it takes to make your day perfect. We were so happy that they were in our corner - our day was incredible thanks to them.

These girls aren’t just my wedding planners, they’ve become my friends. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, they made me laugh when I was stressed or frustrated (family drama is real, y’all), and blew me away with their work. The planning process was SOOO easy, because they stepped us right through it bit by bit, and helped us to create a weekend that was completely ours. Every single detail was thoughtfully created and designed with us in mind, and my mother was so touched that they worked memories of my grandparents into the day in ways that weren’t obvious. Even now, months later, they’re still thinking of us - I got a text message from Meehan while she was on vacation because she saw something that she thought I would like. These girls don’t treat you like clients, they treat you like family, and it is so special.

Planning a wedding from halfway around the world is overwhelming, and we realized quickly that we needed help. Telluride Unveiled bent over backwards for us - talking at insane times of night because that’s when we were available, stepping in and handling things with our vendors when we weren’t available, and constantly communicating what they were doing and what was going on so we always felt good that things were moving along the way they were supposed to. When we finally got to Telluride, we were able to completely focus on our friends and family. Everything was exactly as we discussed, and it was an awesome weekend for all of our family and friends.

Meehan and Alysha were awesome to work with. I hired them for Day of coordination and they did a fabulous job, the day ran smoothly, they kept us up to date and I honestly don't even know everything they did because I was just enjoying my day which is the way it should be. Alysha was so sweet to hand my groom and I mimosas in between each photo during family photos, so we didn't miss out on the mimosa hour! Meehan was super helpful when I realized day before wedding we needed transport for our elderly grandparents to get to san Sophia site, and so I'm pretty sure Meehan went and picked them up herself that morning, all while showing up to our house while getting ready and being at the ceremony site. I don't know how she did it all. Highly recommend! Anything we asked for, they accommodated.

I decided to choose Telluride Unveiled as our Wedding Planner from the first phone call I had with Meehan. I was looking around and was pretty clueless as to how the whole wedding planning process worked, what to expect, and budget. Meehan took the time to breakdown reasonable estimates for different vendors, and spent time helping me before I had even signed a contract with her. Telluride Unveiled handled everything for us when we planned our wedding. Every time we spoke with one of our vendors they told us how amazing they were, and we totally agree. We started planning our wedding a little late... like 4 weeks before the wedding. We're both super busy and didn't realize how much we needed to do until about 2 weeks after it all should have been finished. Meehan and her team GET THINGS DONE. I called her, completely panicked, and she listened to me freak out for a bit, and then she went to work. 48 hours later, every single vendor had every bit of information they needed, every form had been filled out and we realized we were actually going to be able to have a wedding. Don't do what I did, but definitely hire them. They're so talented. I know a lot of people say that there wedding couldn't have happened without one person or the other, but in our case, it was totally true. Meehan saved the day, literally. I would trust her with my life!

These girls might honestly be the nicest people on earth. They were so sweet and wonderful to work with. They gave us tons of guidance and always kept us on track throughout the year as we planned our wedding. We were able to have the most carefree and relaxing week in Telluride thanks to everything they did. Amazing!

Hiring Telluride Unveiled was definitely the best money we spent on our wedding. They put together an amazing group of vendors, and managed them on our behalf, but still let us feel completely in control of all of the decisions. They are total pros! And it shows - anything we thought to ask for our wedding day had already been handled by those two. Meehan was an absolute joy to work with when planning our wedding. When we started to look at wedding planners last year, we were seeking someone who was calm and well-connected. Meehan delivered. As another post mentioned, Meehan has a clear communication style. She knows how to navigate conversations with vendors and makes sure everyone is on the same page when bringing your wedding vision to life. We had some requests (a getaway car & brass band for our exit from the church to name a couple) that could have been far-fetched, but Meehan made it all happen! When we arrived in Telluride, she encouraged us to have a vacation and RELAX. Not only were we able to enjoy our wedding, but our families were able to have a stress-free weekend because Meehan and her team made sure even the finest of details were accounted for. At one point during the reception, Meehan even assisted with some childcare so that the parents could enjoy their dinner. She totally went above and beyond! Throughout the process, Meehan and Alysha were there to answer all of our questions and coordinate our timeline to keep everything (and everyone) on track. They got us an amazing deal on our lodging for our out-of town guests. They designed a beautiful wedding that we had never even imagined after just a few loose ideas that we gave them. They calmed me down when I got stressed about guest responses. And so on. I never imagined this time could be as relaxing as it was, especially after so may of my friends' stressful wedding planning experiences. Our wedding day coordination was absolute perfection. Hiring Meehan as my day-of coordinator was probably the best decision I made in planning my wedding! At first I wasn't sure what a day-of coordinator does, but I quickly realized that Meehan was my resource for solving all the planning problems I could think of, and--more importantly--the ones that I never even thought of. She went above and beyond in every way possible to make sure that I had the time of my life during my wedding. She took care of the big problems--like when I emailed her late on a Friday night after my first photographer canceled a week before my wedding, she texted every photographer she knew and gave me several options by the time I woke up the next morning. And she also took care of the small problems--like going to the bathroom with me to pull up my dress that kept slipping down. Every vendor that she recommended to me was amazing and provided exactly what I was looking for. And I had so much fun on the day of my wedding, because I didn't have to worry about anything at all. Guests and vendors will have all sorts of questions about when/where/how to do things, and they'll have to ask you unless you have a coordinator they can ask. I don't think I would have been able to have half as much fun at my wedding if it wasn't for Meehan. If you're going to spend a good amount of money on your wedding, then you might as well spend a little more to ensure that you'll actually have fun at it!

I owe everything to Meehan with Telluride Unveiled for how perfect my wedding day was. My wedding weekend was rainy, dreary and we came across lots of issues! Every step of the way, Meehan was there to make sure I was happy and not worrying. She was the most patient, helpful, calm, and utterly sweet person I was involved with during my entire wedding process.
