My order arrived damaged. The shipping took 5 weeks to get to me. I requested shipping date, I was informed it was shipped on September 5 by UPS. On September 12th ...
UPS states has label and is still waiting for package from company. Many emails were sent for updates on package. No response on some emails very unprofessional. When received today sign was broken. I had a bad experience with this company. All they can say is sorry and I will file a claim with UPS. Company didn’t even offer refund. The package it came in was not damaged in the outside, it looks like it was damaged when it was packaged. I have shared my photos with the company. Photos were taken as soon as package was open and broken sign was noticed. In other reviews I read this company blames the customer, poor service. The order was place two months before my event and now it to late to order another one.
I used Ten23desin for my clients sationary. Lauren work is amazing. She always deliver when I need her. You'll never be disappointed. Affordable as well. Love this company.

Finally reached out to them on facebook and was told that it was sent on 9/23, but it never got to me and I was told that none of my emails were received. As of today (10/17) I still haven't received the file or the cake topper I was promised I would receive since I never got the file. Along with not receiving what I have paid for I can't get any responses from my emails and facebook message.

e. She sent me a proof within the next few days. I changed around the colors at bit, but it looked awesome.
As soon as the colors were changed, she sent me another proof and when I approved it, she sent it out to me. It was nicely packaged in a cardboard tube so that no damage could be done to it.
It was easy to apply and one of our groomsmen did it for us. It held up nicely throughout the night and did not peel of in any area. If you get a large portion of white in your decal, you will notice scuffs and black marks by the end of the night. We had a bunch. The decal was a little hard to remove at the end of the night, but we got it completely off with no damage to the floor.
