s person will be with you for 8-12 hours on one of the most chaotic, stressful, exhilarating, fun, emotional (insert all the adjectives here) day in your life. Let me repeat, Teresa is AH-MAZING! Teresa was on our venue's recommended vendor list and they used several of her photos to showcase her work at their venue (previews!). I was initially drawn to her both as a person (based on her website descriptions) and as a photographer as I was researching portfolios and styles (PRO TIP: totally look at vendors websites - how they are set up and what they showcase, it is indicative of their working style!) I loved all of the sweet candid moments as well as the dramatic award winning photos. I felt like it was a great combination. (Boy was I right!) We met with her over Skype (we had a destination wedding) about 7 months prior to our wedding. She was friendly, quirky and honest with everything. She also gave us a lot of advice about how to structure the day time-line and how and who to choose for our DJ. She has a partner (Jon) with her on the wedding day to help capture all of the expressions and reactions. It was so reassuring to have a wonderful photographer who was also familiar with our venue. Their work is absolutely stunning. She is the real-deal and one of the best photographers ever-ever. She meshed well with our entire wedding party (super important for me) and she was committed to getting the craziest and most wonderful shots. We loved loved loved having her on our "team" and totally recommend her and Jon to you. Honestly, it will be one of the best decisions you will make. Promise.

g to invest in her photography skills when we got married. Literally a month after getting engaged we set up a meeting with her and talked about what we wanted and were given a payment plan. Three months before our wedding after making our deposit we took our engagement pictures, which are beautiful, and gave us time to get use to a camera being with us. She was super helpful as to how to look natural and how to give myself a flattering silhouette in photos. They made us so comfortable and ready for the big day. The day of the wedding seemed like a breeze because we were use to having a camera around, but anytime something didn't look sincere, too poesy, or not natural she let us know. She calmed me down when we fell behind and worked tirelessly to give us amazing photos. I highly recommend all brides to not only higher Teresa but invest in her business it is definitely worth every penny! Her photos are amazing!

e about my husband and I, our relationship, how we met, etc. She genuinely wanted to know about US – to me that went a long way. She wasn’t there to sell her business, but to get to know us and our style to ensure she would be able to meet our needs as a photographer. She was my first photographer that I met with, and I booked her a day later. I could not be any happier with our pictures! She took our engagement pictures, and we ended up at the State Capital Park because we kept having issues with the rain and weather, and she took some amazing shots. She is a STUD at capturing the moments, not just the forced pictures and smiles. The wedding pictures were amazing – we received so many compliments on the pictures, at how she was able to capture the moment, people’s expressions, etc. She recommended that my husband and I do a “First Look” prior to the ceremony – at first I was hesitant about it, as I was a little old fashioned and didn’t want him to see me before the ceremony. However, due to time contraints, we decided to go for it. She promised me it would be an intimate setting with just my husband and I, and we wouldn’t even know she was there. We weren’t quite sure what would happen, but she was absolutely right – when my husband and I saw each other for the first time, we were both so emotional and it was such a private and intimate moment, one I wouldn’t want to be sharing with a photographer. It’s like Teresa was invisible – we didn’t even notice she was there, and she let us have our moment together. The pictures of that time together were AMAZING – and she was so right, it helped calm our nerves and we were able to get through the ceremony without being super emotional since we had already gotten it out of our system haha! She was there the whole ceremony and helped keep me calm and keep things moving – she was fantastic, like my right hand all day long. Her pictures are amazing, and she is someone you can truly count on. She doesn’t know it yet, but she’s now my family photographer haha! LOVE HER!!
