Terian Farms Event Center is a barn wedding venue located in Lebanon, TN. This 28-acre farm is surrounded by rolling hills, ponds, and gorgeous views, providing a breathtaking setting for any celebration. Just minutes from downtown Nashville, Terian Farms Event Center offers everything needed to host a chic barn wedding.
We can accommodate up to 200 guests for a beautiful celebration in this venue. With birch wood floors, farmhouse chandeliers, soft string lights, and sheer white draping throughout, provides an elegant yet versatile atmosphere. It features a full bar, dance floor, tables and chairs for your wedding, reception, covered back patio with a second bar, an open air patio under the string lights, decor and furniture throughout the venue.
The Terian Farms Event Center team makes your wedding experience as stress-free as possible by offering all-inclusive packages. These packages include florals, catering, tableware, silverware, glassware, a tiered wedding cake, DJ, decor, a ceremony arch/arbor, bar service, and a day-of coordinator. Catering options include at least one entree, two sides, and dinner rolls. You can add additional services to take your celebration to the next level, such as an expanded dinner menu, s'mores bar, champagne wall, sparklers, a fire pit, and more. You and your party will have exclusive access to the property, allowing you to enjoy a private and intimate celebration with your closest loved ones.

I had my wedding here in June 2024 and had several issues. First off, I understand it’s the south, but it felt like the coordinators steamrolled my husband, expecting him to have n...
o opinion. Secondly, we specifically only looked at venues that allowed a rehearsal the night before, rather than the newly popular day of rehearsal, so I am 100% sure I asked. It was a criterion on my venue selection spreadsheet. Maybe the owner doesn’t remember because she was busy riding horses during our scheduled call, but when it got to planning, suddenly they said no we never said that, you cannot rehearse the day before unless there is no Friday wedding. I wait, there is no Friday wedding. Suddenly the response is “I mean I guess we could but there will be no coordinator and no DJ there to help rehearse. Why do you even care?” the gaslighting was astronomical. Additionally, our coordinator changed two separate times, and it felt like they did not remember a single thing I said about how I wanted the day to go or have any organized documents. When we met, I was constantly repeating myself and the owner would be shuffling through pages and pages of my emails printed rather than any type of organized documents. During day of coordination, my MIL hardly got to enjoy the day because they were so short staffed she basically turned into the coordinator. She ended up helping them find more golf carts day of when theirs weren’t working. The DJ they provide was very unprofessional, he completely disregarded notes about a speech to happen during the mother son dance, was calling me with questions about my preferences (that id provided weeks prior) during the MORNING OF MY WEDDING. He also cut dancing 30 minutes short when I paid a ton of money for extra time. They also market the bridal suites as a place to get ready, then strongly discourage it or ask you to pay thousands of dollars extra for a few (insufficient) hours. There wasn’t enough food and they did not understand the differences between vegetarian vegan and dairy free. These vegan plates were also given to whoever without them first asking if they’d selected the vegan option, so a couple vegans went hungry. This venue also lists as available for up to 200, but when our guest list got to the 190s they started asking us to cut it because they couldn’t accommodate all the people.
As far as positives, I had a great experience with our coordinator, Lynn, when she was assisting us. Food was good, but cold. Bartenders were amazing. Space was beautiful.
I had another venue listed as my #1 but ended up choosing this venue for price, but with all the add ons and additional prices it ended up being more expensive!
I can’t tell you how disappointed I was after spending so much money on a day I really cared about.

The only thing we would have changed was the DJ that was contracted through the venue for our wedding. Because of COVID we had to move our wedding and our original DJ was unavailable and the venue found a last minute replacement for us. This DJ played weird versions of songs and hardly played any slow dances even when asked but us, also the audio went out during our ceremony. However, overall this was a minor inconvenience.
I can not suggest this venue any more. If I could give Terian Farms 10/5 I would. If you chose this venue you would not be disappointed.

nd they made it come to life. I will say that communication was lacking between us and the coordinator as well as some time management problems leading up to the day. But the day of was perfect and our wedding went of without a hitch . If you are looking for a venue that helps you and has most of the items included, I would say this is the way to go. The venue is an outdoor barn and the scenery is stunning and we were also allowed to use the venue for our engagement photos as well.

I was not the kind of bride who knew what she wanted and had a difficult time narrowing down my ideas. Teri helped sort through everything step by step to help me plan everything, and it turned out beautiful.
If you’re considering using Terian Farms for your venue I definitely give this a solid five stars! You won’t be disappointed!

e enough to fit a medium to large sized wedding, but also intimate enough for a small wedding, which was what my husband and I wanted. Teri was extremely accommodating and tried to complete each of the specifics that I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better day, venue, or team. She treats you like family and really goes out of her way to collect all the minute details of you dream wedding. Her team is tireless and so dedicated! I could tell they had to forego sleep in order to bring my vision to life, but they did so with ease. I had so many people tell me that not only was the setup and venue Absolutely breathtaking but that they really enjoyed the peaceful, meandering drive to get there! ening and several of our friends and family are still talking about how it was the best wedding they've ever attended which is exactly what every bride wants to hear! Most of that was due to Teri and her staff. The day didn't go as planned... about 2 hours before the ceremony, it started pouring rain even though the forecast called for 0% chance of rain. Teri took care of getting everything back inside and wiped off. Luckily the rain stopped and they had time to reset everything before the ceremony! Teri also handled all the details of our wedding. She arranged the decor, catering, DJ, bartenders and the amazingly delicious cake. She even did the flowers after I called her a month ahead of the date and told her that I couldn't decide and didn't have time to handle it (I thought I wanted to but I ran out of time!) She did all of this in 4 months. Oh, and did I mention how stunning my photos are? The grounds and horses are all immaculate and make spectacular backgrounds for your wedding photos. I cannot recommend Terian Farms enough if you want a fun, memorable, beautiful, outdoor Nashville wedding!

es from Pinterest and basically left it up to them. I let the professionals do their thing and it was PERFECT! My bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and the decor was exactly what I wanted my wedding to look like. They let you use their props and provide names of vendors to make it easier on the bride and groom. We chose to use a preferred DJ, caterer, officiant, and florist. All were fantastic. We didn't have to go searching for all of the above and Teri took care of everything. I had multiple people tell me that I was so calm leading up to the wedding... I can thank Terian Farms for that. Everything was amazing and I would definitely recommend this venue.
