Teri-Lyn Hiroshige Makeup Artist

Teri did my makeup on my big day, and I can't say enough great things. She did an amazing job at my make-up trial, and delivered the same quality work on my wedding day. She really listens to what type of look you would like, and creates just that. I opted for airbrush makeup, which I have never had before this experience, and I can truly say I have never felt more beautiful. She has a way of playing up your strengths and concealing flaws. Matter of fact, I had a blemish pop up that morning, and she hid it better than I ever could have imagined. Any concern I had about the look I wanted, she addressed immediately, which I loved because every bride has an idea of what they want to look and feel like on that day...and she achieved what I wanted my now husband looking at when I walked down the aisle. She is a pleasure to be around and if I had it all to do over again, I would go with her!

Teri-Lynn was super sweet and very easy to work with! I was planning my wedding from out of town, so I had to primarily correspond with her through email. She responded promptly and was flexible working with me for the trial. I loved the makeup that she did during the trial, but it was not quite what I wanted for my wedding day. I got her some pictures of the color palette I wanted and she adjusted and delivered like a professional. I absolutely loved my hair. However, I would definitely overestimate on time it takes because we cut it pretty close. Other than myself, my mother, my husbands mother, and two bridesmaids also got their hair and makeup done by Teri-Lynn. Overall, for her prices she was by far the best value available and prepared to make sure you were happy with everything!

Teri-Lyn was wonderful to work with! She came to my home for both the trial and my bridal portraits before the wedding. Every time she was so great to work with! She's fun and easy to talk to so it makes the whole process even better. On my wedding day, she did my mom and two of my bridesmaids, too. She did a great job of keeping everyone on track and worked so well with my hairstylist to plan out the morning so no one was missed! Next time I need my make up done, I know right where I'm going :)

Teri-Lyn was amazing. I knew she'd do a great job on my makeup after the consultation, but I had no idea she'd be so wonderful to work with on my wedding day. We were running late and Teri-Lyn actually finished my hair for me and then got to work making me feel beautiful. She made me laugh the entire time and I was able to really relax. I've used her again after my wedding day for a portrait shoot and will certainly use her in future if I have need of a makeup artist.

Teri is a true professional with a heart of gold! Working with her has been such a pleasure. She is a top-notch talent and so sweet. I recommend her to everyone!!

Teri-Lyn was recommended to me by our photographer and I really loved the images on her website: edgy, editorial, sexy, beautiful - everything a cool bride wants to be! I wanted someone who would make me stand out which is why I immediately loved her use of colors and emphasis on the eyes. Our bridal party and mothers had major compliments on our make-up and also how long it stayed perfect during all the crying, laughing and sweating while dancing for the 5 hour reception! I even went partying until 2am and my makeup still looked great (even in the August heat in the south). Teri-Lyn has a great sense of humor, professional yet makes you feel relaxed, and extremely talented. She kept us all on schedule on the wedding day and was great to work with in the trial make up session (I live overseas so she worked around my crazy schedule flying in from another country). I felt comfortable with the way the make up felt and even the fake eyelashes she applied. I cannot say enough about how happy we were with her... even my dad was blown away with the quality of our make -up. It is a huge compliment when a father appreciates how we look because the make-up definitely enhanced our natural beauty.

Teri-Lyn is a fantastic makeup artist, I highly recommend her for any occasion, especially for your wedding day. I first met Teri-Lyn at my bachelorette party. She came to the hotel where we were celebrating to do a "trial run" for my wedding day makeup. She was really fun to work with and handled the craziness that the bachelorette party brought. She is always on time, very responsive to emails and phone calls and most importantly she does an amazing job with make up. I felt like she made me look like the prettiest version of myself on my wedding day. Thank you, Teri-Lyn, for helping make my wedding beautiful and perfect!

I cannot even describe how fortunate I was to find Teri-Lyn not only is she an amazing artist she is as sweet as can be! Teri-Lyn came to my rescue a month before my wedding when I found myself in a situation of being without a makeup artist due to unforeseen circumstances and she found a way in her busy schedule to make it all work out. I am a true believer in things happening for a reason and I was meant to have her on my side for my big day! I have never felt more beautiful and that is largely because of the roll she played. When first deciding that we wanted to have on site makeup done, I didn't know where to start. Luckily, my hairstylist gave us a wonderful recommendation, who also happened to be a client of hers as well so I knew she was going to be awesome. Teri was so accommodating that she let me do my makeup trial at her house. Upon meeting I don't think we stopped laughing. Teri is so much fun to work with and was extremely receptive to my feedback and input on my makeup for the day. Even though I was the only one who did a makeup trial, my entire bridal party looked beautiful! She was also helpful in covering up a visible scar for a recent surgery I had. The only bad part about the whole thing is that the wedding is over! I'll just have to find another reason for Teri to do my makeup!

Teri is awesome! Not only is she talented at make-up and eyelashes, making me feel beyond beautiful on my wedding day, but she was so much fun! We kept each other laughing the whole time. I would definitely recommend her for any make-up needs. We had a trial-run and on the wedding day, plus she comes to you. High quality products and gorgeous results!

Teri was fabulous!!! She made sure that I was ok every step of the way!!! She was calm and ensured that I was comfortable. She would ask me if I liked my look and if not, she would change it to my liking. She stays intuned with you and doesn't make you feel rushed or stressed out. The main thing, is that she did my make up so well to the point that my husband and groomsmen gasped as I walked down the aisle! My friends told me that I looked 18 again! Go figure! :-)

Teri-Lyn was recommended to me by a friend (whose bridal makeup also looked gorgeous), and after loving my trial look, I ended up hiring her to apply my bridal makeup, and it ended up looking even better on my wedding day! This was my first experience with airbrush makeup, and it was awesome! Teri-Lyn is talented and professional as well as a total sweetheart. I believe she's used to doing more subtle bridal looks based on people's preferences, but since my wedding was a traditional Indian wedding, the look I was going for was more dramatic, and she didn't disappoint. I'm sure she can do quite a wide range of looks. Additionally, my skin is pretty finicky and is prone to breakouts, especially when introduced to new products, but everything she used seemed to be really skin friendly, so that was a big plus for me. Teri-Lyn didn't have an I'm-the-makeup-artist-here,-not-you attitude like the other woman I considered. She listened to what I wanted and changed things here and there based on that, and she had a great attitude the entire time. No complaints here! Teri-Lyn is great at what she does.

She was so helpful and friendly! She listened to my concerns with skin care and make up and made me feel very comfortable. She was flexible and very reasonable. I have and would recommend her to anyone!
