el it is my job as the customer to call the shop to remind them of my pick up time the day before just to confirm, as I have been in twice in person during the week to confirm everything. I was made to sit in the hot parking lot for 45 minutes (9:30 am) before the door was opened. I was late for my event that I provided the flowers for. The female individual did not apologize, didn’t seem to be bothered by the obvious mishap, demanded I please remain calm as her small child was present (I have 3 children and 4 grandchildren and was speaking in a very calm and low tone), and then didn’t even package the 8 centerpieces in the cardboard box for transport. I had to assemble the store’s boxes and place the arrangements in. Absolutely despicable experience.

All-in-all for my bouquet, the bridesmaids, groom and groomsmen - plus the two alter arrangements I paid well under $400 with tax and delivery.

ey were always accommodating and were always willing to offer alternatives for cutting costs. I wanted my florals to be memorable without having to spend a fortune. The price was extremely reasonable and they were very good about working within a budget. The representatives are well educated and knew what they were doing, which is always a huge plus. They were on time the day of the wedding and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They did an arch covered in flowers for the ceremony and they also provided a flower crown to wear in place of a veil, per my request.
