Terra Valley Farms was a dream wedding venue. They have beautiful spaces for both the ceremony and reception, and the natural beauty of the property meant we didn't need to spend a lot of money on decor (they also have a few items to borrow as well).
The entire team was wonderful to work with. I definitely recommend adding on the day-of coordinator. We worked with Katie and she was a godsend before, during, and after the the big day. I was able to relax and enjoy the celebration because she was on top of everything.
11/10 would recommend! You will not be disappointed <3

Terra Valley Farms is the perfect wedding venue. The property is beautiful, large enough to explore but still has an intimate feel. Their property is accessible for guests in wheelchairs, has gorgeous getting ready spaces, and we loved that the ceremony and reception areas were so close together. They have so many extra decor items that they let you use for FREE. This saved us so much money and made the space look beautiful. We got a wedding coordinator through them, which we would HIGHLY recommend. Tessa, our coordinator, was so helpful. She met with us every few months to keep us on track, gave us vender suggestions, took care of all the decor set up and tear down, and handled all vendor details the week of the wedding. Picking Terra was the best decision we made in planning our wedding.

Whether it was their fields of berries and dahlias, winding garden paths, or open areas for lawn games, the natural beauty meant that we really didn’t need to do much for extra decor, and this in turn helped us save money to use elsewhere in our budget. The fact that they also offer wedding coordination and bartending services means there is a lot of value here and adding these services made our lives so much easier. We got to work with Tessa as our wedding coordinator, and she was the absolute best! Because she knows Terra Valley so well, she knew just how to make things run as smoothly as possible. Throughout the entire planning process and on the actual day, she and her team made us feel so at ease and well taken care of. Thank you, Tessa, for being our steady guide throughout this year of planning a wedding and thank you Chelsea for all the work you and your team do to make this such a special place!

n the surroundings that it didn't feel like I needed to add extra decor at all. Chelsea and her team are continually making upgrades, and the place just keeps getting better and better. Another huge plus is that the venue has tons of tables, chairs, table cloths, and decor you can use, so there is less stuff that you need to personally rent and bring to the venue, which was a huge plus for us. Our guests all loved the venue, and I am so glad we chose Terra Valley Farms!

Tessa couldn't make our wedding day but Taylor stepped in and did a wonderful job too. The venue is absolutely beautiful and it's such a plus that decor available to borrow, tables/chairs/linens are included, and the reception pavilion looks so nice even without additional decoration. Our guests loved the venue and being able to have cornhole and s'mores was fun for guests too.

a little over an hour from Seattle. What undoubtedly sold it for us were the services offered with all wedding packages. This included an array of decor available for the day; linen, tables, chairs, and set up/tear down included; and plenty of opportunities for planning and coordination meetings well in advance of the event. Tessa, the staff member we were in primary contact with was very responsive in the time leading up to our date and willing to answer all questions. She was helpful with the overarching prep details and planning related to the venue flow that allowed for a flawless wedding day!
I did see that starting early 2025, the venue is increasing their prices - likely to remain competitive in this wedding market. Quite honestly, I think this venue would unfortunately now be out of our budget due to this if we were looking right now. Knowing how perfect our special day was, however, if you can afford it, it was well worth the investment for a lower key, yet stunning wedding venue. Like other reviews have mentioned, it is definitely a hidden gem, and we are so happy with our choice!

This was a special way to highlight the unique charm of the venue (and their guests loved it!!). The real standout was how helpful and on top of everything the staff was. Especially our DOC Tessa. Terra Valley offers day of coordination services, and I highly recommend hiring Tessa and her team for that. She was a huge stress relief, coordinated with all the vendors months leading up to wedding day, and was ON IT for all minor hiccups that happened day of. Tessa and her team's calm, professional, and genuinely kind presence allowed us to fully enjoy the day with less stress.
The venue also offers ample parking was a great bonus for guests.
We truly can't recommend this venue enough. All of our guests were raving about it. It's a rare gem where both the setting and people are exceptional.
When we booked, the venue was very reasonably priced and much less expensive than other venues we had toured. For everything that was included it was truly a great value.

changes being made but they had such a wonderful vision that I trusted them and I'm so glad I did! The bridal and groom suites are both elegant and beautiful, spacious with great lighting. They are not over the top bridal or groom but they are just elegantly feminine and masculine and fit in with the whole venue vibe wonderfully. Although we only used the ceremony area for our personal vows, it is beautiful and surrounded by gorgeous florals, ponds, and landscaping. There are SO many gorgeous areas to take photos, hidden little areas to get a different look, and the field off to the side was perfect for our golden hour photos. They also have a beautiful flower garden that you can walk in between for photos as well!
The reception hall is very open, indoor/outdoor style and even for us, on a warmer day it never felt too hot. They have beautiful tables and chairs that just fit perfectly with the woodsy/gardeny vibe.
Parking area is very large and accessible, they encourage people to leave cars overnight at no extra charge which was amazing to not worry about drinking and driving, and there are many different entrances into the reception area. Not difficult to find at all!
I briefly worked with Tessa as she joined the team a few months prior to my wedding and she was well organized, on top of deadlines, and responsive. Tessa, Chelcie and her husband were around for day of to help as needed.
I would definitely recommend this venue if you are looking for a wedding venue that is private, tucked away (it is not difficult to get to or far from downtown Monroe but feels remote), and has beautiful landscaping and florals! The team is wonderful and they helped make our special day amazing!!

The only issue was that the location is just under an hour from Seattle, where all of our guests were staying. We arranged two party buses for anyone who didn't want to drive, and it worked out great! No need to arrange designated drivers that way.

The Fields at Willie Greens was probably the most perfect venue for us! It was within our price affordability, it was green and gorgeous and turned out for an amazing July wedding....
We have received so many compliments about how amazing this venue was. And to top it all off, the venue coordinators (Lisa and Miranda) were amazing throughout the process and during the wedding weekend. Lisa went above and beyond making sure were able to do and set up everything for our special day perfectly. This venue is literally amazing, we were able to have the food truck we wanted without restrictions and we didn't have 6 or 8 hour time limits. We were there for 12 hours and it didn't feel rushed or anything other then perfection. This venue is amazing and we could not appreciate their staff more for what they have done for us.

I absolutely loved this venue! It was so beautiful and out of the busy city which I wanted. The only thing that made life a little hard was not having a kitchen to keep things cool...
or heat things up and not having an area for the bride to hide while the guests arrived. Other than that the venue was everything I could have imagined and more!
