Terrell was amazing to work with! We used him for engagement and bridal pictures and as well on our wedding day. He captures timeless, authentic and candid pictures and edits them in their true color. He works hard to capture the perfect angle- completing the couple. We loved our wedding day gallery- with it being such a whirlwind of a day, you tend to forget some of the moments that happened- and Terrell was there to capture them. It was wonderful to go through each picture and reminisce on our special day. Terrell delivered each of our galleries in a very timely manner and communicated very well. Terrell is amazing! He is punctual, professional, kind, and easy to work with. He did our engagement photos and wedding photos. His photos are beautiful, bright, and full of color. A friend from work recommended him to me and I am so glad she did. Everyone at our wedding complimented him and said how great he was. He is polite and made everyone around him feel comfortable while he was taking photos. I feel like he captured everything we wanted. I honestly could not recommend Terrell enough as a photographer and a friend. He is so personal and wants to know exactly what YOU want for your wedding. He is so kind and I can not rave about him enough! He photographed my sisters wedding a little over two years ago, and instantly formed a friendship with my family. When my husband and I got engaged, I knew we wanted Terrell to shoot our wedding, and I will always be happy with that decision because our photos are absolutely beautiful!! Our wedding was on October 11, 2019 and the morning after our wedding, he even sent me like 20 pictures from the wedding so I could see a few. Amazing. We just got all of them back in the last few days, and I can’t stop looking at them. He got them to us so fast for all of the pictures he had to go over, he sent us an adorable wooden box with a usb, a sweet card, & about 20 or so beautiful prints from our wedding. Terrell is amazing! He made me, my husband and all my family and friends feel so comfortable in front of the camera which made for glowing photos of our special day. We seriously get comments from friends and family that his photos look like they could be in Vogue! :) He was also so kind and flexible with our hectic wedding schedule. Of all the vendors needed for a wedding, photography was at the top of my list. People will forget about the food and music. Pictures, on the other hand, stay with us. Yes, we knew we would look at them after they were edited and would hang a few in our house, but we also thought about how we would look back through them each year on our anniversary and how one day we will show them to our kids and our grandkids. So, when it came to finding a photographer that I thought would be able to give us pictures we would be proud to look back on for a lifetime, I took my time. Truth be told, I spent Christmas vacation emailing around forty (yes, 40!) photographers in Greenville and surrounding areas. Terrell had one of the fastest response times, which I appreciated. I also spent time looking through Terrell’s gallery (and the galleries of other photographers) to see if he had shot at a venue like ours. Our venue was inside and had low-lighting. A lot of photographers’ galleries had pictures in similar lighting, but the pictures were not taken nor edited in a way that was flattering to the people. When looking through Terrell’s gallery, I saw countless pictures in a variety of venues, including ones with complicated lighting like ours. After seeing his incredible work, I shared our needs and budget with Terrell and he customized a package that worked for us. Leading up to our wedding, Terrell communicated clearly and was very responsive. Closer to the wedding, we decided to add an extra hour of photography and Terrell was very flexible in making it work. On the day of our wedding, Terrell arrived early and was completely prepared. He had a way of directing us in the pictures that put us at ease, yet also made for some amazing shots. Not only did he do great with us, but he was excellent with our son and other kids. Terrell was so much fun to be around, yet never intruded on our space while we were enjoying our wedding day. He, my husband, and the groomsmen all clicked on basketball, and he really became one of the guys. On top of all of this, he stayed up that night editing some pictures so we could have a preview and emailed them at 1am so we were able to enjoy them while heading off to our honeymoon. Most of my friends got their previews from their photographer about a week after the wedding, so this is just one more example of how passionate Terrell is and how hard he works to take care of his customers. Within a few short weeks, we had all (yes, ALL) of our pictures back. We got the cutest package in the mail, with several small prints and a USB with digital copies. Remember how I said that photography was at the top of my priority list? Terrell, exceeded my expectations farther than I can put into words. I literally cried looking through them all. We took pictures both inside and outside in several different areas, and they all turned out amazing. It’s clear to see that he knows what he’s doing and knows how to get the best shots. He not only captured pictures that made me feel beautiful, but he captured moments and emotions that are real and come through in the pictures. He also captured so many moments that we missed, but are now able to look back upon. All in all, Terrell is professional, responsive, friendly, organized, prepared, fun to be around, and extremely talented. You only get one chance to capture your wedding day. I’m so glad we chose Terrell and have beautiful pictures that we can look back on for a lifetime.

Finding a photographer was so hard for us when we started the process. I almost lost hope until I came across Terrell's work, and we are so glad we did! He was truly all we could have hoped for, and so quick to respond to everything. He is such a genuinely great person, and a beyond talented photographer. I was so nervous about being photographed all day but he made us feel so comfortable, and he felt more like a friend than anything being with us through out our day. We couldn't have been happier with him! His pictures captured our emotions so well, and have taken our breath away each time we see one.

Terrell was hands down one of the best decisions we made while wedding planning and was such a vital part of our day. I found Terrell via Instagram and was immediately drawn to his style and beautiful photos. We had an initial phone call and I was quickly sold on him not just as a photographer but as a person, which was important to us as your photographer is spending your whole wedding day with you! Terrell is a great blend of professional and focused but also relaxed and friendly. We had so much fun hanging out with him and getting to know him. And of course, the photos...we absolutely love them and have gotten so many compliments. He captured some beautiful candids as well as natural posed pictures for my husband and I who can be a bit camera shy. I recommend Terrell whole-heartedly and am so thankful that we found him!

I spent 3 full days researching photographers close and not-so close to my area in the Upstate. Terrell's work captured my attention early on and after speaking with him I knew he was the one to capture my wedding. From the beginning we were able to discuss what I was looking for and he gave his best advice. Not only does he know his craft but he is also a fun person to have around on your big day. Terrell is amazing! He knows just how to get the lighting perfect and his editing skills are amazing! He was able to crop out a stop light and in general able to do whatever we wanted. I love my engagement pictures and only have a preview of the wedding picture but love them all already.

Terrell is hands down the best decision I made for my wedding. I saw previous photos of his at the location I was getting married at and hired him IMMEDIATELY. What I love most about his work is his ability to capture genuinely candid moments - a rare thing to find in some photographers (...trust me, I did a lot of research). He is SO easy to work with, incredibly kind and made me feel so comfortable leading up to the wedding and the day of and I am beyond thrilled with my photos. I cannot sing Terrell's praises enough! I was drawn to his photography style immediately. A lot of wedding photographers tend to go for a washed out and bright look, which I'm not knocking, but I really appreciate Terrell's rich colors and attention to detail. Terrell did an absolutely amazing job with my engagements shoot, bridal session, and wedding photos! I love love love everything! Terrell himself is also AWESOME and makes an effort to really get to know the bride and groom in order to better capture them in photograph. His friendly and outgoing personality made it easy to relax, laugh, and have fun with being photographed.

Terrell's photos really speak for themselves, don't they? Terrell is an incredibly talented photographer, but more than that he's a really nice person. The idea of having a stranger taking pictures of me and my husband being all lovey-dovey made me a bit nervous, but once we met Terrell in person our nerves disappeared. He's so laid back and friendly, it's easy to let your guard down around him. For the couples photos, he gave us some direction, but the poses didn't feel cheesy or unnatural. He accommodated our photo requests and made sure we made the most of our time. Inevitably, your wedding day goes by so fast; unbelievably fast. No matter how hard you try, you're never going to be able to experience every part of your wedding day to the extent you would like; even if you have a small, intimate gathering like we did. At the end of the night, or the next day, you might feel like it's all a blur. However, if you have a good photographer you'll get to relive many of those fleeting moments, and you'll also get a glimpse of your wedding day as your guests experienced it. When it comes to wedding photographers, Terrell is who you NEED! Not only is his work incredible, he is such a great person to work with. He was super responsive to any of my requests (which during wedding planning was appreciated as you are constantly juggling so many communications). What does Terrell do that is different from other photographers? He captures those candid moments that are un-staged and natural looking. Plus he has the "eye" for what a beautiful shot will look like, and does this all without giving direction on how to pose or stand. He just made the day easy, and the results were amazing. I have been getting countless compliments on how gorgeous my pictures came out, and some friends had said they wished they had a photographer like him for their weddings. I was so happy working with Terrell, I also hired him to come shoot our Rehearsal dinner the night prior; giving me another album of great shots and scenery. He was the best decision I made for my wedding, I hope you all can enjoy Terrell as much as we did!

We met Terrell after looking for someone in the upstate to do our engagement pictures. While we loved Terrell’s work, we accepted the fact that we were probably going to either have to have someone else do bridal portraits and our wedding pictures or pay an arm and a leg for all of the travel/hotel expenses as our wedding venue was over 2 hours away. Nope! Terrell was great at working within our budget and we absolutely loved our engagement pictures, bridal portraits, and wedding photos. Terrell was friendly and made all of the posed pictures way less awkward than anticipated. He was always on time, responsive to e-mails, and made sure to get pictures of every aspect of our wedding day, even the little details that I would have forgotten about. I love that Terrell took so many candid pictures and made us the center of attention in all of our photos while still capturing the beauty of the venue. Terrell was on his feet taking pictures from 12:30pm when I started getting ready, all the way up until our send off at 10pm. He was able to capture so many moments that we will cherish forever. We couldn’t have asked for a more hard-working photographer, and we couldn’t be happier with our photos. My husband and I could not have been happier with our choice to work with Terrell for our wedding! Unfortunately Terrell came down with the flu just days before our wedding, but he quickly found an amazing photographer to shoot our big day. We had no idea anything was up until after there was already a replacement en route, and for that, I could not be more thankful! Even though Terrell didn't take our photos, he edited everything beautifully! We're so happy with the finished product, and so happy that Terrell made sure that we were taken care of! I can't recommend him enough!

Terrell of William Martin Weddings is the best photographer we could have possibly hoped for. We were having a bit of trouble finding a photographer who was available for our wedding date when a good friend of mine recommended Terrell. She said that she had found him online, loved his work, and that he had worked with her to help her and her fiancé stay within their budget. I looked up his photos later that night and absolutely loved them. I emailed him and heard back almost immediately. My now husband and I set up a coffee date with him for later that week, and we were impressed with how kind, genuine, and interested in our story as a couple that Terrell was when we met him. He helped us stay within our budget as well, which was important to us... we wanted good work without breaking the bank since we were paying for our own photographs. A month or so later, we met up with Terrell in the Pisgah Forest for our engagement session, and we were absolutely blown away with the pictures we got back from that session. One thing I love about Terrell as a photographer is that he isn’t big on posing his clients. He just kind of hangs out with you, occasionally tells you to kiss, and captures special moments as they happen. Our wedding was the same way, and he captured so many special moments of me with my husband, our families, and our wedding party. He stuck with us through the entire day, from the time I was getting my hair done up through our sparkler exit, but he was never intrusive. He also was extremely professional and made sure to capture every single shot that I wanted with every single person I wanted to have a picture with. He loves his work and takes it seriously and we got over 700 gorgeous shots back exactly one month after our wedding. He even sent us the flash drive in a cute little treasure box with a bunch of his favorite snapshots of our wedding day. :) That’s another great thing about Terrell... even when he is busy, his turnaround time is generally very fast. I got my bridal portraits back in two days and we got our engagement shots back in less than a week. My husband and I both consider him the MVP of everyone we hired to help with our wedding and we’d give him a 5-Star rating on any site any day.

Terrell is an amazing photographer! He is very professional and also personal. He replied to all of our questions in a timely manner. He also was very flexible and was willing to go to different sites since our ceremony and reception were at different places. He was great to work with, very organized and fun! Terrell is the best photographer! I couldn’t have been more pleased with every single picture!!! He was very easy to talk to, always quick to respond to a text or email, and made me and my now husband feel like we were his only clients. He was our photographer for engagement pictures, wedding day, and our reception which was 2 months after our wedding day. Each experience with Terrell was fabulous. Terrell is amazing. Hands down my favorite decision I made for my wedding. He was the very first vendor I booked and I knew after our consultation that he would be perfect for our wedding. He responded within minutes to most of my emails and always got back to me the same day. For our consultation call I think we talked for over an hour and I felt like I was talking to someone I'd known for years. Having a photographer you are comfortable around is SO important because they are there for the most important and intimate moments of your life. He will make you feel 100% at ease and natural which is why he is able to capture such candid real shots. Oh and the shots are to die for. He did my engagements, my best friend's wedding and my wedding and I love every shot. His work is truly one of a kind. And the final product took our breath away!
