Our menu consisted of: Pulled Pork, Smoked Turkey, Smoked Chicken, Mac&Cheese, Baked Beans, Broccoli and Cheese, Roasted Vegetables, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Baked Potatoes, Corn Muffins, Salad, and Rolls.
Everything was sooooo gooooood! All the meats were moist and flavorful. The sides were cooked to perfection.
We worked with Adam and he was super helpful, very accommodating, and a great pleasure to work with.
If you're planning on using them as your caterer, ask them for a tasting and they'll give you an array of food to try. You'll love it. Trust me.

4 places and this one was recommended so we took a drive and IT WAS WORTH IT. The staff sat with us, was welcoming and unlike the other places - he offered us an honest to goodness tasting. We had a time trying to decide what to have because everything (everything) was so tasty.
We chose, brisket, ribs, chicken and baked beans and cornbread. They worked with us when our guest count changed and though they have staff to do serving; they didn't try to sell us on anything more than what we needed.
