I can honestly say there wasn’t a single item we tasted that we didn’t love, which made narrowing down our menu a bit hard but a great problem to have! They even offer delicious Gluten Free options; something very important for our guests. Due to Covid our wedding plans unfortunately had to shift, but we ended up still using Texas Catering for a small reception. The service, the meal, the setup...everything was flawless and Jenni & Jason truly made us feel like the most special couple in the world. They took the time to check in on us, to get to know us, and to really ensure our guests got the royal treatment! Everyone raved about the food!! We will be using Texas Catering again in 2021 for our large reception and we couldn’t be more excited. I would recommend them, hands down, time and time again!

It has been a month after our wedding and we still get compliments on the food!! Jenni and Jason also made sure that we had a to go box ready in our getaway car. Our driver even expressed how awesome it was that they did that for us and he had never seen another catering business do that for their bride and groom. Due to COVID, we had to change our wedding date and Texas Catering was so flexible with us when it came to changing our date. We love Jenni and Jason and hope that we cross paths again one day.

atering was a step above the rest. Jenni was responsive, forthcoming and always available. It never took her more than 24-48 hours to respond to us. She was even willing to work with our schedule to ensure we were able to attend the tastings. During the tasting Jenni and her team went the extra mile to add additional items to our wish list that gave us “food for thought”. We ended up with the Baked Chicken in a Lemon Au Jus sauce, Whiskey pepper-corn beef medallions (the crowd favorite), broccolini, homemade macaroni and cheese, and Caesar salad. In addition, the Texas Catering team was very accommodating, flexible and understanding since our wedding had to be reschedule due to COVID. We even asked for Texas Catering to cater our Rehearsal Dinner due to COVID restrictions keeping us out of restaurants for groups our size. It turned out to be the best choice we could have made! The dream team smoked a brisket and turkey for our Rehearsal, it was perfect and all of our guests were very impressed. I cannot say enough good things about Texas Catering, they truly made the difference for our wedding.

They were always so flexible and accommodating even throughout our COVID postponement...they were in our corner and supported us through it. While we were tucked away before our reception entrance they made sure we had a plate full of our appetizers and had leftovers set aside for our getaway car so we had a whole meal ready for the day after our wedding. I honestly want to host another event just so I can work with them again. Jenni and Jason ended up surprising us with a custom made wooden sign for our home as a wedding gift...if that doesn't tell you the type of people they are or the type of business they run I'm not sure what else would. bout you, this is your caterer. The FOOD was insane. Apps: tomato soup & grilled cheese, Chicken & Waffles. Dinner: beef tips, chicken florentine, bacon wrapped asparagus and Green bean almondine. MAC & CHEESE station! Everyone LOVED the the food and the build your own Mac & Cheese. Jenna and Jason brought my Donut Wall dreams to life and had an assortment of cheesecake, oreo and strawberry shortcake shooters, and even provided us the option to rent the china so that we didn't have to worry about how it was served or if it matched. It all looked and tasted incredible! They also gave us a Hot Chocolate bar which was another huge hit because it got chilly outside. I don't have any family in Dallas besides my husbands family, so during the wedding planning process, my mom would fly in occasionally to help me out. Jenni and Jason not only did an initial tasting for my husband and I, but when my mom visited, they basically did a whole other tasting so that me and my mom could share that experience together. Jenni and Jason made me feel part of their family. The few weeks leading up to the wedding, I was at the venue going through the setup and planning out how the day would go. Jenni and Jason showed up to support me and talk to the wedding coordinator. They drove an hour from their business to meet me at the venue to support me, since I've never been through any of this before. They will forever be lifelong friends of ours. Thank you Texas Catering! You will forever be our friends and our first phone call when we need something delicious for a party or big life events in the future :)

I cannot recommend them strongly enough, they accommodated pretty late changes and updates from us without any issues and did everything they could to take any hardship or worry off of our plate. I am not exaggerating when I say this, but their chef made the best steak and salmon I have EVER tasted in my entire life. My fiancé and I went to on a couple more meetings/tastings with other caterers and the others just did not compare. Although Texas Catering was above our price range of what we were wanting to spend, we ultimately decided to go with the best and sacrifice somewhere else. We are so glad we did because Jenni and Jason worked with our budget and we did not sacrifice a single thing when it came to our catering! On our wedding day, the food was equally as impeccable and the service was more than what I could have asked for. s were very reasonable and competitive with other vendors we had contacted. Before the wedding, people kept telling us that we would not be able to eat at our wedding (too busy, dancing, etc) the team at Texas Catering made sure we were able to enjoy dinner! They brought us a plate as soon as the blessing was done. The steak was so tender and delicious! I could've ate about three more servings of it LOL. We did not request children meals - but were so surprised and delighted that they had prepared chicken strips, mac and cheese, and fruit for all the little ones at our wedding! They even delivered them to the table so the parents did not have to carry multiple plates from the buffet. The best part of the meal were the late night snacks! We opted for this instead of a cocktail hour snack. We had mini grilled cheese in tomato soup and mini tacos brought out around 10:30pm. Our guests raved about them!!! One guest claimed to eat 13 mini tacos haha! Thank you Texas Catering for being a part of our perfect day!

Dallas location for a tasting on a Sunday afternoon - date and time was confirmed via email. I called her 4 times, called the office, knocked on the door multiple times, even sent her another email and nothing. I'm not sure how such an unreliable and unprofessional company like this one is still in business. One positive came out of this experience - I'm glad we got stood up at the tasting, rather than our wedding day. Please avoid this company at all costs.

We had a BBQ Buffett as well as linens provided, dinnerware, a drinks station & cake cutting provided. They bussed tables and stayed until the wedding was over to help out. from my guests on the quality of food (and my family is hispanic so this says a lot!!) Jenni and Jason were incredibly easy to work with. I feel like they went above and beyond - they were easily the hardest working vendor to ensure our day was perfect. Jason and his team rocked at working our bar serving 200 guests! We had signature drinks: Old Fashioned & Moscow Mule and we got compliments on both! They were able to provide linens, napkins, chargers, plates/cups, flatwear - their table set up was beautiful and it definitely was a perk to their overall service. We also had champagne served to our guests as they entered the ceremony, they made this vision of mine come true and even had a member of their team offering guests water. I couldn't say enough great things about our choice to choose texas catering. 5/5 stars! :)

Jenni is so great to work with. She just has a way that makes each bride feel special and she has a calming effect. Furthermore, she is so organized and knows what she is doing. I was planning a wedding in Fort Worth while living in California and Jenni really helped keep me calm and was ready to answer any and all questions. Third, Jenni's husband Jason served as our bartender and was equally amazing. It was so great to not have to work with a seperate vendor for our bar and it was seemless for them to work together. Finally, they rolled with all of our changes and were just so great and accommodating. I hope everyone that finds Texas Catering works with them, because it is a wonderful experience!

t was the best wedding food they'd had. We also added on a beverage station for people not drinking alcohol, and it was well stocked with water, tea, and lemonade. We didn't want to do the traditional cake, so Jenni suggested their donut tower and dessert shooters. So much fun and so many flavors. I've never seen a dessert table so crowded at a wedding before. Texas Catering also provided all the plates and flatware for the evening. Jenni and the rest of the team took care of cleaning up as the evening progressed, then cleaned up everything in the dining area and kitchen when we were finished, packed up the leftover food for us, and were on their way. I would definitely recommend Texas Catering to my friends and family for any event!

The service was smooth, efficient and given with more than just a smile - the bartender offered to give my mother-in -law his personal can of coke when she asked for a soda. as nothing like what we tasted at our meetings. Our plates looked gross and soggy. Jenni was not even at the venue the entire day like she said she would be. We only had 2 bartenders show up (not 3 like we expected) and not even in uniform. Jenni only refunded us for the one bartender. She communicated ONLY to our wedding planner and NEVER reached out our replied to our email to even apologize for the disappointment. We thought we were getting a good deal for catering, but you get what you pay for.
