One of the most important aspects of any wedding, in my opinion, is the food. I have been to weddings in the past that had extremely fancy food, which I am sure was crazy expensive, that either didn't taste great or gave us very small portions.... I had heard so many people complain about wedding food in the past, so I was determined to find a good catering company that wouldn't break my budget. Texas catering fit the bill perfectly. They are delicious, and they provide so many options for type of cuisine, and more options within the type of food you choose. For our wedding, we choose barbecue and did the blackened chicken, pulled pork, mashed potatoes, and ranch style beans. I got so many compliments during and after the wedding about how delicious the food was. Not only was the food great, and reasonably priced, but Jenni was so extremely helpful. She answered questions, responded quickly, help me work out little details, brought any finishing touchings that I was missing, and was overall a complete JOY to work with. My favorite part though, THEY GAVE US A TOGO BAG IN OUR GETAWAY CAR SO WE COULD ACTUALLY EAT WHEN WE GOT HOME. We didn't get a chance to eat much throughout the night, this addition was greatly appreciated!! If you hire Texas Catering for your wedding, you will definitely not regret it. I will and have already started recommending them to every one that I know that is getting married.
