While reviewing the proposal contract I noticed this vendor had my wedding date incorrect even though the inspiration pictures and dates where given to her correctly. Once I notic...
ed the incorrect date and informed Rosie she stated she apologized for her typo but she was no longer available for my wedding date. I am now back to square one for an error this vendor made.

frustration this situation caused. I do want to clarify a few details so others reading your review have the full context. We worked closely with you to create a design, making modifications based on your preferences, and you mentioned that you liked the design and wanted to move forward. Unfortunately, by the time you reached out to move forward with booking, the date had already been reserved by another client. The date listed in the proposal was a typo on my end, and I apologized for that immediately. However, the reason we were no longer available for your event was not due to the typo — another couple secured that date with a signed contract and deposit. As outlined in all proposals, a signed contract and deposit are what officially reserves the date.
