We had an absolute blast with Texas Pro DJ at our wedding! Their top-notch DJ service exceeded all our expectations. From the initial planning stages, their customer service was exceptional. Jamin, our point of contact, demonstrated true professionalism. He guided us through the planning process with expertise and ease, which made the decision to book them a no-brainer. On the big day, Chris, our wedding DJ, truly understood the assignment. He brought an incredible energy and charisma to the occasion, serving as both a skilled DJ and a captivating MC. His impeccable mixing abilities and seamless transitions between songs left a lasting impression on our guests, including the Hollywood music producers and composers present. Their praise for Chris's technique was effusive, while our less discerning guests simply couldn't get enough of his perfectly selected tracks that kept the dance floor packed throughout the night. Many of them noted that they've never been to a wedding where the dance floor was packed the entire time. Chris even accommodated an epic dance battle at the end of the night, which added an extra level of excitement to the celebration. One particularly unforgettable moment was when my mom (mother of the groom) burst into the middle of a dance circle. Chris rallied the entire wedding to chant, "Go, mom! Go mom! Go mom!" at the top of their lungs. That was a core memory that neither she nor us will ever forget. Texas Pro DJ truly lives up to the "pro" part of their name. Texas Professional DJ did an excellent job providing soundtracks for every stage of our wedding. It was easy to navigate through their website, with listing music preferences as well as song requests that we wanted at the wedding. Our assigned DJ did an excellent job working with and building on our music request list, ensuring smooth transitions throughout the wedding event and adding more soundtracks that were an absolute hit with guests during the reception. Our guests had a great time dancing the night away after the ceremony! They’re a great team of professionals, and we highly recommend Texas Professional DJ for your wedding!

Texas Pro DJ's were professional and flexible throughout the whole process. Our wedding crowd came from several different backgrounds with a variety of music tastes, and our DJ was able to seamlessly weave different music together so that everyone could have a great time! Texas Pro DJ blew us away. Music was one of our top 3 priorities for our wedding day. We are huge music junkies and were worried that this would be the hardest vendor to chose. Jammin quickly took those worries away after the first few minutes of our initial phone call. These folks have this figured all out. After asking us a few questions, I had a timeline and mind you this was the best timeline any of our vendors created. Jammin linked us up with Andrew for our big day. And Andrew CRUSHED IT! The vibes were immaculate and he had everyone on the dance floor. The sound quality through out the entire day was perfection. As we watch our video it’s clear that he crushed the ceremony as well. Our DJ for our wedding was incredible! He played exactly what we wanted from start to finish. He also MC'd the entire wedding, and did it wonderfully. My husband and I are very particular about our music and had a lot of "do not play" and "must play" on our lists and THEY DELIVERED! I could hear the cocktail hour music when we were in the bridal suite before we came down and it was perfect. They brought our vibe to life. They did such a great job, were super friendly and great to work with throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal dj service! They worked with us at length to walk us through song suggestions, make sure our lists were set with our requests, and the online portal is awesome for listing out specific songs. From start to finish we were highly impressed and appreciative to have these guys host our wedding. Highly recommend for future brides and grooms!

We had the absolute honor of having DJ Miles at our wedding and he did not disappoint. It started out with a private mix session at his studio where we got to hear him mix up songs you didn’t think would be possible. I immediately knew we had to have him for our wedding. His vibe and energy is infectious and we knew he would get the party going and that’s exactly what he did! Last minute requests were no issue, coordinating with the pyro guys no issue. I even had semi-specific requests for each part of the wedding and he just got it. So happy and honored we got to have the best DJ at our wedding!

We had Andrew DJ our wedding and he did an incredible job! He absolutely nailed the custom intro we created for the bridal party's entrance to the reception! He also set up early so we could have a microphone for our officiant. The flow and transition between songs kept people on the dance floor all night long!

Jamin with Texas Pro DJ is the best!! We had a string quartet (Terra Vista Strings) for our ceremony + cocktail hour, and then New Orleans style jazz (Boss Street Brass Band through Moontower Entertainment) for the dinner hour, and then Texas Pro DJ for dancing and MC!! I was such a fan of all our music choices and would recommend all these vendors to anyone!! The Jazz got everyone's spirits up and lively and then Jamin just brought the house down as our DJ! He got everyone on the floor and really kept the energy up. Not to mention he was SUCH a pleasure to work with along the way!! Truly to nice and accommodating. If you're wanted a fun/energetic (and not cringey :) ) DJ.. the Jamin is the man!! Thank you so much for making our reception an absolute blast!

Best person I hired for my wedding! He was the first one I booked, and so glad I did! Miles is THE BEST! He as always available via email, text or phone to answer any questions! Then, when the day arrived, he was phenomenal! He played some songs I chose, as well as some that were similar! My guests all loved the music played! We had people dancing until the very end! We chose Texas Pro DJ for our wedding at Canyonwood Ridge on a recommendation from our planner, Amanda Hepner, and we're SO GLAD WE DID. Miles was responsive and super easy to work with in the planning process, and Andrew kept everyone on the dance floor on the day. I didn't have a clear vision of our reception music, so really left that to Andrew and he seriously delivered. We had such a fantastic experience with Texas Pro, cannot recommend them more highly.

DJ Miles is the REAL DEAL! He made our wedding reception the best party ever!

I’ve been to enough weddings to know that the DJ can make or break the vibe of the reception and having an amazing DJ was definitely a priority for us. We were referred to Texas Pro DJs by our florist, Flora Fetish, and I could not have been happier. We met Jamin for our first intro meeting and he had an amazing personality & was super fun to talk to. He walked us through all the important details and pricing options and we booked Jamin for the day as well. He totally crushed it. Everything from our ceremony to reception music was perfect. I had shared an inspo playlist with him for the reception and he had a great mix of some of our favorites and songs he selected that kept everyone on the dance floor all night. He created the party vibe we wanted and even my mom was out there dancing all night! Could not say enough nice things about Jamin and would recommend Texas Pro DJs for anyone looking for a DJ in the Austin area.

WOW is all I can say. I knew going into our wedding that we had some pretty amazing vendors but one thing that was incredible important to my husband and I was having the worlds BEST dance party. We can say with all honestly and 100% confidence that hiring Andrew with TXPDJ was the best thing we could have done! I was very specific about out music as I am a wedding vendor myself and did not want basic wedding music and Andrew killed it 1000 times over. Our dance floor was literally FULL of people the entire night and we were so bumped when we had to leave. Our guests could not tell us enough how amazing our DJ was and we kept saying "RIGHT?!" . Andrew was the highlight of the night and we are so grateful we hired him! The booking process is easy and Jamin and Miles are the best to work with. We are so happy to have had TXPDJ as one of our vendors and would chose them again and again if we could. Thanks for making our wedding the best day of our lives!

The DJ from Texas Pro DJ for my wedding was high on painkillers during our reception. The DJ was not only rude to me (the bride), but also rude to many of my guests and the on-site venue manager. He didn't play any of my requests and brushed me off when I asked him to make an announcement about shuttles at the end of the evening. The owner of Texas Pro DJ is a very nice, professional guy who was very apologetic on his employee's behalf. We did get some compensation from the company, but all of this really soured my memory of the night.

Jamin is the best! I didn't leave the dance floor once! Our guests are constantly telling us how DJ Jamin and the music was amazing. Don't hesitate and book Texas Pro DJ (Miles was the DJ for my sister's wedding and I can attest he's also incredible!)!

Anthony is BEST IN CLASS!!! We shared an inspiration list of songs and discussed our overall vision and vibe for the wedding, and he took it from there. He kept the dance floor full all night, and kept the party lively all night long. He made the night personal, exciting, fun, and an incredible night for all of our guests! We had all of our guests raving about our DJ all night long- HIGHLY recommend!! We also rented our photo booth selfie mirror through them and was just as amazing. Very easy to operate, and every single guest had a blast using it!

Y'ALL - I simply don't have enough great things to say about Miles with Texas Pro DJ. He is without a doubt the BEST DJ in Austin!!! Miles took the time to listen to my husband and I's preferences for our big day and made sure that every single song on the playlist hit the nail on the head! He had everyone dancing and singing their hearts out, to the point that everyone was genuinely bummed when the dance party was finally over! Things we heard from our guests included "best DJ ever", "your DJ brought the JAMS" and "OMG I didn't want the dance party to end". Put simply, Miles helped us end our perfect wedding day on the biggest high note, and we would recommend him to anyone looking for an incredible time. Overall, we had a great experience with Texas ProDJ. They were very easy to work with in terms of budget and were initially responsive to emails. They were also accommodating after we had to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic - which was huge and absolutely speaks to the kind of company they are. Unfortunately as the wedding date was approaching our DJ was much less responsive. In addition to this, we were supposed to have a meeting with our DJ to go over everything and the meeting was extremely short (maybe 5-10 minutes) and in hindsight I realized there were things we definitely should have talked about. Then about 2-3 days before the wedding, I got a call at work from an employee at Texas ProDJ who was going to meet with our DJ to talk about final details and he had the music list from a year ago (our original wedding date) - which was drastically different from what we ultimately decided on. At this point I asked my coordinator to reach out to them, because I hadn't gotten responses to my last few emails (which detailed exactly what we wanted in terms of music). On the actual wedding day our DJ was excellent during the ceremony, cocktail hour, and first half of the reception. A hiccup we did have was during the first dance and parent dances our DJ just started playing the song without making sure we were ready/on the dance floor, so both times we had to basically run over because we were missing the song. This is something we absolutely should have discussed at our pre-wedding meeting. My husband and I were very selective about what we wanted to play at our wedding and had requested that our DJ work off of the playlists we had made. Also I had asked for things with a lot of profanity to be censored or mixed out. But to my dismay during the second part of the reception the DJ deviated heavily from our playlist, played songs like "Get Low" uncensored (which my husband asked him to change), and finished with a song that neither I nor my husband like. I just felt like towards the end it was a little less our wedding and more prom night, which was disappointing because the day had started our perfectly. I just wish there had been more communication, because I feel like a lot of these things could have been avoided. Like I said above, the overall experience was great. We would definitely recommend using Texas ProDJ. I would just make sure there is good communication, so you can be sure you're getting exactly what you want on your wedding day!

They are THE BEST! We had Jamin at our wedding, and he is fantastic! He is super knowledgeable on different genres--so whatever you want--he will deliver. We are of a Hispanic/Latin background, so we wanted some Tejano, Latin, and Spanish mixed in with country, 90's hip hop, and classic party anthems to get people on the dance floor having a great time. Jamin delivered in every respect! Texas Pro DJ has a client portal where you can choose "must play" songs, and likewise, "do NOT play" songs along with a pre-wedding meeting to go over the vibe(s) you're going for on your big day. The talent of the DJ, along with their client communication, made for an excellent reception and great time by all who attended. Highly recommend!

I don’t even know where to start! I was stressing about music and what songs to play for certain things like cake cutting, dollar dance. DJ Jamin gave me a call to help me out and got that knocked out so quick! It was a HUGE releif. He saw my requests from the website and he automatically knew our vibes and what kind of wedding it was going to be. “LIT AF” were his words and that’s exactly what happened. The only time people got off the dance floor, was to go get a drink. I don’t think I sat down but maybe once or twice. Everyone that I talked to the day before was talking about how sore they were from dancing. Everyone loved DJ Jamin! DJ Jamin was the best and would highly recommend him to everyone!!! I booked Texas Pro DJ even before I had a date set or venue picked out! From the beginning Jamin and his team were so much fun to work with. Texas Pro DJ was amazing! From our first meeting through our wedding day working with their team was phenomenal! The whole team was really responsive and they did so much more than just play our music. Their team helped us come up with our day of timeline (which was SUPER helpful) and were great at recommending music that would be appropriate for all of our events from when guests were arriving to dinner and dancing. Andrew was our DJ and he did a superb job of making sure that our guests knew when all of the big things were happening and he played a wide variety of music to make sure that there were always people on the dance floor.

Jamin was our DJ for our wedding at Laguna Gloria and he was AWESOME! From the first day we reached out to TX Pro DJs through our wedding day, the entire process was easy, and we got exactly what we wanted on our big day. TXPDJ makes it very easy to start the process of choosing the right DJ. We reached out via their website and within a few weeks we visited their offices to take through our wedding day and the type of music we had expected. They use a software program that allows you to plan your day down to the minute, which gave us a lot of confidence that everything would go as planned. After we planned out our day and discussed our needs, we were immediately drawn to Jamin. He had DJ’ed a few parties we had been to and he always had everyone dancing. He has so much energy and passion for what he does and he made us feel like our wedding was the most important wedding he had ever played. On our wedding day, we knew exactly what to expect and had the timing (and accompanying music) all planned out. Jamin setup in various places around the venue and was well prepared throughout the day/night. We had an extensive “Do not play” list as well as a list of “must play”. Jamin was great at reading the dance floor and playing what he knew the crowd would enjoy. We were able to hear a ton of songs we wanted with a mix of his own personal style, which made the night perfect! We had so many people come up to us after telling us how awesome Jamin was and we cannot recommend him enough.

WOW - Anthony with Texas Pro DJs was fabulous. He showed up, set up in 3 different locations (due to our venue), helped our coordinators move the ceremony decor to the sweetheart table (just to help out) and then curated the funnest dance party ever. Our daughter, who is not much of a dancer, said she really loved the dancing that night. Family, friends, everyone had a blast. Texas Pro DJs are the best in Austin!

We are so, so glad we chose Texas Pro DJ for our wedding. We didn't know what to expect on pricing for DJs, so initially we were unsure if this was in our range, but I'm seriously SO GLAD we went for it. The experience was easily worth the cost. From the very beginning they were so helpful in fleshing out our timeline, accommodating our music tastes, helping us structure music for the ceremony, etc. On the day of our wedding our DJ, Britton, was just fantastic. We had so many guests tell us they had never seen so many people actually dancing at a wedding, and that the DJ was awesome. He weaved in basically every song we had put on our "Would Like to Hear" list, and he was so skilled in blending one song into the next. Plus, we had music play in 3 different locations (the ceremony outside, cocktail hour inside, and dancing in another space) and he flowed so seamlessly between those spaces, it was magic. He also did a great job with the extra mics, guiding the transitions between spaces, structuring the speech time, etc. We're so thankful that Texas Pro DJ helped us with our wedding!

Stop looking! This is your DJ! These guys are awesome at what they do! The planning process was smooth and they have it done to a science. They website for planning playlists is super easy to use and is very helpful in giving you ideas for songs you might want played. I can't say how amazing our DJ was the whole time! I had a tricky plan for our processional and recessional song, he pulled it off without any problem. This guy kept the dance floor full and played a variety of music for all ages! (We even got baby shark played for the kids!) The volume was more than appropriate for the space we were in. (This was huge concern for us because we had several guests with ear issues.) He helped to keep the timeline going through out the night, was high energy, and extremely professional but still personable the entire time. I can not recommend this company enough!

We were ecstatically pleased and delighted with Miles and the whole team on the evening of our daughter's bat mitzvah, and for everything leading up to the event. Miles's professionalism, authenticity, and sense of fun helped create a spectacular party - thank you so much for making this truly a night we will never forget! He went above and beyond, helping to make the slide show presentation a success and mixing sound for an additional performance on the night of. Anthony was our DJ for my wedding. He absolutely killed it! He was so fun, professional, interactive and kept the party going all the way to the end. He knew exactly what atmosphere to create for cocktail hour and then the reception so I highly recommend him and TX Pro DJ!

So disappointing. This was something I chose to splurge on for our wedding cause I didn’t want to have to worry about music (even though everyone called me crazy for paying over $4,000 for a DJ when you could get a dj+band for that amount) but I really regret doing so. Our DJ was Brad, who is supposed to be one of the senior DJs...but you would have thought it was his first wedding. He almost made me cry literally 20 minutes before I was supposed to be walking down the aisle cause he came into the room (no warm introduction or anything) and said I have about 5 minutes for the rain to stop or there would be no music for the ceremony.. and in the event the rain did stop, it would take him an additional 20 minutes to set his stuff up out there so I needed to make a decision on whether to make my guests wait for him to set up or just get over it and not have music. So then I’m frantically running around trying to find someone that might have a bluetooth speaker in case the rain didn’t stop within those 5 minutes. Then he forgot to bring an extension cord so cocktail hour music was delayed. He messed up the father/daughter dance (played the wrong song) and when i ran up to correct him, he said I had it wrong on my e-mail list (which i didn’t and even triple checked later on). He played “if i had a million dollars” twice which is something extremely obvious as it’s an old unpopular song. I had many family members & guests tell me how cranky/rude he was. Then to top it all off, my aunt tried to request a song and he refused to play it...so my dad went and gave him $100 just so he would play it. Seriously? I was appalled. And no one wants to bring these things up to the bride on the day of her wedding, but I wish they would have cause that is absolutely ridiculous. It’s just really disappointing and i hate even having to write this review. Noelle was SO sweet and awesome to work with prior to the wedding! It was just the DJ that was assigned to us...and there aren’t any reviews that mention Brad so I’m not sure if there have been other issues with him or if he is somehow newer to the company but considered one of the more experienced DJs?? Who knows, and maybe he was just having a bad day/night (I’d like to give him the benefit of the doubt) but regardless it was a regretful choice to hire this vendor for our big day.

Texas Pro DJ is amazing! Working with Jamin Walters was one of the most fun parts of planning our wedding. We met with him a year out and he made us SO excited for the big day and did a great job building a timeline for us so we had an idea far in advance how our reception would go. The company has an online client portal that is super user-friendly and helps you select songs that you want for your reception. There is a even a "Do Not Play" list that you can plug songs into and they will not play those. We opted for no Cha Cha Slide or Cupid Shuffle :) Not only was Jamin an excellent DJ, but his MC skills are top notch! He kept the party going and made sure everyone was dancing! He was also super honest and helpful throughout the entire planning process and found ways to help us cut costs in some areas. We really appreciated that. So many of our guests asked for his business card at the end of the night so they could book him for their events. Overall, our wedding would not have been the same without him. These guys are the best! Their online client portal is a breeze to use and makes coordinating your wedding day music super easy. Jamin killed it at our wedding! Many of our friends told us during and days after the wedding how awesome our DJ was. He kept everyone dancing up until the very last minute. We couldn't be more happy!

We used Texas Pro Dj for our wedding and couldn't be happier! They worked with us before the event to gauge music tastes and atmosphere, plus their website was easy to use for adding/requesting songs. We were even able to add specialized songs (we're Blackhawks fans and when we entered the reception hall to a goal horn and Chelsea Dagger). Kayleen was our DJ and amazing at reading the crowd, mixing songs, and MCing to help keep everything on track; she really helped make our reception a party!

Wow. TX Pro DJ is fantastic! We had an amazing experience from the beginning working with Noelle to create our vision and learning their online portal, which makes it so easy to request songs, make a timeline and plan your wedding. We were incredibly lucky to be assigned Jamin as our DJ. Even though we selected a more basic package, Jamin was available and offered to do our wedding at the same price! Our guests could not get enough of Jamin! His energy was so fun and he captured our spirit incredibly well - in fact, we just gave genres of music we liked and he ended up playing all our favorite songs! Our situation was unusual in that it was a Sunday brunch wedding, but Jamin still had people on the dance floor, engaged and having a great time.
