I cannot express to you the *gold* that this woman is. Of all our wedding vendors, help, encouragement, valued opinions, Cindy was it! She was immensely helpful with many different...
aspects, and her knowledge of this industry showed. We met Cindy at the Dallas Bridal Show, and she got my attention after explaining she has an entire "she-shed" of beautiful decorations able to be used (which is why I pushed my husband to let us pick her, and I'm so glad we did)! She helped us find the majority of our vendors through connections she already had, and they were already familiar with the layout. Cindy let us come up multiple times to check out the layout, bring my parents, etc. She provided linens, decorations, access to security and a bar tenders, her venue had bluetooth and I literally was our DJ via Spotify playlist bc #budget! She set out all the tables and linens herself, and even helped calm me and my fam down when we came in the morning to decorate. 😂 She came to check on me at some point during the night, and everything was moving smoothly. I cannot express my gratitude, or how highly I recommend RRR! Not only does she have a great, and absolutely beautiful place, but her kindness and customer service is phenomenal. Thank you, Cindy, for everything!

ided such kind and attentive service, and the decor was out of this world. My family and I were able to transform the place into an enchanted garden right out of my imagination. Cannot say enough good things about this place and those people.

he covered beer garden with bartender's there and inside the venue allowed guests to be comfortable and serviced no matter where they chose to sit. It is especially nice since the wedding party has top notch suites within the venue to dress for their special day. It is truly an amazing place with horses, ponds, water features, and exceptional, above the top owners, Jim and Cindy, their ranch hands (not wedding planners, but you have one of those too if you desire) who know the 100+ acres like the back of their hands to service you in so many unique ways that your event will far exceed any expectations of you and your guest. I highly recommend recommend TRR for any event whether it be for a wedding, corporate, or charity event. You absolutely will not be let down.
There are many reasons to select a venue but one that probably isn't thought of often is how well that venue works with vendors. Speaking from a vendor's viewpoint, Texas Roadrun...
ner Ranch is one of those easy to work with venues. From the planning stage through the final walk through, Cindy, Jim and their staff were so accommodating. Everything is new and well-maintained. The indoor and outdoor options make it easy to create a special day. They have a great, functional catering kitchen (more than just a sink and a prep table). I look forward to working with them again.

ly around sunset), the venue itself is gorgeous with no unsightly columns in the way, so there is so much room to dance and enjoy your family and friends. If the party spills outside there is quaint seating and panoramic views. Jim and Cindy know how to put on a party. Trust me, this place is incredible!

If you are wanting a rustic wedding then the Texas Roadrunner Ranch is a MUST SEE! Very romantic setting and WOW is that barn beautiful. I also liked how easy it was to get there. ...
All the other barns we looked at were at least an hour out of town. Roadrunner Ranch is only 20 minutes South of Dallas. That was something we wanted as we have family coming from out of town and we didn't want them to have to drive too far to get to their hotels.
Just toured this place and wow.......absolutely breathtaking! Not just a venue on the side of the highway in Dallas. Nope, it’s more like your own little paradise. 10-10 would rec...
