a few caterers, there was no question, especially after a menu tasting, that TFB was the way to go. Having the tasting early on in the process with what we thought we wanted for the day was very helpful as we were able to try what we wanted to and tweak to make it perfect for our day. All of the food the day-of was wonderful and we are still getting compliments on it! Throughout the process, Dakota and her team truly went above and beyond to make it all happen, and every person working the event was kind and welcoming. She worked directly with the venue director and day-of coordinator to sort out linens, the sparkler send-off, and other details that I would not immediately think of as “catering”. In working through signature cocktails and other alcohol to buy, Dakota was incredibly helpful, breaking out recommended amounts by type and style. Our wedding had a lot of guests with dietary restrictions - approx. 30 guests with Crohn’s disease - which was one of the biggest concerns I wanted to make sure was handled appropriately. Dakota was very reassuring and detailed in conversation that took that worry entirely away. One of the greatest benefits of our entire wedding weekend was the breadth of services TFB has. We were able to also host our day-after the wedding brunch at Annie Baileys and coordinate everything through one person. We cannot recommend TFB enough for weddings or any other event!

Julia was our main point of contact from the company and she guided us through the tasting with positivity and quality, she let us know a clear timeline of what we needed to communicate to her and when for a seamless day, and she was always available within 24 hours if we had a detailed question. She also attended a wedding venue visit the month before the wedding to meet the venue owner and talk through the catering 'flow' for the evening which was an excellent call on her part. We left the walk through feeling really clear on what our catering team would do. The day of the wedding they did a great job! One of the servers specifically took care of me, my groom, and the wedding party which made us all feel extra special. The food was exactly what we tasted at our tasting and people raved about the food...especially the huge and tasty pork chops! Overall we would HIGHLY recommend working with TFB for your wedding. You will not be disappointed!
