I ordered my dress from here. One day before I had an appointment made from a month before to try on my dress with my mom and best friend the owner Tatiana calls me to say am sorry but, the dress you were going to try on, we just sold it. My friend flew from California spending over $500 for a plane ticket and another $800 in hotel. Then i find our my dress is being made in Ukraine and they are in the middle of a war so i call, email and message to cancel my order and get a refund, no response. weeks of emails and nothing Tatiana's husband finally answers and says she is in Colombia and will refund me my deposit and nothing. now another 2 weeks later and she says I signed a contract and she wont refund me anything. Do yourself a favor and don't come here. Coral Gables has a lot of stores that have beautiful dresses and are way more professional.

Cutest bridal shop in such a fun part of Miami with a cute vibe all around! The vendors were very welcoming from the moment of the appointment, to entering the bridal shop, trying on dresses & more. They had a variety of dress selections to choose from for all bride styles/types/tastes and also beautiful gorgeous veils as well. They worked well with all sorts of date deadlines. They truly would go above and beyond for their brides and make the “impossible”, possible! :) I loved how they gave such special attention and made sure that you loved it or would help until you found “the one”. The advice, the kindness, patience, & great service was super outstanding! I have referred all my friends & coworkers here! :)
