We cannot stop dreaming about the food from our wedding! We loved working with Kaitlyn and the entire TGIS team.
Going into the planning process, I thought we'd simply be choosing...
items from a catering menu. It ended up being so much more than that. TGIS created a completely custom menu inspired by our favorite restaurants, along with dishes we loved from their catering menu. We both love Mexican food and cheese, so they came up with a Summer Mexican Corn Pasta served from a cheese wheel. I was blown away.
The food became more than something we served our guests—it became a reflection of who we are and something that brought people together. We had Mexican, Italian, and Mediterranean-inspired food stations that were not only absolutely delicious but also beautifully presented.
One of my favorite moments was while my husband and I were tucked away waiting for our grand entrance. A TGIS team member came by with the passed hors d'oeuvres so we could actually enjoy them too. It was such a thoughtful gesture and one of those little details that made us feel so well taken care of throughout the day.
If you're looking for a caterer that serves incredible food while creating a truly personalized experience, I can't recommend TGIS enough.
We loved working with TGIS catering! Myself (the bride) is vegetarian so at the tasting Staci made sure to bring out multiple different options for our vegetarian/vegan guests to h...
ave in addition to the main courses already offered. It felt so personalized, I was shocked. The food was excellent too! Everything from the tasting to the day of the wedding was very easy with TGIS. We got to go to cocktail hour for a little bit and I was pleasantly surprised at the service and how often they were serving appetizers to guests. The same goes for dinner service during our reception. Communication was always quick and easy. TGIS made a whole spread sheet of where tables and chairs would go which made plugging in our guests for table arrangements very quick and not a bother at all. Multiple guests commented on how good the food was, especially those with dietary restrictions! They even decorated the buffet tables to match our aesthetic - free of charge.
At the San Clemente Casino, you get the option of 3 catering companies. Not only was TGIS the least expensive, but they had the best food and best service! Great value!
TGiS recently did our daughter's wedding reception at Giracci Vineyards and they were AMAZING! Guests were raving about the food and still are a week later. TGiS went above and bey...
ond to make our daughter's reception truly spectacular and special. George and Staci helped every step of the way. They even coordinated with the rental company Signature on our behalf which helped alleviate much stress. We were wowed at the tasting with all the offerings which made it so hard to choose. Every single item was A+! Some standouts on the apps were the Thai noodle served in mini take out containers with the happy couples initials on it, tuna tacos, and some sort of buffalo chicken in home made mini waffles --WOW! For dinner we had braised short ribs (oh my gosh, melt in your month delicious), truly to die for spicy pasta, 2 types of salad, veggies and lemon potato wedges that held their flavor the entire way through (not just the outside). In lieu of a large wedding cake, TGiS suggested & served a butter crumb cake with home made caramel and ice cream -- OH MY GOD the guests were besides themselves! Their staff that evening were so professional and kind as well. The bartenders were all personable and great at making drinks. We had 2 signature drinks, one of which was a Cadillac Margarita. Literally people were saying it was the best they ever had. No surprise since TGiS hand made the mix themselves from high quality ingredients. I can't rave enough about TGiS. Hosting a wedding is stressful enough but I will say that from the moment I arrived at the venue, I was able to relax because I knew we were in good hands with George and his TGiS staff and I was able to enjoy myself. TGiS truly made this one of the most memorable events for our family.
TGIS Catering is the best. I have used the several times, for several events. The service and food have always been outstanding.
