Thai Orchids & Leis

Allow me to begin by saying thank you to Pete!!!We were referred to Pete through Cakes by Carolyn. He initially was going to only provide the orchids for our cake, but when we seen his work and dedication, we knew we had to select him as a florist. Pete sat with us very patiently and he visualized everything we told him we wanted. The day of our wedding we were completely amazed at how beautiful the arrangements, bouquets and boutonniere's came out. He took what we envisioned and created a masterpiece! Pete was so amazing! The bouquets, the centerpieces, the ceremony arrangements, the cake flowers…it was all done so beautifully. It came together even better than I thought it would. My bridesmaids loved their bouquets – white hydrangeas with blue orchids, and my bouquet was simple, elegant, and BEAUTIFUL. I had been really nervous about the floral arrangements and Pete was so kind, so patient, and so helpful. I changed my mind about a thousand times back and forth about what was going on with the flowers, and Pete was always so helpful and had some wonderful suggestions to keep costs down and the flowers amazing. Our flowers were so beautiful, and I was so pleased with Pete (he really has the patience of a saint and is so good-natured). We had lots of little changes right up until the week before the wedding, and Pete worked with us through all of it. Thai-rific is a wonderful value, and a wonderful person to work with! Pete is so sweet and accommodating, I really can’t imagine how things would have gone if I had been working with anyone else.

We had ordered a special flower for the bouquets, unfortunately when received the florist did not like the quality of the flower and did not use it. I was aware, and agreed to change to a different flower. I did not care for the change. Our centerpieces which were orchids were gorgeous. I have used them for several occasions other than my wedding and their orchids are always beautiful and last a very long time.

Daughters bouquet was amazing. They did a terrific job of designing the flowers for the arch outside, which then was brought inside. The table arrangements were beautiful and went very nicely with the table cloths and napkins. Right on time and had everything ready before the bride even came down for the wedding. Very impressed

Loved this business for my wedding flowers. They did everything exactly how I asked. Perfect flowers to match my theme and great service. A great price to fit anyone's budget. Would go here again.

This florist was recommended by Cakes by Carolyn in St.Petersburg, we are glas we used them. We just recently used them for our wedding, we purchased our center piece flowers and leis for our groomen from them, Orchids ofcourse. All of our conversations were strickly e-mails and phone as our wedding was a destination wedding, but they knew exactly what we wanted. When we picked up our orchids we couldnt believe how beautiful everything had turned out. We will totally recommend this florist for any of your occasions.

We used Thair-Rific Orchids for our Florida wedding in April 2011. The flowers were beautiful, but they weren't exactly what we'd asked for-- the bridesmaids bouquets didn't look like the picture we'd given them, the bridal bouquet was fairly white when I'd requested all purple with some white accents. Also, when we booked with them they said a gazebo arrangement would be no problem to put up-- this was not the case. They could never get the arrangement up...they were literally still trying to get it up when our wedding coordinator had to start sending people down the aisle. They never got the arrangement up and our pictures had to be taken without them-- which sadly left our pictures looking very sparse. To their credit the flowers were beautiful overall, and they did give us $100 back as an apology for what happened with the gazebo arrangement. Overall I'd say great florist--poor management. Make sure you know what you're getting yourself into!

A little overpriced but they exceeded my expectations.

There are no words to describe what Pete and Pam did for my wedding. My consultation lasted upwards of 2 hours most of which was done on my bouquet. Thai-rific will also customize your flowers to match your wedding colors. My bouquet also lasted for more than a week, and it was made out of various types of orchids. Worth the drive to Gulfport, FL

I was working with Pam who was absolutely wonderful. They would have received a 5 from me, but the day of the wedding, they forgot some flowers. When I told them, they told me I hadn't ordered them and that I would have to pay for them. I told them fine because I needed them immediately. They brought the flowers and then I realized that the giant palm leaves I had paid for weren't there. I told them I'd call Pam afterwards to sort it, but when I did she never responded. I checked my order and I had ordered the flowers so they still owed me for the large palms that they never bought. It was misforunate that this happened because the flowers were beautiful and until then, my experience was perfect.

Pam at Thai-riffic orchids was great! The flowers were so beautiful and she was really great to work with. Prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend them!

I used Thai-rific for one of my florists on my wedding day (I used silk for the decor). I worked with Pam and she is wonderful!! She was extremely helpful & accommodating the entire time during planning!! She was great to work with!! On my wedding day I was shocked at how AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL my flowers were!! Now it's been a week & a half & my flowers are still beautiful in my fridge hehe!! Not to mention the pricing was extremely affordable!! One vendor tried to charge me $300 more than Thai-rific for the same arrangements!!! I HIGHLY recommend them for your wedding day!!

These people are amazing! The flowers from my wedding were more than I could have asked for. If you love tropical flowers, then you can't go wrong with Thai-Rific Orchids. Friendly staff and the prices are also reasonable.
